"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees and ice box=6 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and it showed the E5 error code. I tested the thermistor in test 58 and it showed to be open. Tested the ice maker harvest in test 57 and it harvested and tested the fill tube in test 45 and it failed to fill , but I could hear the valve opening. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the ice maker, fill tube heater, dual valve and will return with the prescreened parts. The water dispenser is operating as designed. The ice maker and hv control will need to be replaced and then test the ice maker fill tube in test 45. If it continues to fail, replace the fill tube heater. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s making loud sounds during the rent cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics ad found an 7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) and F0 E5 (off balance load) error codes. Ran the unit through a high-speed spin and found the unit making a grinding sound as it spun. Looked underneath the unit and found the belt had been stripped and oil has been leaking from the transmission. Unit will need a new transmission gearcase, cam, and belt for repair. Ordering gearcase and office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. "Arrived on site for refrigerator that?s making a loud sound as it defrosts. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when they called in, the unit had made the sound twice and was extremely loud. He advised that since they had called in the service repair on it, it is self corrected and has not made the noise since in the last two weeks. Checked both freezer and refrigerator for any defrost issues and found none present. Went through several components from the evaporator fan, damper Control, and compressor. The unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer to call back if any further issues persisted but the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Checked the icemaker function on the door and found the icemaker had been turned off. Turn the icemaker back on and within a minute, the unit began to cycle and harvest. The unit dumped ice and refilled as designed. I did advise the customer since the unit did make a fresh batch of ice and refilled, it appeared that the issue was just that the icemaker itself was turned off. Customer was unaware of how to turn the icemaker on and off from the user interface and I went over how to do that. I advise the customer to call back if he has any further problems. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an oven that is condensating in the inner glass. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to be condensating in the upper oven door glass between the inner and outer glass when he is using his lower oven but not the upper oven. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. Tested the upper cooling fan and the lower cooling fan in the component activation tests and the unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7731267212. He advised that the issue this customer is having is completely normal due to the doors not being completely sealed and condensation being evacuated from the lower oven. He advised that the upper oven door will have a larger degree difference then the steam that is being pushed out and said that is why when he uses the upper oven and the upper door is hot, steam is not present in that upper door. He advised that this is normal operation. He did instruct the customer to use aluminum foil or tops to his dishes to lessen the amount of moisture being removed off from his food, use the upper oven for dishes containing more moisture ,or to use both ovens to eliminate this issue. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that still not washing clothes properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit agitation does not work and seems to click while in use. He advised the clothes are not really moving when the unit is supposed to be agitating. Confirmed customers complaint and found the cam disconnected from the shifter. Replaced the shifter with an actuator from truck stock. Test of the unit several times doing manual testing and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice correctly. Upon arrival ran all icemaker related diagnostic test found everything passing except for test 120 when checking voltage for the icemaker we found that at the P 10 nine and 10 connections that there was not 12 DC volts go to the unit like it was supposed to instead I was only getting one bolt. Will need office reschedule to return and install new icemaker trident UI as well as a bella Ui. Arrived on site for ice machine needing previously diagnosed sealed system repair. Upon arrival I found unit lost all refrigerant and found leak in evap coil. After disassembly of unit I installed needed parts and reassembled and charged unit with 5.75oz of refrigerant after verifying there were no leaks. Found after letting unit run for over 30 minutes that ice production is working well and needs a full 24 hrs to fill ice bin up.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found a slab of ice on the evaporator. Shortly after, I found the hot gas valve turned on for maybe 2 seconds and shut off and the ice never slid onto the grid cutter. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested voltage to the hot gas valve solenoid and got 116V. Tested resistance to the solenoid and got 414ohms. Advised the customer that the unit needs the hot gas valve, solenoid valve body, non-UV drier and access valve Unit left turned off. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I found the unit to be a double oven and the lower oven is controlled with dials/timers and the upper oven is operated by the main control. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they find a puddle of water on the front left corner of the unit every 3-4 days. I inspected the ice maker and found no evidence of water leaking from it. I inspected the ice bin and ice chute door and found no evidence of water leaking. I opened the FC door and inspected the bottom of the FC section for ice and found none, but I found on the left side of the chassis at the opening of the FC section where water had been leaking and traced it up to the bottom left hinge of the left RC door. I removed the bottom crisper drawer and found water puddled in the bottom of the RC section due to the RC evap drain tube being clogged. I pulled the unit from its space and removed the drain tube and found a blockage. I removed the blockage and reinstalled the tube and used silicone to seal the gap in the tube at the chassis. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the RC evap drip tray and from the tube and added two (2) shims to the evap drip pan to level it. Also, while I had the unit pulled out, I found a void in insulation at the back left side of the back panel and advised the customer of my findings. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I turned the water off and pulled the inlet line from the water valve and found it not flowing. I pulled the line from the wall valve and found good pressure at the wall. I spoke to the customer about needing a new filter housing. I replaced the filter housing and tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete . Customer paid in full with credit card.

