Drived on site for dishwasher causing door to fall open. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found the cause of the issue was due to a broken spring as well as rope assembly. Also found that the chassis frame was slightly bent underneath which could have possibly led to the unit snapping in the first place. Tried re-shaping chassis frame to allow better support and then install new spring and rope assembly tip and found door fully functioning and opening and shutting as designed and no longer falling open on its own. Found the cover for the motor broken in several different places in plastic rattling on the fan causing the noise. Remove the instructions from the motor housing area and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker clumping. Upon further inspection, I found the ice in the bin clumped together (photo). I removed the ice maker and tested the fill tube and found the tube not reaching its full potential in filling cutting the fill short. I retested the fill tube and had the water dispenser into a cup and then filled the tray and found the water is not filling the tray completely. Also found the fill tube heater harness cracked/broken. I found ice in the bottom the bin that appeared to have melted then froze again causing it to be clumped. I tested the ice dispenser door and found moisture where the door seals caused by the ice door not sealing properly. I am ordering the UI and will return with the ice door and fill tube/heater and scheduled return service for 03/18/22. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11099702 (UI)"

I tested the broiler and the ignitor arced and the burner lit. I canceled the burner and then retested and the ignitor began to arc, but the burner failed to ignite. I adjusted the air shutter and retested and again it failed to ignite. The burner is getting gas and the ignitor is arcing. I adjusted the ignitor and retested and the burner ignited every test. "Arrived on site to inspect washer dispenser assembly collecting water. Upon further inspection, I found the dispenser reservoir full of water and unit in the off position (photo). I poured the water out and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed. I tested the unit manually and he reservoir was full at the end of testing. Ran one more automatic test and the unit operated as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Orlando and advised of the complaint and my findings. Orlando recommended replacing the detergent dispenser assembly again. I advised that this will be the 3rd one. Orlando provided SR#7733177080.I removed and replaced the dispenser and retested and unit is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer contact the manufacturer with the SR# to discuss further issues. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I did further diagnostics and removed the front cover to access the control and while on diagnostics I proved to to the element harness and was sending 124 volts. I then proceeded to test element on ohms and it was an open circuit. I quoted CX parts $59.02, service call & labor $174.75 & tax $19.29 total $253.06, CX accepted, i then proceeded with repairs and reassembled unit and tested let run on diagnostics and working as designed and showed correct amps.
