Ran diagnostics and there are no icemaker errors. Ran harvest test and passed. Ran fill test and valve energizes but no water. I removed ice box. Found fill tube is frozen. Found grommet from harness is defective and popping out of position. I used hvac tape to temporarily hold in place. Also found ice box gasket is warped and causing ice box to not fit correctly to rear of cabinet liner. Ordering ice box adapter , gasket and ice box cover. Need to replace heater. Arrived on site to install a control panel to a double wall oven for the customer. The control panel was sent directly to the customer from the manufacturer. I found that the control panel was replaced less than a year ago and advised the customer that the one year AEX warranty ends on 06/25/2026 and does not start over. I removed and replaced the control panel and tested. The unit is operating as designed, job completed.

Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRF555SDFZ11 with water leaking from filter area. Inspected filter area and found the leak / dripping was actually coming from the icemaker fill tube, and running down the channel. I found the fill tube elbow had ruptured, so water was running down the line. Steamed out fill tube and replaced with new W11415785. Tested unit and verified leak gone. Repair completed.

Arrived on site unit 2103 to look at model WTW4855HW3 for customer complaint of unit running drain pump constantly. I found issue with the control board. I replaced control under S153EB calibrated and tested, unit tested good. No leaks. Part used w11607637

Arrived on site for washer not draining . Found drain hose is not in drain stand but hooked up to any hose on garage floor and running out past garage door . Ran diagnostics got long fill error . Arrived on site to diagnose range for gas odor present when oven is in use. Verified customer complaint and proceeded to test unit operation. During inspection, found the outer oven door glass was not seated correctly within the door frame, creating a gap. This misalignment was allowing heat and combustion odors to escape from the oven cavity during operation, which was perceived as a gas smell. Removed and properly repositioned the outer glass, ensuring it was fully secured and aligned within the door assembly. Confirmed all mounting points and brackets were tightened and the door seal was making proper contact. Tested unit by operating the oven at standard temperature and monitored for any abnormal odors. WRFF3436RZ00. Customers stated that the ice maker would make some ice then stop, and they would have to turn it off and turn it back on for it to continue making ice. Upon arrival, found that the ice bucket was full and that the ice mold had solid ice in it. Put unit into diagnostics and checked freezer thermostat, refrigerator thermostat, and icebox thermistorthey all passed. Ran icebox fan test; icebox fan came on. Checked icebox temperature and it was at 13. Water pressure coming out of the dispenser is fine. Power cycled refrigerator and advised customer that sometimes when you replace the user interface, you have to power down the refrigerator by unplugging it for at least a few minutes to power cycle, and then plug it back in, because sometimes the user interface will not communicate properly with the ice maker. Advised customer to call back if issue persists. Could not duplicate issue; refrigerator working as intended and making ice, no leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived on site to look at model MHW8630HW3 for customer complaint of unit not spinning properly. Found foe2 f5e3 f5e2 I cleared error codes and ran diagnostic test cycle. Found unit is working as designed. Found that customer was putting soap in the dispenser drawer as well as directly into the tub and was not adjusting the spin setting to high spin. I instructed customer to use less soap and adjust spin setting accordingly. No leaks at time of service.

WDF332PAMS0. Upon arrival, found the lower spray arm sitting on the bottom deck of the dishwasher, along with both rail stops. Removed lower rack, reinstalled lower spray arm and both rail stops. Tested dishwasher: filled and started wash cycle, canceled cycle, and it drained. Dishwasher is working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived at WFW560CHW4. Customer answered door and stated previous technician had fixed unit per prior notes. No issue with washing machine. Asked customer if she had been using it; she confirmed yes, its working. She was unaware it doesnt fill all the way up like at laundromat. Advised no, they dontjust enough water to saturate clothes. Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival UI, RC internal lights were not coming on but FC light comes on. Also compressor is not running. Proceeded to replace W11548534 control. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDTM405PPS1 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise which sounded like one of the spray arms was spraying directly at the door. I inspected inside the unit and found the upper spray arm not seated properly and when I went to adjust it, it fell off. I re-installed the spray arm and adjusted it then verified it was secured to the manifold. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. Job completed

Arrived on site to inspect ice machine model KUID508ESS2 tripping the breaker 1 time per day. I placed the machine into service mode and begin component testing. I went through component testing and found that the machine is operating without issue. I gain access to the harness and wiring connections and found no evidence of shorting. Because the machine is on a shared circuit with a wine cooler, and other loads it appears to be that the breaker is tripping possibly due to overloading. I advised the customer to have the circuit checked or to place the ice machine on its independent circuit. No water leaks observed during the service.

