Disassembled the unit and tested the fuse and found it open. Also found the drive belt fraying and the tension pulley roller and drum rollers were not rolling due to debris built up on the axle. I checked the element and found the metal plate blackened and warped. replace the element, fuse, dryer repair kit consisting of the belt, tension pulley roller and (4) rollers . I removed and replaced the element, fuse, (4) rollers, tension pulley roller and belt (dryer repair kit parts from my van stock-4392067 ). Cleaned the lint from the unit she bled the unit. Retested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, customer advised that the unit leaks on the left side at the bottom corner of the door and sometimes the unit will stop mid cycle and when they push on the door, the unit will start back up. I found that the strike is not catching in the door latch and leaving the door cracked open while running and leaking water. I removed and replaced the door latch and strike and the door gasket. Tested unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran a test cycle and unit functioned as designed. I then tested each function manually and found unit functioning as designed. I tested voltage at the wall and it was good. I tested voltage on control at J5 pin 1 and 2 and found voltage good. I then tested voltage at J12 pin 1 and 4 and found no voltage indicating malfunction at control. I replaced control and calibrated unit. Tested unit again and it functioned as designed. REFRIGERATOR GE GFSS6KKXASS Arrived onsite for refrigerator asking weird noises and not making ice. Upon inspection I found a pool of water and a sheet of ice underneath the RC deli drawers. I cleared out all the ice and accessed the back of the unit to inspect drain tubes. I found one of the drain tubes completely clogged and both are crumbling and degrading. I removed the clog and steamed out the drain. I will need to order drain tubes for return visit. I also tested the IM and it filled. I advised the customer to monitor ice production but I will return with a ice maker just in case. Returning tech to verify water flow through the drain once repair is complete.
