I found one of the connectors not seated all the way. I secured the connector but the unit still would not power on. I removed the UI control and found it to be corroded. I replaced the control board and re assembled the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for washer needing a previously diagnose the UI consul. Upon arrival I was able to disassemble the units consul and reinstall new UI panel. After running a diagnostics check I found an F9 E2 error code as well as an F5E1 but after testing for the lid lock functionality I could not find any reason as to why the F5e1 error code was appearing and after running a automatic diagnostic test cycle as well as a few different manual tests I was able to determine that the unit is fully functioning as designed and could also not determine any cause rhyme or reason for the F9E2 error but I did inform the customer that as of now the unit is ready for use and to just reach back out to us if any other issues were to occur and customer also stated that until the UI panel goof did not notice anything else that seems strange

Arrived on site for Washer is leaking water. Ran through diagnostics and no error codes came on. Inspected pump and gear case for any evidence of water trails and oil. None present. Ran through auto diagnostics. When high speed spin came on I noticed the front left leg was not lowered properly to prevent the washer from shaking. Customer showed me a picture of water on the floor. With front left leg not properly lowered this could likely be the cause of the water on the floor while the washer is in high speed spin causing water to come out of basket. Adjusted front left leg to make washer even. Placed in a high speed spin again and washer spins as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

I also found the console not responding to touch the first time. I ran a temp test on the oven. I found the oven reaching 370 in preheat. I found the oven averaging temperature at 350 degrees when set to 350. I am ordering the console to complete the repair for the lights turning on and off and the console not being responsive. Arrived onsite for microwave with hood light not working. Upon inspection I found the socket was being energized when in idle and no voltage to the socket when calling for light. I replaced the main control and socket. I tested the unit and it is working as designed. The customer showed me a video of a loud chattering noise when trying to heat and the unit would beep and stop. The noise is consistent with door switches failing so I will need to order the interlocks and return to complete the repair. "Arrived onsite for washer making grinding noise during spin. Upon inspection I found the unit would scratch and make a grinding noise while in high spin at full RPMs. I inspected the drive system and found grey oils coming down from the gearcase to the cam. I replaced the gearcase and tested the unit. The unit still has a grinding noise or as if there is de rid inside the basket. I called techline and spoke to sterling SR7730327005. He advised to inspect the hub, drive pulley and belt as well as the inner and outer tub for debris. I did and found no debris or any issues with the drive system.

Pan arrival I found that the microwave had some major denting along the top and bottom cavity mountain areas where the inner lights would normally go eventually I was able to determine that the main control as well as the inner locks were all working as designed but the door was not activating the switches properly which is why the microwave had random symptoms such as but not excluding running a full cycle without heating, running two seconds before going back in standby mode, and then at random times working 100% with no issues high then called whirlpool techline and spoke with Kathy

I gained access to the cabinet and tested the thermostat, and thermal fuse. I found the thermal fuse broken. I tested the heating element and found it in good condition and not shorted out. Upon arrival I was able to confirm that the socket and bulb both still intact but the main control was only sending 66 V instead of the 120 V our needed as designed by the manufacturer I was then able to replace the main control and reassemble and tested unit and I was in able to verify that the countertop light underneath the microwave is now functioning fully as designs with no issues.
