Cycled power for approximately 10-20 seconds and placed unit in diagnostics showing error codes F2E0 & F2E1. Cleared the codes and tested the components and all components operated as designed. Upon installing the new float switch needed I was able to reassemble and test the unit and found that they were no longer any error codes not found in the text sheet or relating to the foot switch but I was receiving an F 10 five error code that the diverter inside of the motor was not functioning properly and was detecting a leak but when I disassembled and checked the diverter area there was no signs of water or leaking of any kind it after testing power to the diverter I found the diverter itself is malfunctioning. Upon further disassembling and inspection I found that the same thermal fuse that went out the first time that was still covered under warranty had gone out again on the second trip I tried to narrow down and find why the thermal fuse had broken but they were no clogs inside of the dryer or venting duct and unfortunately I could not verify her access the exit for the dryer. Customer did inform me that the dryer vent cleaning they had performed was done but ever since the drive-in cleaning was done they felt like the dryer started acting really weird when it came to heating I did inform the customer that it would be best for them to get a second opinion from a different company that can come out and do the drive-in cleaning to verify why the first vent cleaning did not go the way it should’ve but at this point everything does appear to be clear and out-of-the-way call complete and unit

I was able to repair drain pump with new part but when I was able to get the unit drained and retested for the other codes I found suds code was no longer there but the F8e1 error still was. I traced issue back to cold water inlet portion of the valve not opening up even though unit had received correct power supply. Customer also stated during visit the ui display would not accurately shows correct times for each cycle as it was supposed to (ex: quick wash on this unit should show 15 minutes but instead would show 1hr49mins. Upon arrival I disassembled and inspected the unit to see if there any sort of leaks or indications that the flow switch was stuck or what is flooded. Customer stated that when the issue occur they had a power outage that canceled the cycle midway through the last time in the dishwasher had not finished properly which then caused the dishwasher to overfill the next time around which triggered the code I was able to clear out the water from the float switch and then I ran a test and normal cycle to verify unit is now functioning as designed and the flow switch is no longer getting stuck. The customer also complained that the unit is blowing white powder outside the unit. I pulled the unit done and found it is pulling in sheet rock dust and blowing it everywhere. The maintenance cut a hole in the Sheet rock for the unit to vent. There is no vent exit behind the wall and the back pressure from the blower motor is forcing the unit to vent out the front causing dust to go everywhere. DISHWASHER MAYTAG MDB9959SKZ0 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, customer advised the unit shows D9E1 error code and doesn’t complete a cycle. I placed unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found the F9E1-drain pump & FAE2-wax motor. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed until it got to the end when the drain pump, element and vent come on and it shut off. I can hit the cancel button and the drain pump comes on and operates as designed. I removed the outer door panel and unplugged the vent and retested and the unit operated as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Brian and advised of the complaint and my findings. Brian advised to replace the vent due to the wax motor showing an error and the unit shutting down when the vent is to come on. Provided file #7729729992. DISHWASHER GE GLDA696MSS "Arrived on site to Diagbose dishwasher that was dripping from the center area of the door. Ran unit and found a tiny drip coming from the center behind the door. Checked with a mirror and it looks like it’s coming off the lip of the tub, water getting past the lower door gasket. Wiped down the gasket and found chunks of food that were preventing a good seal. Advised customer to follow up if leaks comes back, bit it seems to have stopped after wipe down. We would need that lower door gasket / possibly panel if the leak comes back. Placed unit and serviced diagnostics and foundno stored error codes. Ran unit through a manual heavy agitation and manual high speed spin tests. Unit ran as designed and only made somewhat of a rattling sound in the agitation when the agitator was going counter clockwise where it doesn’t grip onto the rest of the agitator. I plugged the unit back in and found the compressor building pressure. I installed a UV dryer access valve and a new evaporator. I pulled a vacuum on the system and found it holding. I out a measured charge into the system and found pressure building properly and a good frost pattern forming on the evaporator. I reassembled the unit. After 10 I found the unit cooling down. Th unit is working as designed. Job complete.