Arrived on site to test unit WMH31017HS12 for arcing. Upon arrival customer stated arcing noise is heard behind control panel during initial seconds of cycle. Utilized magic lights diagnostic tool and initiated multiple cycles; no abnormal noise or arcing from high voltage components observed. Gained access to internal components and performed visual inspection; no evidence of arcing, carbon tracking, or heat damage present. As precautionary measure replaced diode (W11256462) and retested through multiple cycles; all components properly engaging with normal operation verified. Advised customer to capture issue on video if condition reoccurs. If callback occurs, recommend replacing capacitor, magnetron, and diode. At the time of service unit is running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site to complete repairs on washer MTW6205RW1 thst was running drain pump. Performd steps in service pointer W11830747 to factory reset. Tested and found unit had stopped draining properly. Unit had thrown an F3E1 error along with the F9E1, so I instead opted to replace the control to make sure the fix sticks, new W11806069. Pointer does not reference the F3E1, so control was replaced as a result. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRSC536RPS00 ice maker noises and ice bin wont go back in its space. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker is working fine, but they cant get the ice bin to go back in its space and pointed to the ice chute motor coupler. The ice chute was broken at the dispenser motor coupler area and the coupler shield was missing. I removed and replaced the ice chute and transferred the coupler to the new part. I inspected the ice bin and attempted to place it in its space and it still would not seat. I checked underneath on the bottom and found the coupler shield stuck to the ice bin coupler. Also found the ice bin coupler was broken. I installed a new ice bin and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11768743, W11757391

Used nitrogen to try and clear oil but found debris coming out of suction line. Looked into line and was clogged with black substance. Took pics and contacted techline. Arrived on site to test unit WTW8127LW0 for leak and grinding noise. Upon arrival customer stated during towel loads unit leaks from front and produces grinding noise. Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW5435PW1 that is not draining and has a broken wire. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he looked under the machine because he was expecting some coins in his drain pump or something but ended up finding the drain pump cover and wires broken off the drain pump. I found both wires separated from the drain pump connector. I replaced the wire harness W11643701 and tested the unit. Arrived on site to diagnose microwave/oven combination unit with complaint of console not responding. Verified power to the unit and attempted to operate the control panel. Found the console display completely blank with no response to user input. Attempted to reset the unit by cycling power at the breaker and performing a control reset; however, the console remained non-responsive. Further inspection indicated a shorted/failed console assembly. Removed the defective console and installed a new replacement console, ensuring all connections were properly secured and aligned. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested all functions of the unit, including keypad response, display operation, and oven/microwave functions. Arrived on site to test unit WGE745C0FS01 for slow preheat. Upon arrival customer stated upper oven exhibits extended preheat and poor temperature regulation. Verified proper incoming voltage to unit. Entered service mode and found no stored error codes. Initiated 350 bake cycle in upper oven and monitored temperature response; unit reached setpoint but did not cycle properly. Performed voltage checks at elements and found 0V across terminals; measured 120V from one terminal to chassis confirming loss of L2. Determined control not supplying full line voltage to heating circuit. Replaced control (W10877730) and retested; 240V restored across element terminals and unit now heating and cycling correctly. Unit is now running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site for a range WFES3330RS0 tripping the breaker. Customer stated that they havent used the oven much. I disconnected the ground and heated to 500 degrees without tripping the breaker. Arrived on site for icemaker not working. Upon arrival inspected icemaker found ive maker will not go into a harvest. Replaced icemaker and tested unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that this is the same as last time, where the tub ring popped off after going off balance. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the tube ring separated from the tub. I gained access to the tub ring and found the tub ring intact, and showed no signs of damage. I checked the tub and found it also was still in good condition. I checked the stabilizing top rear channel going across the rear of the machine and found the bottom lip was bent inward, potentially causing an issue with catching the basket. I used channel locks to bend the metal back i to proper position. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed, but I did find the unit unlevel. I adjusted the feet and moved the machine. I found the machine became unlevel in that position due to uneven flooring. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Jonathan SR# 23382249. He advised that there are no known issues with this machine and that with what was found during my checks, this is usually caused by off balance loads or unlevel machines, which were found during service. He advised me to make no further repair at this time and advised the customer of proper loading procedures. Call complete. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDT730HAMZ1 with issue of not drying. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F7-E1 no heat. Ran automatic test cycle and all components operate. I found element warped out of shape. I replaced element W10518394. Unit operates as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher model DU1015XTXB3 leaking. Upon further inspection I found that the leaking was coming from the door not sealing properly. I replaced the gasket and retested and found that there was still a leak. Upon closer examination, I found that the tub has started to bow outward causing the gap that is allowing water to splash out. Arrived on site for door seal issues. Found freezer gasket coming out of liner channel,added adhesive to channel,installed gasket to channel remolded gasket checked door operation and seal good. W10841140

