"Arrived on site dishwasher not starting. We inspected the unit and work area. We found fault code F8e4 drain motor issue. We put the unit through a diagnostics cycle and found it not draining. We removed the drain pump and found a nut shell stuck in the check valve for the drain hose. We removed the shell and Retested the unit. It is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the switches and found the switches bad. I removed and replaced the switches and retested and unit is still not heating. I tested voltage to the unit and its getting 123V. I tested voltage to the transformer and got 123V. I tested the thermistors and all are good. I advised the customer that type high voltage side of heating is bad consisting of the magnetron, capacitor, and diode.I removed and replaced the magnetron, capacitor, and diode and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed all parts. I also properly leveled the unit. I then ran a calibration cycle on the unit and a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit running as designed with no abnormal noise. I then ran an entire wash cycle with a load of towels. I heard no abnormal noise, and had the customer listen in. "Arrived on site for complaints of console plastic melting. Found heat exhaust flue to be sitting too high. Took pictures. Adjusted and tested. Unit functioning as designed.

"Arrived on site for a microwave that was intermittently not heating. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit would heat when you manually set the time. However, if you used the QuickStart/add a minute button then the unit would not heat. They found the unit returned to normal operation after a few days, and the unit was working as designed upon arrival. I found the customer had recently had a power surge before this occurred. I informed the customer that it is possible that during the surge a relay got stuck on the control, and it eventually was able to reset itself. Which is why the issue may have not been permanent. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. Upon further inspection in order to remove the unit and do any further diagnosis I would need a second technician to assist.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is loud at the end of the cycle, and is leaving clothes very wet when finished. Upon further inspection I found the tub not rotating as freely as it should. The customer also stated she noticed that in the past year as well. I gained access to the transmission and found significant oil leakage. This indicates a bad transmission. I also found that due to the belt still rotating, but the transmission sticking, the belt was torn up. In order to repair the unit it would need a new transmission and belt.

Arrived on site for dishwasher showing f8e4. We inspected the unit and work area. We found error code f8e4 float switch open. We inspected the float switch and found it dry. We inspected the drain hose and found it didnt have a high loop and the rso system is tied into the dishwasher drain hose. With out a high loop the disposal will back fill into the dishwasher. We installed a high loop and advised the customer have a plumber come out and put the rso drain line directly into the main drain. Job complete.

During testing in normal operation found 3 way valve control was continuously try operating none stop. 3way ohmed ok but found dc circuit failure from control. "Arrived on site for dishwasher giving F8 E4 error code. Upon arrival customer stated they were still getting the F 84 error but had not seen any signs of water on the floor. After further inspection found that water was dripping between motor and tub assembly near the front right above the float switch. Took multiple diagnostics and normal operation tests to start leaking. Verified all screws and seals around sump and tub were intact. Spoke with techline Ed sr#7732679092 and determined inner tub is wrapped, techline determined sump asm as well as tub. Found main washer motor clamp rusting out and losing chucks of the bracket. "Arrived on site for washer not draining or spinning close out all the way. Upon arrival confirm the complaint and after entering diagnostics I found an F7 E1 and F7E7 error codes. After further inspection I found c clamp within gearcase broke causing shaft to drop the cam against the belt shield and tear the belt and shield up. Also found blue fabric stuck under washplate keeping it locked in place and unable to be removed. Also found issue had led to fabric softer cap breaking off one of the locks. Arrived onsite for the unit not always put in water but noticed that the unit would stay locked for 1hr. Tested the unit Im drain and spin and noticed that the unit took a long while before fully spinning. Let customer know that the motor control could be going out.

Arrived on site for oven door hanging down. We inspected the unit and work area. We found the right hinge pulled all the way back and not sitting in the receiver. We removed the door and reset the hinge properly. We reinstalled the door and found it working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit leaked out enough water to soak two bath towels. I inspected under the unit and found no signs of leaks underneath. Opened the unit door and checked the rinse aid setting as the customer has a water softener system and found the dial turned up too high. Turned the dial down to 1 and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and while the motor was on, it was making a loud humming noise. I removed the outer door panel to inspect reservoir at the bottom fo the door and I found where the vent was leaking water (photo). I found no other leaks. Customer advised that the last leak soaked two bath towels. I found an object restricting the upper spray arm and moved it. Advised the customer that the object could have caused the spray arm to spray constantly at the door causing the leak. Due to the vent leaking and the abnormal noise from the sump/motor, I removed and replaced the vent and s7mo/motor assembly and retested to monitor for leaks. No leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Ice - Refrigerator. Called to inform customer I was in route and went over job. They explained its also not cooling in the freezer correctly in addition to not making ice. Customer stated they called the office after initial call to have this added to their ticket. Notes do not reflect cooling issues. All door gaskets making a good seal. Tested thermistors and all were within range. No frost over FC evap cover. No frost over RC evap. Took temps and freezer was 27. Fridge temp was 39. With freezer not cooling properly the ice maker will not produce ice. Both fans are running. Tested ice fan and it was running. Removed evap cover to inspect frost pattern. Evap had groups of ice over coils and couldnt see an actual frost pattern. Used steamer to remove ice. Ran heater test and heater turned on to sizzle away ice with steamer. Dried evaporator and ran test 40. After ten minutes still no frost pattern. Reinstalled evap cover and evap fan began spinning as designed. Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator with diminished water flow. Replaced rear valve after hearing it barely passing water. Tested unit and verified unit working as designed.

Arrived on call for complaint of gas leak. The gas company tagged range for leak of gas regulator valve. Will replace valve on return visit. ; O-emld tckt

Arrived onsite for ice maker not producing ice. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and ran harvest test. Ice maker did not respond. Inspected ice maker and found in inverted position. Power cycled unit and ice maker moved to home position. Ran harvest test again and unit completed full harvest cycle. Ran fill test and unit filled properly. Unit is functioning properly. Customer will monitor. Should have ice production in 24 hrs. Customer will monitor.
