Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and making a suction noise on the door shut. Upon arrival confirm complaint after further inspection and speaking with the customer found out the complaint was that water was not fully draining from the interior of the sump assembly under the filters. During all diagnostic test as well as normal operation test found that water was draining out of the tub completely and instructed customer that manufacturer design allows for a water to sit inside of the sump assembly at all times. Also found door seal would squeak when do was closed but at time of diagnostics no break or tears were found in seal a well as no leaks. Unit functioning as designed and will need office to report findings to ahs.; ordrng 1 Cnote (Needs reporting to ahs)

Inspected drain hose and found it installed correctly. Customer has not ever noticed standing water in tub when unit is not in use. Called techline 7733405214. Techline suggested no parts being changed out and to run a load of clean towels with no soap and monitor. Customer provided 4 clean towels. Ran quick wash cycle all the way though again with the towels and the unit completed the cycle with no issues. Advised customer to switch to liquid HE detergent. She was using pods. No water leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived onsite for for Intermittent buzzing noise when in operation. Sometimes lasts the entire cycle, sometimes goes on and off during cycle. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Tested unit on timed dry. Every once in a while can hear a little vibration sound. Called techline for assistance.tech explained that the area of the unit that is making the noise could be the vent hose vibrating or gas solenoid sticking. I could not get the unit to duplicate the sound having the unit pulled away from the wall. Disassembled the cabinet and bypassed the door switch to test unit. Gas solenoid and motor are operating correctly. Watched the gas and ignitor cycle throughout the cycle. Cannot get unit to duplicate. Called techline for assistance.tech explained that the area of the unit that is making the noise could be the vent hose vibrating or gas solenoid sticking. I could not get the unit to duplicate the sound having the unit pulled away from the wall. Tech gave Sr# 7733409417."

Pressures denoted a restriction and I removed and replaced the dye drier, service port and compressor. I vacuumed the the vacuum pump ultimate vacuum and then allowed to sit for 15 minutes. Holding vacuum, I charged with the mfg prescribed refrigerant and tested. The unit cooled as designed and the capillary tube frosting was corrected. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived for no cool. I found the factory tubing at the compressor high side had fractured and allowed refrigerant to escape and the system was in vacuum at my arrival. I corrected the issue by removing the affected area and re-brazing. I vacuumed to the pumps ultimate vacuum and then allowed it to set for 15 minutes. Holding vacuum, I charged with the mfg prescribed charge and tested. The unit cooled as designed and I found no evidence of leaks throughout the rest of the system, including both evaporators. No leaks observed during service."

When removed from diagnostics mode unit continued to shift 3 way valve and go to damper control and continued to switch back and forth with nothing else running. "Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was leaking into room at times when used. Ran unit in diagnostics mode and filled tub 50% with water. Found no leaks at all when filling. Agitated water to see if it was splashing over or coming through a tub Crack and found no water during test. Drained unit. When draining i could hear the water stop flowing into the standpipe due to a slow drain, and was backing over the drain hose. I drained it again with a borescope in the standpipe, and found water is coming up to the drain hose and if it gets an air bubble or backs up further it will run over. I had inspected all components and pressure line and found no evidence of a leak. Advised manager and owner of findings. Call complete."
