Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model KRFF577KPS06 not producing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 37 degrees RC and 0degrees FC and 4 degrees ice box. I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code E2. I ran test 57 and the ice maker test failed to complete harvest. I replaced the ice maker and resembled and tested and the unit is now operating as designed. The customer also pointed out some greyish residue on the gasket and frame of the fridge. The residue can be wiped off but customer claims it keeps returning. I called techline to document my finding. Case number 23027666. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRS315SDHM12 not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, I checked temperatures and measured 0 in the freezer and 37 in the refrigerator section. I found that the door switch for the freezer was not operating properly, causing the icemaker not to dispense. I am ordering the switch W11123941. I am scheduling for 3/31. Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival confirmed correct voltage to going to terminal block. Ran airflow test and found tester failed when vent is connected. Arrived onsite for new install of European kitchenaid induction cooktop tripping the breaker immediately in standby when the breaker is flipped to on. The junction box was open on arrival showing that this model does not use a neutral wire as I have seen in other new installation of the same series of units. Because the required breaker is an AFCi smart breaker the absence of the neutral wire from the appliance triggers a preemptive tripping of the smart breaker. The appliance is correct and as designed but not compatible with standardized code. A breaker that can function without the presence of a neutral wire must be used for the cooktop to function. Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4307SW0 that is not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine wont go past the first stage of the cycle and doesnt lock the lid. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E3. (basket engaged during wash) error code. I ran the unit through manual testing and found the unit wouldnt shift between agitation and spin. I gained access underneath and found all wires and components in good condition. I found the splutch assembly would move from spin to agitation without a strain. I tested the unit again while sitting underneath and found the shifter motor not moving. I replaced the actuator shifter W11481722 and tested the unit. Upon arrival customer stated unit completely stopped cooling, they cycled power yesterday and unit has now returned to proper temperature and resumed ice production. Measured FC temperature at 0 and found ice bin half full. Entered service mode and ran test 57 and test 45, both passed successfully. No active cooling or ice production failures present at time of service. Suspect control experienced a temporary logic fault that was reset with power cycle. Advised customer to monitor over the next several days and if issue reoccurs recommend replacement of main control and user interface. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRF767SDHZ04 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that its doing the same thing as last year, where it stopped making ice, and it wont fill. I checked the temperature of the freezer and ice box and found the freezer at 3F and the ice box at 10F. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests pass except the ice maker fill test and found the icemaker had an E5 error code for a bad icemaker thermistor. I checked voltage going to the fill tube heater and found proper voltage. I went ahead and replaced the ice maker W11658802 and fill tube heater W11087201. I tested the unit, and the unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

I found proper voltage going to the ice maker, so I replaced the ice maker assembly W11700250 and tested the unit. Arrived on site for unit making high pitch squealing noise. Upon arrival proceeded to disconnect evap fan motor and found noise coming from the cap tube. Customer confirmed same noise. Mastic was already applied and evaporator coil has full first pattern. Called tech support and spoke with Geroge SR#23021613 and stated the operations of the unit is noise and the noise is refrigerant flowing from high pressure liquid to low pressure gas. Customer owned may fridges in the past and this is the only machine that makes an obnoxious high pitch noise and customer is dissatisfied with the machine. Advised customer to contact customer care for any accommodations. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW2 that is making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine makes noise every time it spins and the noise changes. He showed me several videos of the sounds it makes. I heard what sounded like normal operation for most of the videos but had one video that I couldnt tell what was happening as the video doesnt show any hoses or any other angles to show where the noise was coming from. I ran the unit into diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Dillon SR# 23018205. He had me send the videos the customer could provide and advised that based on the customers complaint and noises heard, the unit is working and operating as designed. He advised that the newer machines do make more noises than previous models and concrete flooring can amplify the sounds coming from the machine. He advised there was no functional repair we could make to make this unit any quieter and to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer making a clicking noise during operation. Ran the unit and confirmed a consistent clicking sound as the drum was rotating. Disconnected power and disassembled the unit by removing the top and front panel to gain access to the drum area. Inspected internal components including the drum, rollers, and front bulkhead. Found a foreign object (key) lodged between the front panel and the drum, which was making contact as the drum rotated and causing the clicking noise. Removed the key and inspected surrounding components for any damage; none found. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS325SDHZ08 ics maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker tray had stopped mid-harvest and was full of ice cubes. I attempted to test the ice maker, but it continued to fail. With the ice maker covered under the AEX one year warranty, i removed and replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. I advised the customer that there is no warranty on the new ice maker as the AEX warranty expired. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with complaint of loud noise and squeaking during operation. Powered on and tested unit, confirming abnormal squeaking and grinding noise while drum was rotating. Disassembled unit to access internal components. Inspected drum support system and found idler pulley and drum support rollers (wheels) worn and causing noise due to lack of smooth rotation. Belt also showed signs of wear. Replaced full dryer repair kit, including all four drum support rollers, idler pulley, and drive belt. Ensured all components were properly installed, aligned, and rotating freely. Reassembled unit and verified proper tension on the belt. Tested dryer through a full cycle. Unit is now operating quietly with no abnormal noises. All functions working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on-site for refrigerator not cooling. On arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection.I found the compressor locked up and failing. I amim ordering W11550396 evap coil, w11557425 compressor, wpw10143759 uv dryer,W11506635 access valve. Arrive on site for a dishwasher model WDF330PAHS5 that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will fill and drain but not recirculate the water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I tested the unit and confirmed the wash motor would not run. I replaced the wash motor assembly W11025157 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found unit triggering a F9E1 error for drain issues, inspected and found kinked drain line, readjusted and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete no parts installed

