I removed the back panel, and found that the back left burner switch had arced/shorted out. I removed and replaced the switch and tested and it is operating as designed. When I tested the other burners, I found the front left burner would not come on. I found where the switch had arced as well (photo). I inspected the right side switches and found they both had arced and the back burner only operated on high. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont fill or run and will flash random lights on the UI. They also stated it did not drain. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F9E2 for drain motor electrical problem, F8E4 for float switch open, and F10E2 for vent wax motor electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I then gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the float switch assembly with water in it. I ran a test cycle and found it aggressively leaking from the sump and motor right above the float switch assembly. I manually drained the unit the drain pump worked as designed. This indicates the wax motor and control issue that has been throwing off the drain pump. We will need to order the sump and motor with the drain pump attached, vent wax motor, and return with the control already on order to complete the repair. Office to reschedule. Connected jumper to lid switch with door, drum, and belt removed. Could hear the noise coming from motor. Had customer confirm the noise. Noise was not as loud because the drum and belt werent attached adding pressure to the motor to make noise louder. Tested rear wheels and they were spinning as designed. Removed motor and blower wheel was seized onto motor threaded stem. Used drill to remove blower and extracted motor. I replaced the control and the flashing stopped. The UI was still not responding though. I checked voltage at the block and control. I found both had 120VAC. "Arrived on site and inspected DR error code on a Maytag Bravos washer. Confirmed the complaint and accessed the drain pump and found it to be defective. Removed and replaced it, reassembled and unit tested as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven temps. Upon further inspection, using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. My five test readings were 388, 311, 381, 309, 382 for an average of 354.2 degrees. Unit is operating as designed. Per manufacturer readings, temps should be within 10 degrees below & 10 degrees above the testing temp. In this case, 350 degrees was the testing temp and average temp is showing to be within range of the testing temp. Oven temps can only be tested by using a multimeter with thermal lead and not a thermometer as stated on page 7 of the owners manual due to the fluctuation in temps. Tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. Upon inspection I found the FC=8 RC=38 and the ice bin full of ice. Normal sized cubes. The customer stated that they had a brown out for a few hours and the unit since restored function and has been keeping cool and making ice for a week. I tested the RC and FC evap thermistors and both showed within range. Due to the brown out restoring the function I went ahead and replaced the HV control board and asked the customer to continue monitoring the unit to ensure it keeps good temps. No leaks detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer coming on but not turning. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit is also heating. I gained access to the tub and found the belt intact. I then checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I gained access to the terminal block and found both neutral and ground wires on ground. The unit had not been installed correctly. I adjusted the wires and then tested the unit. The unit is now working as designed. I also found the vent hose on the back completely pinched shut. I advised the customer to replace this as well. Otherwise they will see a lack of performance and possible further damage to the unit. I let them know lack of airflow can also be a fire hazard.

Using my jumper wire, I jumped the ice maker motor from points T-H and it failed. I cycled power to the unit and retested and it continued to fail. Using my jumper wire, I attend to get the IM to call for water at points L-V and it failed. I removed the ice maker and found the harness connector to the ice maker has a tab that secures it to the side the motor housing and the tab was broken causing the connection to get loose. Using a harness from my van stock (W10884720 ), I removed and replaced the harness and retested and the ice maker is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has all lid lock issue. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit and service diagnostics and found an F1 E2 (motor over voltage) and F9 E1 (long drain) error codes. Tested the lid lock and found the Luna attempting to Lott. Replace main control due to several issues and tested the unit in a manual lid lock again and found the lid attempting to lock but not registering the lid being closed. Replaced large assembly and tested unit again. The unit began locking and unlocking as designed. Ran the unit through an auto test in the unit ran as designed. Call complete.

