Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining. Upon arrival confirmed issue and after further inspection found that the PVC pipe bridging between the P-trap and the disposal had flip downward causing all the runoff drainage from the sink to flood back down into the drain line clogging it. After re-positioning the PVC pipe and clearing out the drain line I was able to reassemble and test the unit and found washer could fully fill agitate the water and drain with no signs of leaking as designed. Also instructed tenant at completion of diagnosis that disposal was still malfunctioning and we would notify American home shield that disposal will need to be replaced at some point. Call complete

Arrived on site for arrange not functioning properly. Upon arrival customer stated that the oven was staying on by itself and not able to be turned off after it was used for cooking. Also stated that the receptacle on the back left it sparked when trying to turn the burner off itself. Upon further inspection I found that the thermostat is getting stuck once it is powered on and heated to a certain temp and not allowing the thermostat to shut down once it is turned back off. Also found that the back right small 6 inch burner has mounts breaking off causing it not to sit right inside the receptacle or the drip pan causing it to then arc inside of the receptacle bit. Also found back left receptacle itself is starting to burn apart into a powdery residue due to age. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher intermittent operation. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F1E1, F8E2, F6E2, F6E6. Following the tech sheet for the F1E1 error code, I inspected the main control and found it very hot. I tested the motor from the control and found it bad. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out the water from the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated to me how the unit is not spinning out the water from one rug. I felt the rug and found it saturated with water. Customer started the drain/spin cycle and I monitored the cycle until the display showed 8 mins remaining and the unit was continuously attempting to balance the load before going into a spin which it failed to do such. I contacted techline and spoke with Andrew and advised of the complaint and my findings. Andrew advised that the unit is not designed to spin out one clothing item or one rug in this case. He advised that it was just the odds of it spinning out in the past, but the unit is not designed to spin out one item; must be a good load with more items. Before I began, I punctured the drier and found the unit with good pressures. I vacuumed the system and removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system. Pressures held good at -30/0. I installed 5oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures. Pressures held at -3/120 and evaporator had a good frost pattern. I also found the back wheels had separated from their bearings, and the pulley was damaged and allowing the belt to be caught in it. Arrived on site for a washing machine with the UI stuck on the end screen when the cycle finished. Upon arrival I found it stuck on the end screen and the UI was unresponsive. Arrived onsite for the door to the unit sagging a bit and hitting the bottom cover and the top left seal not sealing properly. Looked at the door as saw that the door just needed to be picked up and re aligned a bit. Re aligned the door and it no longer was hitting the bottom cover. Used the blow dryer to get the seal to form better. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for the light not working in the freezer. Looked at the freezer and saw the light was out. Replaced the light in the freezer. No issues at this time. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Upon further inspection, found that the compressor would not kick on. Used test start device and the compressor finally kicked on. The start device needed to be replaced. Got the go ahead to replace the start device. Replaced part. Let customer know to allow the unit 6-8 hrs to get cool. No issues at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for unit not washing correctly. Put unit in diagnostics and got an F8E1 error and off balance load. Ran diagnostics and unit passed with no issues. Replaced the water valve. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. Customer prior to testing the unit said that they had washed a comforter in the unit and that they would fill the unit up and noticed that not much water would fill to the top. Let customer know that these units do not hold big loads to the top. Called tech line to report findings. Said that these unit will fill with too much water as previous units. Also let them know that if the customer calls in because they do not like the unit that it will not be exchanged by us. Got sr#7733197383. No issues at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for oven not igniting. Upon arrival tested oven on bake cycle and ignitor was not energizing. Found OL on Ignitor. Need to replace ignitor. Replaced ignitor. Tested unit by preheating oven. Oven ignited and operates as designed. No gas leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for lights out in FC and RC. Upon arrival found FC bulb was out and RC led was partially out. Replaced FC socket and build and RC led module. Tested unit and both FC and RC lighting operates correctly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for SAFTEY call with unit that has shattered glass. Upon arrival took pictures and uploaded to SD. Called SAFTEY. Saftey gave reference # 7733135965.

Arrived on site for to install previously diagnosed parts. Installed parts and left side storage drawer still stays about 1/16 different compared to left side. Called techline again . Told tech that it a pears a little better after replacing recommended parts. Tech said per specs there is up to a 1/4 leeway. Tech reviewed pics from text messages and advised that there is no other repair that can be made. Customer will have to call customer service if still not happy. Tech gave SR# 7733140475. "Arrived onsite for unit making loud screeching sound. Upon arrival tested unit on auto cycle and found noise coming from belt. Notice cam pulley and belt were worn. Need to replace belt and cam. Replaced belt and cam and tested unit. Unit no longer screeching, but found a light rubbing noise from agitator. Found a coin lodged between agitator and tub. Removed coin. Unit now operates correctly with normal sounds. No leaks present at this time. Job complete."
