WASHER WHIRLPOOL WET4024HW0 Arrived on site for washer giving an E4 error code indicating that the little lock was not functioning correctly. Upon arrival I ran a lid switch test from the diagnostics and was able to pinpoint that the magnet that activates the lid lock that is located with in the door lid itself had fallen out of its mounting position. I was able to reposition the magnet and get the lid lock to function fine with no error codes but the door hinges on the lid are not functioning properly and new lid will need to be installed. This will help the door to open a lot smoother and keep the magnet from popping out of place again. Office to reschedule due to Park being out of stock; ordrng 1 W11189136 (lid)

OVEN WHIRLPOOL KOSE507ESS04 "Arrived on site for an oven that still flashing an F2 E1 code during a bake cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit is flashing this code in the middle of a cycle and that shutting off the unit. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (stuck key), F6 E4 (User interface and Appliance manager mismatch), and F6 E6 (oven appliance manager lost communication with upper/lower oven) error codes. I called Techline and spoke to Leon SR# 7729077443. He advised with the error codes reading the issue is with the appliance manager and having replaced th UI recently, he advised to only replace the appliance manager. He advised the appliance manager can make the user interface throw out the F2 E1 codes if it’s not properly communicating with the user interface. I replaced the appliance manager and tested the unit. I could not replicate the issue.

Upon further inspection of the unit I found that because it was due to a defrost issue in the fresh food section after exposing the evaporator I found that although the thermistor was reading fine in the evaporator section it was Miss installed in the wrong area of the evaporator coil and I end up moving it to its proper placement I also found a do you why control head stop registering that it needed to be defrosting so I replace the UI control. After that the customer stated they were having an issue with the ice dispenser and I found the problem with the dispenser not dispensing ice probably was because the bucket is broken internally and not sitting in its mounting position well enough. will need to order the ice bucket and return to complete the repair; ordrng 1 W11109888 (ice-contnr)

We had put in a service request and someone came out and looked at the dryer on 10/12 and said the issue was not the dryer, that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. We had someone come out today to clean the dryer vent and they said the issue is with the dryer, not the dryer vent. After cleaning the dryer vent the dryer still will not dry properly. Put in diagnostics with no errors. Ran three sets of temps with a high of 1st 214 and low of 142 then second high of 236 and low to 112 and the third high at 246 and low to 116. Heating as designed.

Plugged unit in and after about 30 seconds the drain motor was automatically activated and kept running without water present. Canceled operation and put into diagnostics. Unit had stored error code F9E1 long drain. Noticed that the drain hose was inserted into the drain pipe far to deep. Adjusted drain hose to be inserted 4 inches. Turned on breaker and washer turned on immediately. Tested outlet and 120 was present. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes were present. Customer confirmed a power outage recently. Replaced control in the case that the power outage may have shorted the control. Placed in diagnostics again and operated as designed with no faults. No leaks detected. Upon inspection I found 2 stored error codes F4E3 and F7E1 for a motor fault and heater error. During diagnostics I found the sump failing to wash and push water when called for. The unit will need a new sump and motor assembly for the repair. The customer also brought to my attention the hinge pads had broken off of the hinges. replace the sump n motor and hinge pads I used truck stock part # (WP8268961) for hinge pads and I replaced the sump. The unit is now working as designed and no leaks were detected during time of service.

COOKTOP JENN-AIR JGD3536BS00 "Arrived on site or inspect cooktop “exploding”. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the nit was being installed and while testing,. Customer advised that they immediately shut off the gas and unplugged the unit. I removed the cooktop from its box and found burn residue on the underside of the cooktop. Also found that the cooktop is badly warped from the combustion and the harness is damaged as well. I verified all orifices ad found the back left orifice wrong. I replaced the orifice with the correct part number. I checked the regulator and found it not converted to LP. I corrected it and began to test the gas line connections for leaks. I found that the front left burner valve is badly leaking at the stem. I shut the gas off and contacted techline and spoke to Steve and advised of my findings. Steve advised to replace the cooktop, harness and valve and provided file #7729081963 and transferred me to the Safety team. I spoke to Jennifer and advis