"Are on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival found following temps in both compartments fluctuating (FC: 12?to 18?, Rc: 53? to 55?) exposed both evap. In RC I found no frost, sticky coldness. I did find small liquid build up around cap tube and RC evap but couldnt determine if water or oil. Found FC evap had some frost build up but frost build up was thin and easily removable with fingers. No stickiness to coil when compressor was directed to FC evap. Found no oil signs. Wasnt able to remove refrigerator from rested spot because feet/rollers were removed when installed and I couldnt access compressor but I could here compressor/condenser coil. Unit does appear to have a full no cooling sealed system issue. Arrived on site for a dryer that?s not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it?ll take 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes especially towels. Use the vent tester kit on the unit and found the unit showing for ventilation for all dryers. Took off the vent hose and added a sock to the end of the vent to test the unit again due to lint buildup inside the exhaust hose in the dryer. The unit showed good ventilation for gas dryers but poor ventilation for electric dryers. Disassembled unit and cleaned out all lint buildup inside the dryer. Read connected everything and tested the unit again with the sock. The unit still showed the same result. Took the sock off of the dryer and tested the unit. The unit showed good ventilation for all dryers. Tested the unit again with the vent hose on and found Poor ventilation for all dryers again. I explain to the customer that this would show their issue is with her vent inside the home going out.

Arrived on site for refrigerator freezing everything in RC compartment. Upon arrival I found all items in Rc compartment had frozen over from top shelfs to bottoms and front to back. I also found ui unresponsive to input. I was unable to pull find any accurate schematic sheet for unit specs. Every enters into diagnostics failed. Tried replacing control and got same response. Was unable to test unit further. Dampener motor is also stuck open.

Arrived on site for fridge raider that?s not keeping proper temperatures. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit somewhat cycles between single digits in the freezer section and up to 30? in their freezer section and between lower 40s up to 55? in the refrigerator section. The customer is keeping this unit in the garage and I asked approximate temperatures he was getting in his garage during the day. The customer did advise that it?s getting up into the hundred degree area in his garage due to poor ventilation. Remove the evaporator cover and found a good frost pattern on the evaporator with no evidence of any defrost issues. The freezer was reading at 7?F. The refrigerator was sitting at 50?F. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found a good amp draw. I did inform the customer that it seemed to be that their issue was with the ambient temperature around this unit. Went over user care guide and specifications for this unit to be working properly. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Replaced evaporator,compressor and installed a uv drier,vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec powered unit on checked low side pressure good checked frost pattern good.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit sparking. Test unit and found burned out cap and diode. Will need new cap mag and diode

Arrived on site to test unit for door not staying on. Found left hinge lock broken. Test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site to replace control board. Replaced board test unit and unit heated to 350 with out turning off. Job complete. Ran for 20 minutes and still working.

"arrived on site for loud noise while dispensing water. Tested dispenser loud noise and weak water flow,installed bypass same issue diagnosed a defective filter head. Replaced filter head checked lines and connections no leaks,tested water dispenser unit working as designed.

Arrived onsite for unit not agitating. Looked under the unit and found that the wrong actuator was installed from the factory. Had actuator from truck stock to replace. Replaced Actuator. Tested unit. Unit tested good. No issues at this time. Job complete

Checked evaporator compartment good frost formation on coil,power cycled unit found compressor not powering on with multiple attempts from start diagnosed a defective starter. Installed a new starter powered unit on compressor powered on. ; used 1 8201786 (Start device) from stock"

Arrived onsite for unit making a ticking noise. Listened to the unit and heard a ticking noise and noise was coming from the back of the unit. Upon further inspection saw that the water hose on the out side of the unit was lightly smacking against the back of the unit. Went ahead and taped the hose going to the filter head in a different position to help with no noises. No noises at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking heat due to door not closing all the way. Found bad hinges and trims and inner liner. Also found right side panel damaged. Ordering parts office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 WPW10299224 (Right hinge) and 1 WPW10299227 (Left hinge) and 1 WP9761344 (Liner door) and 1 W10761018 (Trim door) and 1 W10761014 (Trim door) and 1 WPW10162245 (Side panel)

"Arrived on site to replace valve from previous diagnosis. Replaced valve and ice maker is now receiving water. When reinstalling ice maker broken fill tube heater wire fell from fill tube hole. Replace fill tube with heater, tested unit, unit works good. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for unit not freezing/cooling. Customer had a thermometer in the unit for days on the refrigerator and the refrigerator was only 58 degrees. Nothing in the freezer was frozen only cooling. The ice was good but customer said the it would leak water from time to time where the ice dispenser is. Concluded that it?s a sealed system issue because of un even temperatures. No issues at this time. Job complete
