I lifted the unit to inspect the drive system. I found gear case oil sprayed around the inner walls of the unit. I ran a spin test and found it to be very scratchy at the start of spin and scratchy in agitation. The unit will need a new gear case(W11455453) for repair. Returning with the rest of the drive system just in case. I called techline to report SR#7730128845. Upon further inspection, I removed the evap cover and turned the unit off to allow it to defrost then begin to cool again. In the process of removing the cover, I heard the noise which sounded like a fan motor but once I had the cover off, I found it was refrigerant moving in the lines. I found that there was no mastic around the cap tube. I placed a piece of mastic around the cap tube and evaporator tube and waited for the unit to start cooling. After approximately 15 mins of refrigerant flowing through the evaporator I did not hear the noise. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Please send the technician to check it. Found flame was shutting off after ten seconds of being lit. Removed the vent hose from the wall and tested the temperature and it shot up to 195 from 120. Put the vent hose back on and and it slowly dropped and never came back up. Vents will need to be cleaned in order for good air flow to continue to heat the dryer. Called customer and recommended they call a vent cleaner to fix the no heat issue. Job completed.

WASHER MAYTAG MVWB855DC3 "F2e1, f6e2Arrived on site for washer not functioning correctly and upon arrival customer stated they had an F2E1 as well as F6 U2 errors indicating a UI stuck button and a miscommunication between main control and UI. Upon arrival I was able to test and verify that the main control was sending the proper DC voltage to the UI but It was not always responsive and sometimes the buttons would stick not allowing for proper input. I was able to install and test a new UI consul and verify that the unit is now fully functioning and allows for full user input. Upon arrival I found there was an F8e1 error indicating a long fill time and upon further inspection found that the solenoid on the water in the valve are not opening and shutting properly allowing enough water flow to get into the tub I replaced the water inlet valve and also verified pressure to the valve and found a little low I informed the customer that they need to get a plumber out here to verify if the pressure is accurate for the washer but other than this unit is fully functioning as designed with no leaks before during or after repair call complete

WASHER LG WT5170HW "Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit would fill with water for a long period of time and never advance to the rinse cycle. I found the drain hose not attached to the drain pipe, but it ran outside the washroom to a hose in the yard. Customer had cut the hose due to tercentenary freezing weather and this is when the unit began to malfunction. I found with the drain hose at the back of the unit not having a high loop, the water continued to fill in the tub due to the hose causing a syphoning effect and water was running straight through the drain pump without the drain pump on. After creating a high loop in the hose at the back of the unit and retested, the unit operated as designed.
