The customer had a concern with the LF quick boil element cycling on and off too fast. I found the customers pans were warping at the bottom and not making full contact for proper heating. I explained the functions of the unit and that the pan needs to be flat on he bottom. I referred her to the user care guide and showed her different material pans will cook differently. Arrived on site for sealed system repair. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found no leaks. I charged the system and tested pressures. I found both the low and high side pulling into a vacuum. I removed the valve stems and found the dryer slowly leaking refrigerant. I removed the dryer and found it restricted. I cleaned the system out with nitrogen and found clear compressor oil coming out. I cleared all the oil out and replaced the dryer. I pulled a vacuum and put a measured charge into the system. I found the pressure ps building appropriately. I let the unit run for 20 minuets while I monitored pressure. I found pressures good and the evaporator with a full frost pattern. The unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived onsite with Ji for crooked manifold. Diagnosed crooked manifold as accurate and obvious. Fan switch mount off of alignment by nearly a quarter inch to the left. Upon further inspection found mounting system installed properly so fan switch cannot be aligned better. Installed new manifold after observing that the original was aligned well into itself. Warned customer that new manifold would likely not align with top. New manifold is off axis amounting to a quarter inch disparity called techline and spoke to Leon. Arrived on site to follow up on report of dishwasher not cleaning dishes and not filling with water. On arrival ran through diag cycle and found water flow low. Removed inlet valve and rinsed off the debris on the valve and reinstalled. Ran unit and it sounds like it is pumping and verified the spray arms are moving. Advised customer to run a couple of dish washing cycles and follow up if stuff is still not coming out cleaner. We will need to replace the sump and motor of this is the case.
