DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE PLD4375RFC0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher that had no power. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit was hooked up and hardwired to an electrical outlet. The issue was that the dishwasher was hooked up to the upper outlet and the power was hooked up to the lower outlet. Found power to the lower outlet but no power to the upper outlet. I did advise the customer that the unit was hooked up incorrectly and that there was an electrical hazard. The customer did have some wire nuts that he used to not the unit properly together to ensure the unit did have power. Once he did so he turn the power back on and the unit is not working as designed. Did advise the customer to wrap the nuts and electrical tape prior to used to avoid water penetration into the electrical outlet. Call complete.

DOUBLE WALL OVEN KITCHENAID KCGS556ESS02 "Arrived on site to inspect cooktop calibration. Upon further inspection, I found the actual unit being serviced is the wall oven. I corrected the model/serial number info on the ticket. Customer advised that the temps in the lower oven are off approximately 25 degrees. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. In the beginning, the unit temps were way off. Using a sensor from my van stock (W10859573), I removed and replaced the sensor and retested. Unit is operating as designed showing an average temp of 354.5 degrees. Job completed."

DRYER GE DWSR483EB3WW Arrived on site for dryer making a grinding noise according to the customer. Upon arrival I was able to disassemble the unit and found that the bearing glide assembly and felt lining belt that helped the front of the tub rotate were shattered just due to wear and tear in old age and due to the fact that the parts required are mostly plastic and overtime wear down a lot faster. I was able to verify that the unit is heating as designed and I was able to reinstall a new felt bearing glide assembly and felt. Then reassembled the unit was able to verify and test that the dryer is now functioning as designed and confirming with the customer that the noise they were hearing is no longer during customer satisfied with repair call complete

FREEZER WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHZ01 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the unit warm in both compartments and no frost pattern on the evaporator. Checked compressor and it showed .50amps. I found oil on the condenser line at the lokring indicting a leak in the system. I connected my gauges to my piercing pliers and pierced the drier and found barely any refrigerant in the system. I removed and replaced the drier with a UI drier and installed an access valve and a sleeve at the lokring location removing the lokring. Vacuumed the system and installed 5.0 ounces of R134a refrigerant and tested pressures. Unit is holding pressure and evaporator has a good frost pattern. Unit is beginning to cool. I recommended that the customer allow the unit to cool for at least 24 hours. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I tested the heater and it came on when I jumped voltage. I also found the main control very hot to the touch. I found the FC evap had a wall of frost built up. I found the evap fan on and blowing strong. I could not feel any air coming out of the damper in the RC. On arrival I found that the customer reset the power to the unit per the offices instruction and the unit was cooling again properly. I found the FC at 0 degrees, the RC at 37 degrees, and the ice bin full. After talking with the customer I determined that the issue with the unit stopping cooling until everything thawed out and then start cooling again on its own all started after the compressor was replaced. The customer stated the fans were all running when the unit was not cooling. I explained to the customer that I feel like the issue is the inverter since the fans were working and the compressor that was replaced came with a new inverter control. I replaced the inverter and tested the unit. All is functioning as designed."

I tested temps on unit and found reaching proper temp. Upon further inspection I found ice build up on bottom of unit. I gained access to drain pan and found it covered in ice. I found the evap fan working as designed. I thawed out the pan and unclogged it. I found no mechanical failure on unit. I took a piece of paper and worked it around gasket to test seal and it was moving to freely. I found gasket making weak seal. I am ordering gasket to be replaced. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW7300DW0 "Arrived on site for washing machine starting up and spinning slowly then stopping. Upon arrival customer stated major issue was unit not getting water. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F3E2 for inlet water temp fault , F8E1 for long fill, and F2E1 for stuck button. I cleared the error codes. I ran component activation and found he valve not initiating. I isolated water at wall and found it good. I gained access to the control and valves and found valve harness visibly burnt and frayed. I found connection on control visibly burned as well. I ohmd out the valve and found it about 150 ohms to high. We will need to replace control, valve harness, and valve.