WFW8640BW2 Arrived on for a washer, making a loud thumping sound when spinning and the bellow has mildew. On arrival, I verified the issues. After running the washer on high spin I heard the knocking of the tub. A tub replacement will need to be done to fix the issue. I ordered the tub assembly, stator, rotor, springs, control board, and returning parts will be needed. No water leaks visible from the main water supply. Two hours for repair and a two man team will be needed. Arrived onsite for unit walking. Customer stated it doesnt walk but it wobbles and makes a banging noise. I entered diagnostics and found a F0E5 off balance load. Went over loading with customer and after running a diagnostic cycle unit operated as designed with no issues. Unit operates as designed and cannot replicate issue. No leaks. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not working properly, tested unit found drain pump not turning off, inspected pressure hose and found no issues, replaced control (W11607637) and tested unit is now running as designed no leaks detected job complete

Arrived on site to test unit WTW4855HW3 for not filling. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit with no power. Found float pan full of water. Pulled unit and watched while running 3 test cycles and no leak was found. No suds issue. Left the kickplate off and advised customer to use the unit and see if they can replicate a leak because none ocurred while testing. Customer will see and call back if it occurs again. No parts.

Arrived on site to test unit WDP540HAMZ4 for not draining. Upon arrival customer stated unit drains during use but water reappears in tub after sitting idle for 12 days. Inspected unit and found standing water in tub. Initiated drain; pump energized and evacuated water properly. Verified drain hose installation with proper high loop present. Entered service mode and found no stored error codes. Ran full test cycle; unit filled, washed, drained, and advanced through all phases without interruption. No functional failure found. Advised customer to monitor; if issue reoccurs recommend returning with valve and control for further isolation. At the time of service unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. The customer says it leaves water, and if she doesnt clear water, it leaks. Found heating element is warped. Enter diagnostics and found f6e4, f8e2, f6e1. Ran automatic test. No leaks found. Found door makes noise on every opening and closing. Found brace was broken. After completion i Recomend new water valve, drain pump, brace and heating element. Arrived on site for unit filling too much water on Quick Wash and Normal. Upon arrival customer stated when she washed 1 jacket on Normal Auto Sensing, water filled up almost to the top but never leaked. Customer let the entire cycle finish and experienced no other issues. Also mentioned when washing a couple of small microfiber towels on Quick Wash Auto Sensing, same situation. On medium to small size loads, customer states it does not fill with a lot of water and will not completely submerge. Called techline and spoke with Leon SR#23386137 stated the load is way to light and the machine will Autosense to add more weight to the load, hence more water. Explained to customer. Advised customer to try Ex Light soil level when washing extra light loads. Customer agreed. Unit is functioning as designed . No water leaks detected at this time . No parts needed

Arrived on site for a washer WTW5020SW0 not locking. Found the latch isnt working but its getting an long fill error. Both valves are functioning and no visible issues with the pressure tube. I replaced the valve w11513255 and control w11742939. Ran a quick wash to make sure it gets past filling but it got the same error. This unit is outside and has a long drain hose on the ground, causing it to syphon the water. I advised the customer on how to fix this issue. It filled again and started washing.

