"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit with the door open and door switch closed and I could feel heat, but no for very long. I removed the front panel, and drum and retested and found the coil not operating properly. I tested ohms and found it out of range. I removed and replaced the coil and retested and the unit is heating as designed. I reassembled the unit and tested airflow with my vent test kit. By placing the hook and card at the back left vent area, I tested the unit on air only (no heat) and the unit failed two times. I disconnected the vent tube at the back of the unit and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs and recommended that they have the dryer vent leading up to the roof and at the roof checked. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Upon arrival I disassembled the UA consul and during diagnostics I was able to verify that the water inlet valve was receiving 120 V to it as design with no drops in power whatsoever. Also confirm that the customer still had no hot water connected to the unit as previously noted down by prior tech. I also verified that the washer was cycling the cold water on and off as intended during normal use but found that the washer without the air code because even using a cold temperature wash the washer requires a tiny amount of hot water to be mixed in and entered with cold. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker from point T-H and it failed to harvest. Checked the wiring harness and it is good. Checked the wires at the bottom left hinge and they are good. I found water in the IM tray and found it had harvested before I arrived. Intermittent motor. Arrived on site for washer tearing close and still living residue on cloths. Upon arrival I called whirlpool techline and ran through every test they required but nothing came back as failing and they state unit is fully functioning as designed. I did however replace the washplate due to tiny burns that were barely noticeable. Informed customer afte multiple test and checkin other water hardware in home that they are showing early signs of a major hard water issue. "Arrived on site for washing machine not filling with enough water. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E3 for overload. I put unit into a factory testy cycle and found that the unit went through it as designed. I ran a normal cycle with a small load and found the unit would get through a sensing cycle, skip the fill, and then start a wash cycle with no water in the unit. I checked the pressure tube and found no holes, kinks, or obstructions. I called techline and spoke with TJ and received SR #7729987726 and he advised replacing the control. I replaced the control and I calibrated the unit. I ran another small cycle and the unit now filled. Unit now working as designed. Call complete."
