WASHER MAYTAG MVWB855DC4 Arrived on site for Grinding Noise - Top Load Washer Customer showed me a video of washer with basket spinning with no lights on in the UI and it was allowing them to open and close the lid while it spun in high speed. I will be ordering a new control and UI to install upon return. Placed in diagnostics and got F2E1 UI button Stuck. Ran full diagnostics and when the agitation mode began I could hear a slight knocking. I attempted to remove the wash plate bolt and it snapped in half with the majority of the threaded portion still lodged in the gear case stem. I called Whirlpool tech line and they explained we would need an extractor bit to remove the threaded portion of the bolt.

WASHER LG WT7600HKA Arrived on site for washer leaking water into the tub were not in use. Upon arrival the customer wanted to make it clear that two days prior to our arrival the washer has stopped having the issue with it leaking water all on its own but they still wanted to double check and make sure there wasnt anything apparently wrong with it. Upon entering diagnostics I could not find any air codes indicating an issue with pressure or water levels then omhed out the water valve and each siloniod on the valve was around 24.5 to 25 ohms. I also tried to see if there any other issues with any water pressure and I noticed that the hot side water cut off was turned off I did ask the customer if they were aware of that prior to arrival and they were not aware that the hot water was never turned on because they generally only wash your clothes with cold water at this point I was able to confirm that based on the symptoms the water inlet valve

DRYER WHIRLPOOL WGD92HEFW1 "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and heard the unit making a loud rattling noise. Removed the top and front panel and retested and found the motor mount not secured. Disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley wheel not functioning correctly due to build up on the axle and the four rollers had build up as well. Also found the belt beginning to fray. for the tension pulley, belt and four rollers . I removed and replaced the tension pulley, belt and four rollers (WPW10314173-from van stock) and tightened the motor bolts and reassembled and retested. Unit is operating as designed with no further unusual noises. I cleaned the lint from the unit and recommended that the customer have their vents checked/cleaned. No gas leaks detected during service and no lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

I tested the burners as when I arrived, the customer was using the cooktop. I found that the center burner is operating as designed. I retested all burners again and found the front right burner is not igniting properly. Checked all ignitors and theyre all arcing, but the right front burner will not ignite immediately like the other burners do. I explained to the customer about the module not needing to be replaced, but will replace the front right burner and cap due to intermittent ignition. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS555SIHZ00 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it harvested as designed. I tested the fill tube and no water came in but I could hear the valve opening. I checked the fill tube at the bottom left hinge area and found the fill tube inside the door was frozen. Using my steamer, I cleared the ice from the fill tube and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I recommend that the customer turn the temp down in the FC section if this occurred again. Only other repair for this issue is to replace the door. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I checked the terminal block and it was good, I checked the timer, door switch, and start relay which were all good. I gained access to motor and the humming was coming from motor. I found the motor was losing voltage. I tracked voltage dropping all the way to terminal block indicating incoming voltage to unit is dropping when pressing start button. No mechanical failures on the unit. Advised customer to reach out to electrician.

DRYER WHIRLPOOL NED4655EW1 "Arrived on site for dryer taking too long to heat and dry the clothes according to the customer upon arrival. Upon further inspection I was able to verify that there was no clog issues within the venting of the dryer itself near the lint screen,motor, exhaust fan, etc. Then verify that all fuses and thermostat as well as heating element passed on resistant readings and continuity testing then ran the dryer using the pressure test kit with a vent hose off I was able to verify that the airflow the dryer was functioning as designed while the temperatures fluctuate within range after running it for 15 minutes I then ran the dryer with the vent hose connected using the tester and immediately found after it gives the pressure that within one minute the unit had a clog within the venting at the house I recommend the customer that they get a dryer vent cleaning done as soon as possible to prevent further issues with the dryer but at this time dryer is working as des

Far arrival I was able to locate the breaker to the wall oven outside on the main breaker box then disconnected power to the oven and disassemble to verify that all the wires were intact to the UI,Copernicus board, and main ACU, I did not find any loose wires or issues that showed any visual concern and then reassembled the unit and customer stated that the unit had not been connected to Wi-Fi since they purchased it and after re-supplying power I made sure the device was connected to Wi-Fi so I could get future updates and photo document of the said ID code I also supplied the customer with the Wi-Fi teams phone number in case I had any future questions about the oven and its features after helping the customer set up their device. At this point the unit is fully functioning as designed the UI is no longer frozen and allows full customer input.

Tested temps in freezer and found FC at 22°F. Checked temps in RC and found it at 43°F when set at 36°F. Checked ice maker temps and found them at 36°F. Put unit into diagnostics mode and found all thermistors and defrost bi metal passed. Found evap motor making loud noise. Gained access to FC evap and found large amount of ice build up. Defrosted unit and tested and found bad evap motor. Replaced evap motor and tested unit. Unit now working as designed. Call complete.

DISHWASHER GE PDT825SSJ0SS Arrived onsite for dishwasher not starting. Upon inspection I found the would not start it would blink and the sound would chime. I accessed the machine control and followed the techsheet. The techsheet stated that there should be a indicator light on the machine control that will flash to show the current state of the control board. There was no light blinking at all so as per techsheet. I recommenced replacing the machine control. I replaced the machine control and tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.