Arrived on site to look at model MSS25C4MGZ09 for customer complaint of ice not dispensing and fozen ice chunks. Customer defrosted ice bin, and unit did start to produce ice. However, the ice bin coupler is broken and will need ice bin. Ordering ice bin; ordrng 1 W11244434 (Ice bin)

Found some ice at the evaporator (picture) indicating a sealed system issue. Arrived on site for refrigerator WRF736SDAM12 that is not cooling. On arrival could hear evaporator fan buzzing loudly. Examined FC and found evap covered in ice. Ice is on both sides of the evap cover and will need to be defrosted prior to return trip. Advised customer to line unit with towels and defrost for 48 hours. User Interface pixels are mostly dead, and numbers cant be seen clearly. Unit will need evap fan motor replaced, likely defrost heater, UI, and possibly control. Condenser will also need to be cleaned off. Resident also mentioned freezer does not seem to ever be freezing and ice cream doesnt stay frozen, so there may be a SS issue as well. Arrived on site to diagnose washer MVW6230HW4 that is not starting cycles, skips to finished. Tested unit and found an F7E1 error for motor, and heard the capacitor buzzing loudly. Examined bottom end and found the capacitor screw torn out of the gearcase, and capacitor hanging. Installed new W11395618 Capacitor with larger screw. Tested and verified proper operation. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS321SDHZ14 with issues of water leaking from ice maker, condensation build up in refrigerator section and broken or missing door gasket. Upon arrival, unit does not have missing or broken door seal. I inspected both right and left gasket and are good. Customer states that someone she knows said there may be issues with gasket. I showed customer how gasket is mounted to door and how it seals completely around unit. I inspected unit for condensation and am not seeing any condensation. I inspected icemaker and not finding a leak. Customer states that there was never an issue with icemaker leaking. I cannot duplicate an issue with unit. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived on site for freezer section not cooling. Upon arrival customer informed me unit is cooling just not producing enough ice. Inspected unit ran test 56 no errors at this time. Checked freezer temps holding between 7 and 9 degress. Tested ice maker unit is producing ice and harvesting. Checked condenser coils and found alot of debris and dust build up took photo uploaded to SD. Removed debris and told customer to monitor. Customer will monitor unit and ice production after removing all the debris. No leaks present at this time job completed

Arrived on site for unit freezing up. Upon arrival inspected unit tested tems fridge 44 freezer 38. Removed evaporator panel and found frost too right corner took photos uploaded to SD. Sent photos to PR and confirmed sealed system issue. Ordering sealed system repair. Arrived on site for a washer WTW6157PB0 not spinning. Found an overload error in diagnostics and the load that was in the machine was alot. Did a factory cycle without any issues. Inspected the gearcase and no oil but the slider is worn. Unit is locking and draining. I advised to cut the loads in half. The slider didnt arrive in time so I scheduled for his next day off. ; schdld next appmnt for 5/8 FRI !

KDTS424SPS0. Customer stated that dishes were not getting clean and there was a buzzing noise that resolved. Ran diagnostics; no fault codes found. Placed 4 cups on top rack and started dishwasher. Ran for about a minute, then opened itall 4 cups full. Dishwasher getting enough water; motor assembly pushing sufficient water through spray arms to saturate entire unit. Checked incoming water at sink: about 110. Advised customer to use high temp wash and sanitized rinse options if not increasing hot water heater temp (due to children). Customer does not use rinse aid and uses natural organic soap. Advised for optimal drying: use rinse aid and get water temp to at least 120. Customer understood, will use high temp wash and sanitized rinse, and look for rinse aid. Dishwasher working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service.

Arrived on site for no ice. On/off icon blinking indicated a defective bin thermistor, ran diagnostic found pump shutting off water fill early as well,diagnosed unit will need a new bin thermistor and recirculating pump. Installed a new pump and bin thermistor ran diagnostic all test passed ran a normal cycle water filled pan correctly and started ice making process. W11542867,wpw10511923.

Arrived on site for range over heating and locking. Upon arrival spoke with customer informed doesnt happen all the time. Inspected unit confirmed blower fan is working sensor is failing. Replaced sensor and tested allowed unit to heat up to 400 degress and monitored. Unit reached temperature without any issues or locking customer will monitor. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to job completed