Arrived on site to follow up on dishwasher that was retaining water even after drain. Verified customer has shortened the drain hose and it is draining fine now. I removed the filter and retested and the ice maker filled and water dispenser dispensed water. I placed the filter back in the filter head and retested the water dispenser and water trickled out. "Arrived on site and inspected a garage side by side refrigerator not cooling. Confirmed the complaint and disassembled to access the compressor and evaporator. After turning the control on in both sections, I waited for approximately 15 minutes and never observed any sort of frost pattern on the evaporator. Both condenser and evaporator fans were working. The compressor was on, but wasnt cooling the unit. Ordering compressor, evaporator, sealed system tech, drier, research for any other parts needed and authorization from AHS. Unit will require 2 hours. Arrived on site to diagnose an oven that is not heating properly. Tested unit and set calibration to ensure accurate baking. All is working properly at this time.

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that is having different intermittent issues. The customer stated that sometimes the lower light will not turn off unless you slam the door, the lower oven will intermittently have problems reaching temps, and the lower oven convection or cooling fan sometimes will run and not turn off. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error code. I then activated each load separately and found it working as designed. I preheated the unit and found it getting to proper temps. At the time of service I could not replicate the issue. I did not see any loose connections on the harness, nor any damage on the door by the latch. I called techline and spoke to Leon and received SR# 7731262617. Leon recommended not replacing parts unless we are able to replicate the failure. He indicated the light issue could be some sort of latch problem, and that if it was the sensor it would not be an intermittent issue. Due to being an intermittent issue and the customer providing videos of the light failure, I am ordering the UI latch to install. We will return with the thermostat and blower already on hand. "Arrived on site and inspected washer/dryer combo and found powder tub has a crack in it near the drain pump. A new outer tub will be needed Dryer would have to be removed in order to access washer. This would require two technicians and two hours.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling/evap frosting over. Ran diagnostics and found heater engaging as designed. Was getting fluctuating resistance readings on evap thermistor. Also found control not responding well. Recommend replacing control and evap thermistor. Office to reschedule.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with a leak. Upon arrival the customer stated the leak appeared to be coming from the IM area, and they had turned off the water at the wall. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F. Upon further inspection I I found the ice bin one solid block of ice, and an ice trail connecting to the IM. I found the IM would infinitely harvest and call for water, causing the tray to overfill and spill out into the FC. I turned the IM in the off position and it still continued to harvest. This indicates a bad IM. Call complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not starting. Test unit and found unit not draining. Test unit and removed drain motor and cleared drain motor out. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not making selections. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the lights do come on but that as soon as the light for sensing comes on, the unit turns off. He did advise that only happened twice in a row a week ago. I tested the unit in an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Checked for stored error codes and found an F7 E5 (shifter fault), F2 E1 (UI stuck key), and F8 E1 (no/low water detected) error codes. Ran a test on both water valves and the customer advised that there is no hot water going to this unit. Found the waterlines hooked onto a wire splitter attached to a garden hose. I did advise the customer that that would cause issues with the unit especially because he is washing his clothes on warm. The customer advised that something electrical was wrong with the unit since all the individual components were working fine. Went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of fan not shutting down, found failed switch, also found switch housing was completely busted. Ordering switch housing and switch. ; ordrng 1 W11387938 (Switch housing)"

Arrived on site for techline diagnosed sealed system repair. I gained access to the compressor and punctured the dryer. I found the equalized pressure at 75 psi. I evacuated the system. I installed a access valve and a uv dryer. I pulled a vacuum on the system and monitored pressures. I found no vacuum leaks. I put a measured charge of 4.6 oz of r134a into the system I found the operating pressures at 0 low and 130 high. The unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for no cool. Compressor making odd loud noise freezer temp @ 50? diagnosed a leak in the system ordering evaporators and compressor job will need at least 2hrs ; ordrng 1 W11393142 (Compressor) and 1 W11099748 (Evaporator) and 1 W11291123 (Evaporator) and 1 Accessvalve (Access valve) and 1 W10843121 (Drier) and 1 2hrs (2 hrs)

Arrived on job for complaints of no display. Found the interior lights working but no display. Checked voltage and 120 vac to control. Will need both control and membrane to complete control not display properly and membrane as old as it is will fail once unplugged from original control. ; ordrng 1 8302346 (control assy) and 1 8302660 (membrane (ss))

"(CH) Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival double checked threading on gearcase and found it still intact so it did not need to be replaced. Disassembled unit and replaced the Agitator, agitation screw and spanner nut. Reassembled and tested unit to find all functions operating as designed and agitator locked tightly in place. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with lights out and flickering. Upon inspection I found the RC lights would flicker on when the doors opened then go out. I found the FC light dead.

Arrived onsite for ice machine with external drain pump not turning off. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint. I replaced the drain pump and ran the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on job to replace previously diagnosed parts. After replacement test operation.
