WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW8500DC2 "Arrived on site to inspect washer tripping breaker and hot valve not turning off. Upon further inspection, I found the hot valve at the wall turned off. Turned water on and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E2. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit began to fill with hot water and was to stop filling, the hot water continued to flow at a fast pace. I turned the hot water off and removed the console and tested the valve. I found every valve out of range.I removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. I found on the old valve that the sensor pins were badly oxidized and due to water getting on the connection, the connection was shorting out and causing an interference in the electrical current causing the GFCI breaker to trip. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH31017HZ3 "Arrived on site to inspect microwave tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged. When I plugged it in, sparks shot out from the outlet. I also noticed that the range lost power when the breaker tripped. I found only one breaker tripped meaning the range and microwave are on the same circuit. I removed the unit from the cabinet/wall and removed the casing to find both mounts not wiled and the mount on the right side, along with the mounting screw, were touching the filter board and causing the unit to short/trip the breaker. I reinstalled the mounts correctly no advised the customer that the mounting holes in the cabinet will need to be redone and lined up in order to avoid this issue of the breaker tripping. I found the fuse shorted so I removed and replaced it. Using my extension cord, I tested the unit without the casing on and the unit is operating as designed. It looks as though the screws that hold the panel up are missing and the space for the cooktop has issues causing the panels to have gaps which would be a install issue. Upon arrival I ran a continuity in Om resistance test on the bake element broil element and Thursday and found the bake element itself filled both tests and after further inspection I found the control board was sending the full 240 V but because of the bake element being broken it was not pretty right then replace the bake element and reasonable to test the unit and verified that it would heat to 350° as designed. Unit sounded a little different but made a similar noise. Found wash plate spinning but the basket skipping slower than that agitator. Pushed down on the basket on both sides and found the basket wobbling on the spline. Attempted to remove agitator and found the agitator completely seized onto the gear case. Basket appears to be completely stripped from the spline. Unit will need a complete rebuild for repair. If authorization is given for repair, office will need to contact customer about reschedule date due to multiple out of stock and PSP items. I found it kept a good 160 degree average for a consistent amount of time. I then reconnected venting and found dryer would stop heating shortly after reconnection. I explained to the customer hat within the venting of the house itself there was lint clogging the air flow path and not allowing dryer to vent out the heat. Informed customer that they need to get a dryer vent cleaning down in order to repair unit. Call complete. Dryer is functioning as designed.

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. At preheat, my temp reading was 279 degrees and the max temp was 305 degrees. I tested ohms to the ignitor and found it open also found the ignitor element broken. I removed and replaced the ignitor and retested and the ignitor continued to fail I found the new ignitor element was cracked. I tested voltage at the control and when the relay would come on I got 124V but then I could hear the relay click again and no voltage going to the ignitor.
