I found the lower air guide for the condenser as the source of the noise and applied sound deadening material to it, preventing the issue. Initial inspection revealed the left leg was not set and the right was screwed down enough the right wheel was off of the floor and the whole machine would rock over 1/4. I corrected the issue and then adjusted the FC door. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

She stated it happened when she was using hot water. I checked for stored error codes and there were none. I ran the auto service cycle and the machine completed the cycle working as designed. I ran the manual service cycle and activated the valves finding them working as designed. I went over detergent use and loading with the customer. At this time the machine is working as designed. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was making noise. On arrival customer said there were several issues / new issues. Cooling from previous ticket was resolved. Customer said the unit makes noise a couple of times a day, the ice bucket is not attaching to the door, that the ice bin overfills and drops ice, and that they sometimes get condensation on the pantry drawer glass. Examined unit and found as follows: noise was not present at time of service and may be due to previous evaporator ice issue since unit was not defrosted. Found the magnets on the ice bucket / door aren't making a strong connection, so ice bucket doesn't stick to door. This will require new magnets / pieces. The icemaker seems to be producing fine, and bail arm is not loose / disconnected. The contact point for the bail arm to stop likely does allow the ice to fill above the bucket, and dropping some cubes is likely normal due to how its designed. Condensation on pantry glass is normal, since the warm air from opening the door is going to go for the glass being the best spot to condense. This is normal and doesn't require a repair. Customer does not want any parts replaced and wants Jenn Air yo exchange the unit, and did not authorize me to replace any parts. I advised them that we can not do that as servicers, and they must continue to discuss the issue with customer service. Also reported customers request for exchange/declination of repairs to tech line, under same SR7738624652. Customer let me know they do not want this refrigerator and will continue to submit tickets and service requests until it is exchanged. Call completed."

There was no smell coming from the machine or the dishes on this load. The customer and I both confirmed this. I found the drain hose at the disposal mounted correctly. I found nothing on the heating element. The customer stated they run the machine daily. I advised the customer to run a dishwasher cleaned thru the machine once a month. The customer already bought a dishwasher cleaner. I went over how to use it and what to look for to make sure it is working. I went over detergent and use and care for the machine with the customer. Arrived onsite for unit 107 and found range tripping breaker during preheat consistently. No standing shorts. Proper voltage and proper installation. Used the PR method for drying out the elements using heat cycling until they are thoroughly dry to prevent ongoing breaker tripping with the higher sensitivity GFCi breakers required by code. Unit able to preheat and maintain at 500f bake without tripping the breaker.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is making noise during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit makes a thumping sound and that it has a little squeak noise that it makes intermittently through the cycle. Around the unit and the customer showed me it right away with a thumping sound was. Found, thumping sound was when the dryer idler pulley was hitting the ridge of the dryer basket. I did explain that that is a normal sound that they will hear during operation. I disassembled the unit and found the rollers and idler pulley hard to spin, potentially causing the squeaking sound. I replaced the rollers, belt, and idler pulley and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

