I replaced control and tried again and was able to run diagnostics and found that the unit is now operating as designed. I ran a quick wash and found the same. Unit on tripping breaker.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was leaking. On arrival customer let me know that when they had done a towel load, they found a puddle about a foot from the front of the unit. They have done a couple cycles since and did not see the issue repeat. I ran the unit on a clean washer cycle after visually inspecting the unit. I tightened the drain hose clamps and inlet lines first. Ran clean washer cycle for about 20 minutes. Could not see any kind of leaks. I moved the drain line slightly and saw some water shoot out of the standpipe when it was draining. Only causes of the leak that I can find are the drain line in the standpipe where it sprayed the base of the standpipe and leaked a little, or a large towel load could have gotten some water over the tub ring, also could have been excessive condensation from steam on hot load dripping over the sides. Could not recreate failure at this time, unit appears to be working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose a washer that is not cycling properly. Found drain pump clogged and cleaned pump trap of all debris. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged, and the customer stated it has been off for several days. The customer also stated that both compartments were about 60?F when he unplugged the unit, and everything was thawing out. I checked temps in order to get an accurate reading for the thermistors. The FC was at 67?F and the RC was at 67?F. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. However, when activating test 4 for compressor and condenser fan I found the compressor would and run, but turn off in roughly 2 seconds. This would cycle, and the compressor kept attempting to run but could not. I checked voltage to the start device and found a constant 120VAC. I unplugged the unit and then ohmd out the compressor windings. The top two pins to the bottom got 4.5, across the bottom two there was 8.5, and each pin to ground was open which is good. I gained access to the control and ohmd out the thermistors. Both thermistors read 3.2k, which is within range at the time of reading. I measured amp draw when the compressor attempts to run and found 13 amps, but would quickly drop to zero and the compressor shuts off. This indicates a faulty start device tripping the overload.I installed the new start device, and when I plugged the unit back in the compressor began running immediately. The compressor was now staying on and the unit is running as designed.

Arrived on site to replace glass for oven door. Replaced inner glass and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating up. Tested the unit and unit would turn on but not heat. Upon further investigation found that the red wire from the wall of the power was not hooked up. Builder was on site and corrected the issue. Tested the unit. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site for a dryer that stops before the end of the cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit will run for a few minutes, and then they will here it stop. Then after a few minutes they will here it start again. This will continue throughout the cycle until everything is dry. I used my vent test kit, and ran the unit. I found poor airflow for all dryers. I then gained access to the back of the unit and checked airflow at the vent while monitoring the heat. When I went to remove the vent I found it pinched, and clogged. I cleared this and then put the vent back on. I ran the vent test kit again, and it was now only reading poor airflow for electric dryers (this is an improvement). I monitored heat fluctuations at the vent, and found them slightly slow. I let the unit run for about 20 minutes and could not replicate the failure. I informed the customer that due to the clog and pinched vent, this could of been causing heat build up and causing the motor to shut off. I also recommended to potentially reach out to a professional vent cleaner, for the test is still showing slightly poor airflow. I found the unit itself running as designed.Call complete."

site and inspected dishwasher and found unit is 22 years old, found incoming waterline is bent and leaking, took one picture. Connection to incoming water valve is also slowly leaking. Waterline is likely 22 years old also. Replaced wash motor, display, Kickplate, and insulation. Did not find anything wrong with original sump tabs.

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for washer. Replaced shifter and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve. I vacuumed the system and pressures held at -30/0. While vacuuming the system, I inspected the unit for any refrigerant leaks and found none. I found the RC evap motor harness thermistor popped/blackened. I removed and replaced the the motor/harness and secured the thermistor to the suction line with foil tape and ziptie. Installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit in test 4 of diagnostics. Unit pressures held at 4/125 and evaporators had good frost patterns. I advised the customer of my repairs. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on call for complaint of not finishing cycle. Ran diagnostics and got code F9E1 for motor not able to find home position. Checked underneath and found water leak from dispenser area.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer stated that the real issue is the unit is not making ice again. I checked temps and found the FC at 2?F, the RC at 38?F, and the ice box at 9?F. Upon further inspection I found frost build up around the IB gasket, and ice on the fascia assembly. I removed the fascia assembly and found the harness broken and cut. Due to this, the fascia heater is not working, and causing ice build up. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no IM error codes. I then ran a harvest on the IM ad found it ran through as designed. I tried to run an IM fill in test 45, but it did not fill. However, I could hear the valve energize. I gained access to the valve and fill line. I found the fill line frozen over. I removed the fill line and verified good water flow from the valve. I found the bad fascia heater was most likely allowing the fill line to freeze over. I am ordering the fascia heater and the office will need to reschedule. The return tech will need to test the fill and possibly thaw the fill line again.; ordrng 1 WPW10553630 (Fascia Assembly)"

"Arrived on sire to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, tested the unit and found the noise (squeak) intermittent. Removed the back cover and found the heater box not secured/tightened and rubbing the back panel. Tightened/adjusted the box and retested and unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for WATER LEAKING DOWN FROM THE MIDDLE DRAWERS--OR COLLECTING FROM THE MIDDLE DRAWERS--FREEZING UP. Gained access to the evaporator and found drip pan bowed and shims had come loose. Ice formed inside the drip pan. Removed ice maker and found ice and frost accumulating around the port. Used steamer to remove ice and frost then used perma gum to seal the gaps where ice and frost had previously formed. Cleaned up the evaporator cover. Used steamer to remove all ice and frost from drain pan. Once ice was melted the drain allowed all water and frost to flow into drain pan underneath fridge. Used shims to have drain pan under RC evaporator sit flush to remove bowing and prevent ice and frost from forming thus allowing it to drain instead of sit in the same spot.

Removed each harness from switch and found far right infinite switch was faulty. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of loud noise at start of cycle, I ran dmls calibration, ran a load with towels, unit tested good. If problem continues, will need slider and clutch."

Arrived on site to test unit for not turning off when canceling bake cycle and acting erratic. Per service pointer W11525545 unit needs to be connected to WiFi for software update. Advised customer of service pointer and WiFi connectivity. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer oil. Upon further inspection, tested the unit in diagnostics and it operated as designed. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil in the pulley shield as the seal had broken. Removed and replaced the gearcase, cam assembly and drive belt and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for tapping noise and phone like noise. Found phone like sound is ice maker fan turning on after doors are closed. Found tapping is a piece of tape on compressor cover. Removed tape, tested unit, u it working as designed. Placed unit on basic defrost mode. No leaks detected. Job complete."
