"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced the inner lock assembly and tested the unit. The unit still was having issues with a Generation error message. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7733034063. He had me run through several voltage checks as well as swaps of pins on the control to see if we could replicate the issue. All voltage checks came back good and no matter what we did with swapping connectors on the main board, we could not get the unit to act right. He advised that based on all the current information and parts replaced, this unit would be sent for review and to let the customer know that whirlpool would be in contact with myself or them within the next few business days. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an oven that is steaming up the glass on the upper oven door. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when she use the lower oven, the upper oven was steaming up and while it only happened one time she just wanted to make sure there wasnt an issue before her warranty ran out. I checked the gaskets and found the lower oven gasket smooshed potentially causing air seepage out of the oven while in use. Showed the customer how to re-adjust her gasket to allow the door to close fully. Tested the upper and lower oven fans in both checks good. Checked underneath the unit to make sure the air channel was not locked or concaved. All checked good. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Andrew SR# 7733144780. He advised that this can happen due to ambient air temperature, high moisture content in the food, or the gasket issue. He did advise for me to tell the customer that this is normal. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating and is making weird sounds. Inspected unit and work area. Plug the unit in and test the unit. I did find the unit making a strange sound and the unit was heating but not ventilating. Checked blower wheel housing and found the blower wheel stripped due to a nail and two drillbits clogging the blower wheel housing and causing the wheel to strip. Replaced blower wheel and remove the instructions from the unit. Reassembled the unit and now the unit is working as designed. Call complete.; used 1 WP694089 (Blower Wheel) from stock

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not dispensing water and the customer cannot get the filter out. Inspected unit and worked area. The customer was using a genuine replacement filter that is not the specs of this unit. Customer advised that he thinks he pushed it a little too hard inside the housing assembly so it is not pulling out whenever he opens the door. Was able to remove the filter and the customer had an extra filter from every drop which is the correct filter used on this unit. Installed the filter and test of the unit. The unit began to dispense water and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds. Ran through 2 gallons of water on the unit to clean out the filter charcoal out of the filter. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for cooktop meeting previously diagnosed front rate switch. Upon arrival confirmed prior complaint. After further testing I found that the front right infinite switch had blown a hold through the switch causing it to not allow the full 240 V to the burner I also found that the back left 8 inch infinite switch was sending full power to the burner simulating that the burner was set to high even if it was set on low setting not allowing unit to regulate the temp. Replace both the front left and back left infinite switches after reassembling and testing unit found that all burners were fully functioning as designed and could allow for temperature fluctuations in the knobs returned

Upon arrival also found that unit still needed to finish defrosting and after clearing out all remaining ice I was able to install Avenida parts than reassembled and tested unit. Found unit fully functioning as designed and inform customer to give the unit at least 24 hours to stabilize the temps and an additional 24 hours to finish filling the bucket up with ice. Then found that start device on the compressor was failing after replacing the start device I was able to reassemble and test unit and found compressor and all other components taking on and functioning allowing freezer temperatures to drop down while on site. Found amp draw the compressor right at one amp with no increases. Inform customer to allow unit 24 hours to cool before sticking any items in. Call complete

Arrived on site for a dishwasher with murky water still in the bottom of the tub after full cycle was run. Upon arrival confirm complaint. After further diagnosis of unit I found that the drain pump before being tested was a ohming at 37 to 40 ohms instead of the 16 to 25 that it was supposed to be per the manufacturer text sheet. Also found when pump was finally tested it was too weak to pump all the water out. Replaced the drain pump reassembled and tested the unit to refill agitate and drain cycle found no signs of leaking and unit fully emptying out the tub as designed within the allotted time. Upon testing found unit still couldnt dispense ice. Entire auger hosing overpacked with a block of ice created from all previous unresolved ice marker leaking issues. Couldnt safely remove ice blockage without causing further damage to wires and liner. Unit needs to be thawed 24-48 hrs prior to repairs. Also found evidence of home having a plumbing issue that has caused previous problems reported plus lead to the required parts needing safe completion of repairs. Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I gained chess to the compressor and dryer. When I punctured the system I found 15psi equalized. I ran the compressor and found it building pressure. I installed a access valve and UV dryer. I out 145 psi of nitrogen into the system and found it holding. I vacuumed the system and put a measured charge of r134a into the system. I powered the unit on and found the freezer pressures holding at 2 psi low and 145 psi high. I let the unit run for 15 minuets and found the freezer evaporator is forming a good frost pattern. The unit is working as designed.