The sealed system turned on shortly after starting the temp test. I tested the icemaker in a harvest cycle after finding an E2 motor lost position error finding the motor not turning with 12V to it. I changed the icemaker and it went thru a harvest cycle. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for cosmetic blemishes that were able to be cleaned to restore. The unit is now in good working order. Advised customer on repair.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E4-water leak. I cleared the code and continued with testing and the unit operated as designed. I found a large amount of suds in the bottom of the tub. The customer advised that they accidentally placed liquid dish soap in the rinse aid dispenser (photo). I removed the toeplate and inspected the float switch and drip pan and found soapy water in the pan causing the error code (F8E4). I removed the float switch from the pan and cleaned the soapy water from it best I could and will order another one just in case this one continues to fail. I recommended the customer not use the unit until we can get back to replace the dispenser assembly and I explained that using the unit with the dish soap will only cause more issues with the unit. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use (water softener system). I am ordering the dispenser, float switch and CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST and spoke with KC in scheduling soon as the customer is a care taker of an elderly and needs their dishwasher daily. "Arrived on site for loud noise and water leaking. Arrived onsite for a washer that will not start. Upon arrival the customer informed me that the unit will at times just get the clothes wet but not wash them and some times the unit will not spin the clothes out either. Upon arrival I ran the unit in quick wash and found that it opened as designed. But while doing this test I found the the unit was set to hit then I change it to tap cold and found that the water flow was low/slow. I replaced the valve to take care of the low cold water flow and it improved the flow. Then I replaced the control for the seemingly start/cycle completion issue.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Customer stated unit smelled weird for about a week. They were worried about a freon leak. Ran diagnostics on unit multiple times, unit passed, all components engaged properly. Unit is freezing in FC and cooling in RC. Inspected unit for leaks, none present. When dishwasher was running, something sounded like it was spraying on the door. I tried reseating parts on the inside. Found unit is pumping good, spray arms are moving. I also removed some debris from the lower spray arm. I advised the customer to run the dishwasher on Heavy with the high temp options all turned on, and see if performance improves. Mechanically the unit seems like it's working properly, but the spray on the door seemed abnormal. Ordering clear door to observe, and spray arms as well. "Complaint was that cooktop sometimes turns itself on and has to cool down before it will turn back on, found shelf under cooktop was to close. Showed instructions requires 5 1/8 inch clearance before the top of a shelf. Refer to contractor or builder. Call complete"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per the previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. Before installation, I evacuated the system outside and cleared the system with Nitrogen. Removed and replaced the parts mentioned and vacuumed the system for approximately 30 minutes. Pressures held at -30/0 for approximately 15 mins before I installed 68g of R600 refrigerant. Allowed the system to equalize then plugged the unit in and monitored the unit. Unit is beginning to cool properly and I recommended the customer allow the unit to cool for 24-48 hours before placing food items inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and upon further inspection found fill tube wire was connected in molex connection but actual wiring was not making contact. Replaced fill tube and heater assembly. Arrived on site to inspect unit for burner coil not heating. Upon closer inspection found heating element cycling on and off as designed. Customer stated unit struggles more when pan or other item is on burner. Placed pan on burner that was having more issues. Unit is still cycling heat to burner as designed. Informed customer while pan is on it will read temp of pan and will not cycle back until load on burner has reached below a certain temperature. Unit is running as intended. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not turning on. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they suspect the fuse has gone bad again as the unit will turn on but it wont start. I attempted to start a cycle and it failed. I tested voltage and got 245V at the terminal block. Tested voltages at the control per the tech sheet and all checks were good. I disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoff, thermostat and fuse and found the fuse open. Also found the harness to be different than normal as there is usually two light blue wires to the fuse and now theres one with a purple wire. I removed and replaced the fuse and tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I reassembled the unit and tested airflow and it is good and the vent going out of the home goes straight outside. I made recommendations for use and care to the customer. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for dishwasher not completing cycles or drying dishes(per customer on arrival). Upon arrival confirmed failure and found clean led flashing 7 times consecutively. Checked diagnostic cycl and found rat and dishwasher working as designed. Site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit through diagnostics and confirmed an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I did confirm the washer motor was not running in an auto test. I replaced the washer motor and tested unit. Unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed manifold. Orifice holders and screws. Applied bubble solution and found no signs of leaks. Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a washer the is making screeching noise. Upon arrival The customer advised me that the noise sounded like something knocking against something when the unit is no spin. I ran the spin cycle and found the the normal was completed for the tube hitting the cabinet/chassis. I adjust it and tested the unit and found that the noise is now gone.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the water does not come out when there is a filter installed for 3 to 4 to weeks. I installed a new filter and the unit is still doing the same thing. The filter only last less than 30 days. Called and spoke with WP Tech line and they came up with the same solution as I did. The customer cut the old filter in half and found no debris that we could see in the filter. Customer is going to see if the new filter head makes a difference. Installed a new door gasket for the right door. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks despite during service.Sr7738710711

"Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Customer stated unit stopped washing first, then he cycled power, then it made a buzzing sound when draining but started washing. Ran diagnostics on unit, all components are engaging properly. Could not mimic issue. Advised customer that if issue returns to leave unit in failed state and contact office. At this time unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised of the unit on most loads does not seem to spin out the clothes and theyre having to run through a drain and spin and ordered a ring out the clouds. Around the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Around the unit through an auto chest in the unit ran as designed. I checked the back to make sure the shipping bolted and removed and found that they had. I also found proper installation of the unit. I ran through the wash settings and found the normal/regular cycle with no spin. I found two other cycles on low or no spin as well. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738719208. He advised that because the unit didnt store any error codes and most of the reasons why the machine would not finish the cycle would populate an error code, the issue would either be with off balance loads due to mixed loading/overloading or an issue with the spin speed setting upon the cycle start. He advised to make no repair and to inform the customer on spin settings. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived onsite for range oven not working. On inspection the bake would not ignite and the broil had a hard time igniting, when it ignited the flame only went half way around the burner. Installed new DSI board on unit and tested the bake to 300? and the broil now has the flame all the way around the burner. The range is operating as designed and no gas leaks were detected during service."
