Upon further inspection, customer advised that they recently replaced the fuse, but it continues to blow while baking pizzas and has blown while baking bread at 350 degrees. I pulled the unit and tested voltage to the bake/broil elements and they were good. I tested ohms to both elements and they were good. I tested the thermostat and it was good as well. When I opened the unit door I found the door gasket flat all the way around. Checked the unit for error codes and found none. Reshaped the gasket and tested temps in bake mode. Temps were good. Contacted techline and spoke to JK and advised of my findings. JK recommended replacing the door gasket.

REFRIGERATOR FRIGIDAIRE LGHC2342LFO Refrigerator making loud noise. Upon arrival I verified that the compressor and condenser fan were working as they should and did not notice anything odd whatsoever regarding noise or a loud vibrations. In the freezer section however I did immediately find a water trail of ice leading all the way up to the fill tube going into the icemaker and found that the icemaker had been getting continuous water from the water valve because the water inlet valve is not sealing all the way shut down a lot of water to escape to the icemaker and freeze over which then led to water pouring down the back of the freezer and making contact with the freezer fan motor and freezing around it and causing the noise of the customers hearing.

DRYER MAYTAG MEDB835DW4 Arrived onsite for dryer showing F4E1 error code. Upon inspection and while in diagnostics I found multiple stored error codes for airflow restriction and incorrect line voltage coming to the unit. I tested the voltage at the wall and couldn’t get a steady reading. I then tested voltage at the terminal block and found no voltage coming if from L1 to L2 with L1 to common showing 124Vac and L2 to common showing 122Vac. I also tested the continuity of the power cord and it tested good. I was able to power up the unit for a brief moment and it began to spin. While spinning it made a very loud noise consistent with one of the support wheels going bad or has failed. I advised the customer to get a licensed electrician out to inspect the outlet circuit.

And the permagum failed to keep the drip tray level. I removed the permagum and the ice build up. I placed shims under the evaporator supports above the drip pan, I used heat from to my steamer to straighten out the drip pan. The drip pan is now level and flush with the fresh food cabinet. Per the customer, they had a stated a plumber came out and verified unit was installed correctly. I called whirlpool techline. They had me run a series of test and after verify the regulator was functioning properly they suggested the customer get a gas plumber out to verify that the cooktop is getting proper gas. DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT920SADM3 Arrived onsite for dishwasher that had been making a weird noise and now water won’t push through the spray arms. Upon inspection I found that while in diagnostics the motor would not actuate to push water but instead makes an abnormal buzzing sound. I recommended replacing the sump & motor assembly . Customer agreed to the repair so I replaced the sump & motor assy. I re tested the unit. The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.
