Inspected unit and work area. Performed diagnostics mode and tested all operations. Found signs of basket rubbing door bellow. Ran nit in high spin speed in diagnostics mode in attempt to recreate failure. Tested heater circuit and found within range. Found minor wear and tear on bellow. Most likely failure was created by overload or unbalanced load. Recommend to keep load size of no more than 8 or 9 towels at a time and to use less soap with water softener. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

Arrived on site for range that would not turn off in the oven section and was also turning on by a tone. Upon arrival I found the oven was unplugged and I ended up running a continuity and ohms resistant test on all the heating hardware such as bake element broil element and thermostat etc. All hardware came back passing then plug the oven back in after assembly and found that the main control was broken and sending continuous power to the broil element even though it had not been activated by touch activation. We will need to return with a new main control in order to repair the issue IÂ’d left the range unplugged upon completion of diagnosis so therefore nothing else on the range will become damaged from the current issue with having office to reschedule due to parts being out of stock.; ordrng 1 WP6610457 (cntrl-elec)

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, customer advised the unit is no longer leaking, but pointed out that the console and outer door panel were damaged. Customer advised that when the unit did leak, it was a large amount of water coming from underneath. They advised that someone had taken a look at the unit and found the tabs on sump werenÂ’t latched to the tub to secure the sump/motor assembly. I found the right side tab was broken off and the front tab on the sump wasnÂ’t latched to the tub. The sump was only being secured by the left tab. I found pieces of shredded plastic under the unit on the right side looking as if it came from the tab mount. I found the console was damaged on the right side exposing broken glass and the outer door panel was bent on the right side at the console. "Arrived on site to inspect washer tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit will run for approximately 4-5 mins and the breaker will trip. Once they turn it back on at the breaker, the unit will show the time it had on the display when the breaker tripped. Other times, the unit operates just fine. I found the unit is on a GFCI breaker and outlet. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E0-Loss of power. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit operated as designed. Following the tech sheet for the error code, I tested the main control and tested VDC at pins at J18-3 & J18-1 and got less than +5VDC. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated. Retested and unit operated as designed. I recommended that the customer have someone check the breaker and replace it with a more up to date breaker if needed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a range that will not ignite the broil burner in convection bake and the customer can hear the broil ignitor when set to broil or convection broil but the burner doesnt light and they smell gas. I explained to the customer that the broil element does not come on in convection bake. I called tech line and spoke with JK SR# 7729295075 to verify this. I tested the broil and convection broil functions and the burner ignited on either the first or second click every try. I let the unit reach the broil temperature set point to see if the burner would reignite. The burner ignited every time. I checked the relay logic for convection bake and found the broil element never getting power. I found the convection element having power the entire time never cycling to broil. I replaced the main control. Call complete.

And after bypassing the defrost thermostat I was able to verify that the defrost control board is also not sending power to the heater in order to defrost the ice.
