"Arrived on site for washer not spinning or cycling correctly according to the customer upon arrival. Upon entering diagnostics about an F7e6, f7e1. I checked ohm resistance at j2-1&2 connections and found motor resistance between 2-3.5 ohms as designed (unit was reading 2.4-2.5 exact) I didnÂ’t found that the main control was sending 120 V down to the sensors and motor down though but the unit would not rotate a run and less you grab the tub and spun it around. One point I was able to get the motor to rotate like it should but thatÂ’s when I found that they were in agitation and spend the gear case was also leaking oil and not functioning as designed when it was going and agitation it would not rotate back-and-forth indicating the gears grinding on the inside. Customer stated in the last few days he reset power to unit and that may have solved the issue. No mechanical failures found.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine no draining water. Upon further inspection, I found the unit tub full of ice and water. I could hear the external drain pump on and attempting to pump the water out. When I pulled the unit out, the water began to flow through the drain hose into the sink drain. I found that when the unit was pushed back into place from previous repairs, the hose had gotten kinked and closed off. When I pushed the unit back into place, I pulled the drain hose into the cabinet under the sink to keep it from kinking gain. Tested the drain pump and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for dishwasher that would go through was and drain cycle continuously all day. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4, after the error codes the unit would then make a loud beep and not enter a diagnostic cycle. I found that the filter in the unit was extremely dirt and the OWI was covered in grime. I cleaned both and then tested unit again, but it would not initiate diagnostics cycle still. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that still is not making ice. I checked temps and found the RC at 41 degrees and the FC only dropping to 9.8 degrees when the unit switched back to the FC to cool. I found all components that have to do with the ice maker functions working as designed except the icemaker is never getting to harvest temp. I inspected the FC evaporator coil and it had frost on about a third of it. I inspected the condenser and found the outer parts of the coil clean but the inner parts of the coil were packed with hair and dust not allowing good air flow across it. The temps in the FC have been the same on the past 4 visits so I explained to the customer that I didnt suspect a refrigerant leak but suspected the restricted coil to be the cause for it not reaching harvest temp. I explained to the customer that the coil would have to be blown out using a compressor and blow nozzle but explained that it would make a big mess and we didnt