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon arrival, I tested the unit and could hear it making a thumping noise. The noise appears to be coming from the right rear side of the drum at the right rear roller area. I disassembled the unit and inspected the drum and found the seam of the drum not flush. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the drum, along with the rollers and reassembled and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no abnormal noises. SF315PEPB2. Customers stated that the oven was not heating. Verified that the igniter would glow but was not getting hot enough to ignite the gas and open the gas valve. Removed and replaced bake broil igniter w10918546. Tested: igniter came on, gas valve opened and lit. Oven is working as intended. No gas leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVWP575GW1 that is not spinning out properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make it through the wash cycle for the most part, but it will not spin out and make some weird noise. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the motor trying to spin the basket, but the basket skipping on the drive shaft. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good but found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft, indicating a hub assembly issue. I gained access to the hub assembly and found it stripped, causing the issue. I replaced the hub assembly from truck stock W10528947 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. ; used 1 W10528947 (Hub assembly) from stock

Arrived onsite for oven WFG320M0MS0 releasing abnormal amounts of CO when in use. Customer has owned appliance for almost 2yrs but has not used the oven until recently. Ran a cooking cycle at 350 degrees but CO meter was not registering. Tool maybe defective. Need to revisit and properly diagnose for CO reading being abnormal. Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. Ran diagnostics unit is filling and passing water over chill plate . Chill plate is cool but not getting frost pattern . Put unit i to normal mode , let unit run 15-20 minutes. Plate never got cold enough to freeze water . Ordering compressor, condenser, service port , non uv drier . Weight 3hrs . Nomwater leaks detected at time of service. Arrived to 1008 for both doors dented. Upon arrival confirmed RC door has scratches and FC door has dent. Proceeded to replace LW10904379 dor fip, LW10912075 door and W11223753 nameplate. Before and after photos taken. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDF331PAHS1 with issue of not draining. Upon arrival, inspected unit and there is standing water in bottom of unit. I inspected drain hose and disposal and are good. Ran drain cycle and pump energizes but does not pump. I inspected drain pump and found debris in drain pump housing. Cleared debris and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present. Arrived on site for low to no ice production. Removed bin found ice box fan not running,ran diagnostic ice box fan powered on,ran ice box thermistor failed reading open. Installed icemaker kit,powered unit on icemaker ran through a cycle and filled with water, ice box fan powered on. W10882923

Arrived onsite WTW4850HW3 for unit with failed control f3e1 error. Continuous drain. Replaced control W11607637. Tested unit. Now operating as designed. No leaks.

Arrived on site unit 108 to look at model WFW560CHW4 forund error code f8e1 ran diagnostic component tests, all valves tested good, drain and spin tested good, ran a normal cycle to monitor fill. Unit tested good no leaks unit vacant.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not turning on. Found display panel is shorted. Buttons unresponsive and display missing digits. Removed door panel. Found possible signs of leak from vent as well. Replaced control panel and vent. NRan automatic test cycle. All pass. Call complete
