REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KSC24C8EYP02 Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling at all. Upon inspection and diagnostics found fans and compressor running. No frost on either evaporator. Could hear a hissing sound coming from RC evaporator compartment and line is very corroded. Checked compressor compartment and ohmed compressor windings. Recorded 6.6 ohms from common to start and 6 ohms from common to run and 12 ohms from run to start. Compressor is warm to the touch but only has a reading of .06 amps. Checked voltage and unit is receiving 120 volts. Tried using another start device but had no change in operation. Unit compressor not operating correctly and could have a leak. Will need a sealed system technician for two hrs. Upon further inspection, I found the side metal on the dispenser tray rusted from water getting on the metal. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and during agitation, the unit was loud. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the rotor, drain pump and all four panel walls. I am ordering the gearcase, clutch, dispenser tray and will return with the rotor. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F0E5 for an off balance load. I advised customer on loading unit via user care guide. I tested j2 connection and found drain pump ohmd out good. I checked and found voltage to control and at j12 connector indicting malfunctioning control. I replaced control and calibrated unit. Customer advised that sometimes the unit will only dispense two cubes of ice and then itll dispense a whole ton of ice the next time they try again. Found ice cubes being linked together from the ice tray. Advise the customer that they may need to turn down their water pressure in order to avoid the cubes being linked together and causing the unit to catch the ice before its dispensed. Found unit dispensing ice properly. Customer had several other questions about the unit which I answered. Unit is working as designed. Call complete.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB835DW4 Arrived on site for washer not filling after previously repair inlet valve was installed. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostics and found the long/no fill error. Upon testing the inlet valve I was able to verify its full functionality. The owners at the moment only have a cold water line connected to unit due to its location outside of the house. I was able to swap line between hot and cold side to verify over all the valve was working as intended. Customer then specified which cycle setting they were trying to use and I noticed during the selection that the warm water default option was constantly coming up for water temp. When I ran multiple tests I found that with warm water selection or anything except cold te unit wouldnt advance or continue filling properly because theres no hot water line connected. Informed customer to watch for that water temp setting and make sure its on cold each time only. Also went over with customer the user care guide instructions

Customer stated that a month ago the unit had frost it up as if it had a defrost issue on the freezer side but said that for the past month and not notice any issues whatsoever in the unit had been functioning as designed other than it taking too long to cool. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the thermostat was the main cause the unit would not even turn on unless the thermostat was cranked up to the highest setting between four and five I was able to check continuity on resistance and voltage from the defrost control board as well as by middle thermostat heater and found all three were working as designed and then verify that the air baffle and dampers were functioning allowing cold air to flow properly from the freezer. Ended up replacing the thermostat and was able to reassemble and test that the fridge is not fully functional as designed call complete

I pulled the unit out and tested voltage at the outlet and got 125V from L1 to L2. Checked voltage at the terminal block and got the same results. I recommended that the customer have an electrician look at the breaker and outlet and once they have it repaired, if the unit continues to not operate to contact the office and schedule service. COOKTOP FRIGIDAIRE FGEC3045KS1 Arrived on site for cooktop that customer stated the front right burner would not cook food fast enough although the burner would seem to work on initial power up but overtime customer stated would dim the power. Upon arrival and further inspection I checked voltage for the front right into the switch and found out the voltage was fine but that over an extended period time 10 to 15 minutes or more the burner would start to die down on its own even if it was such a high high then replaced the infinite switch and reassembled and tested the unit to verify that the burner is now functioning fully as designed and was able to boil water between 5 to 7 minutes as intended customer was happy with the results. Upon arrival customer stated that they were able to suck out the water from inside the tub using the shop vac but what they didnt realize was they had accidentally sucked up the filter drain ball thats it sounds like the pump for suctioning purposes during the training cycle. I also found that the housing that is from Mount Stuart cracked due to the way they tried to take apart the dishwasher but I also found that the solenoid was fully melted from overheating due to drawing on too much amperage through a timer that was not regulating power to the solenoid properly.; ordrng 1 WD12X10244 (base spray arm) and 1 WD12X10408 (filter ball)

WASHER MAYTAG MVWC465HW2 Arrived on site for washer not cycling correctly. Upon arrival I entered diagnostics and found f7e6. I checked voltage from board to capacitor and motor and found voltage supply fine. I then went ahead and replaced the motor and capacitor. At this point I ran more diagnostics test but found that unit would now function but only in low speed agitation and nothing else. I rechecked voltage from the ACU to capacitor and motor but this time found only a 1/4 of power being sent so I retested voltage directly at the ACU but found ACU wasnt the cause. I then stripped out all the wiring from unit for detailed inspection. I found that deep within the plastic harness cover for wires going to the capacitor had 2 wires attached in connector but one of the wires was barely hanging on by a thread almost complete undetectable visually and with a meter. Verify that the integrity and continuity of all the door switches were intact and there was no signs or evidence of internal damage also verified that the LEDs were all also intact and working though they were all dim they were all trying to turn on and show no signs of power shortages between them but rather indicated that none of them are actually being supplied the proper voltage I also found that occasionally the evaporator fan would kick on and off at random when it wasnt supposed to and that compressor with sometimes get more power than it should and other times would start dying off way too quickly and not turn back on I was able then to check voltage throughout the cabinet to the fridge And was able to narrow down that the supply issue is coming from the main control in the back of the fridge there was a
