Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker and water dispenser work, but when the ice gets dispensed it clumps at the opening of the ice bin and when they open the door, ice falls out onto the floor. I found that the ice chute seal (gasket) was partially hanging off and seated correctly allowing warmer air to go into the ice bin and ice is melting causing it to clump at the opening. I reseated the gasket and adjusted it to where it would seal correctly and tested it by closing the door and checking for gaps. Unit is operating as designed and the gasket is sealing properly. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised the unit did not make the sound in diagnostics it made it during a normal cycle. Customer has started a normal cycle with two heavy duty jackets as I had pulled up so watched unit run and agitate as designed with no abnormal sounds. When unit got to the first spin before the rinse cycle, I noticed it too operated as designed with no abnormal sounds. The second spin and drain I found the unit making a slight knocking sound. I checked underneath the unit and found the belt in good shape and all parts seemingly working properly. I did not find any evidence of an oil leak at the gear case. DRYER WHIRLPOOL WED9450WW1 "Arrived on site to inspect dryer noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and immediately could hear a screeching noise. I disassembled the unit and found all four rollers and the tension pulley badly gunked up with debris. Also found the drive belt beginning to fray. I removed and replaced all four rollers and clips, tension pulley and belt. Cleaned the roller axles as well. Vacuumed the lint from the unit and reassembled and tested. Went through full diagnostics and found dispenser door was not opening. Customer stated the dishwasher would run for two minutes then shut off. Removed outer door and found dispenser unplugged. Reconnected dispenser and door releases but the spring does not open the dispenser door as its designed to do. Also found outer foam vent gasket was peeling off and not seating properly which may have allowed condensation to temporarily short out control. WASHER GE WBSR3140G5WW Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts upon installing the new timer in the suspension rods I was able to quickly retest the units verify that most of the functionality was working as designed but I found that the front and back aprons are also starting to bend from previous weird tear that the support rods connect to causing the washer to lower farther to the ground and need it as well and I also found that although the timer has brought back full functionality that if the timer shut off midway through the cycle for any given reason the unit would go into a wild agitated state agitating back-and-forth very oddly instead of shutting off and I was able to trace the shore issue back down to the motor. The problem with this is it can cause some more wear and tear on the newly installed timer so it would be best for us to bring a back up time or just in case this one is damaged from the motor. REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRT3L1SZYB00 Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling properly after previous repair upon arrival I checked freezer temperatures and found them to be at 18° I also found that the evaporator coil was frosted over even less than the original visit but the unit this time was not going in to defrost too soon and showed none of the same symptoms as before I did however find a odd vibration of noise coming from the inner cavity behind the evaporator coil but could not pinpoint what was causing it and nothing externally or visually appeared to be the issue. Tested the cooktop burners and all are functioning properly. Tested the oven and it is functioning properly. Removed the console and checked the wiring harness and UI ribbon and all check good. Contacted customer and they advised that the owners complaint is that the console is too sensitive. I advised the customer that the touch screen is normal. They requested to check oven temps. Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. The average temp was 343 degrees. I calibrated the unit +10 degrees to offset the temps to 353 degrees. Job completed."

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WFW9750WW01 Arrived on site for washer making a noise during during use and banging around a lot. Upon arrival customer was able to verify with me that the issue would happen a lot during spin and then eventually she noticed that the pedestal was also starting to fill underneath the washer after the issue began. Upon further diagnosis I found that the support rods were indeed going bad on the front load washer but this has led to too much where on the pedestal underneath and the pedestal is holding on by a thread at this point and is not readily accessible to allow for a proper repair done unless the pedestal is completely replaced with a two-man job. Office will need to get a hold of AIG warranty and let them know that they will need a new pedestal for the washer in order to also safely repair the suspension rods; ordrng 1 Unknown (Pedastool shelf research and aig autho needed)

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG510S0AS2 Live on Cipro range not allowing baking setting to turn on properly. Upon arrival I found that the DSI module was resending the proper voltage down to the igniter but upon further inspection underneath the unit I found that the harness wire had just come loose office Parker itself ended up reconnecting wire but after inspecting the igniter itself also and finding that it was receiving current and ignoring the oven I also found that the amp draw was off and it would preheat but would no longer continue heating after the igniter been exposed to heat for more than 10 minutes. The igniter is also bent and warped tour degree that it was better for the igniter to be replaced high then replace ignitor and reassembled and tested the unit and verify the oven is preheating to 350° as designed with no fluctuations or issues.

But arrival I ran a diagnostics check but could not verify any error codes that were stored on the unit customer stated that they were here’s a noise during the very beginning of the sensing cycle as well as the end of the wash towards the beginning of the spin cycle upon running a manual diagnostics test I found that the actual waiter was some times having a hard time shifting over into spin mode and calls and resistance on the cam and the gear case I was able to replace the cam assembly as well as the shifter assembly and read some of the unit and verified doing another man or diagnostics test that the unit is no longer squealing and its function as designed.
