"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher gasket issues. Upon further inspection, I found the door gasket was hanging off the tub in the upper left corner. I was able to adjust the gasket and set it back in place. Tested the racks by pulling them out and sliding them back in and found when pulling the 3rd level rack out, the slide lock was grabbing at the gasket. I made recommendations on 3rd level rack use and its movements to my customer as there is no repair to correct this issue other than changing the way the rack is pulled out and slid back in. Arrived onsite and found ui not receiving power. Determined door harness to have continuity. Replaced main control and UI. Unit is still not operating. "KBFC42FTS03 GP arrived on site to inspect water leaking from underneath refrigerator and ice in the freezer. Upon arrival the FC door was slightly ajar on the right side and there was water pooling underneath the unit and a sheet of ice on the FC floor. Further inspection revealed gapping in the lower right side of the FC gasket and moisture where the gasket should have been in contact with the cabinet. Discovered a square of foam taped to the back of the main FC drawer on the right side making contact with the light switch preventing the right side from fully seating when the door is closed. I suspect that one of the servicer(s) that had worked on the unit prior to Appliance Express, had applied the 1/8 foam, self stick spacer, to prevent some unknown symptom. I removed the non-factory spacer and tested. The door function and fitment was as expected and the gasket started sealing around the FC cavity opening. Operational test good, no leaks of the water supply observed during service."

Unit is operating as designed. Leveled the unit and I nformed the customer of my findings."

KDTE204KPS1 GP arrived on site to inspect drain loop not being adequate. Inspected and found the drain loop slightly lower than ideal. Readjusted and secured the loop in 2 locations to prevent future issues. Gave customer tips on usage. No water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. On arrival I found the bottom of the ice bucket with some ice. The customer stated it was all the ice made in the last 24 hours. I checked temps and found the temperature at the icemaker only getting down to 13 degrees. I tested the FC thermistor and found when it was in a 32 degree ice bath it was reading resistance for 37 degrees and when it was dropping it would show open at times. The thermistor needs to be replaced. The customer has received two orders from Whirlpool for the metal grille and the plastic skirt and both do not fit this unit. The mounting holes for the grille line up correctly but the punch out for the filter housing is an 1 5/16 to far to the right to go over the filter housing. I sent all this info to SR for parts research along with photos. We also called techline and spoke with Steve and we found out someone had put in a parts research for this same issue, SR# 7737341938. Techline had us move the filter housing over to the right and there was another hole there that we mounted it to and the grille fit properly. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that will not power on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer had unplugged the unit after the unit was unresponsive and has not tried it since. I confirmed the customers complaint, and as the unit was plugged in, I found the unit stuck in a drain. held down the start button for 5 to 7 seconds for the drain pump to check off and turn the unit back on. On the unit illuminating and working as designed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit worked and operated as designed. I started a cycle and found the unit working in operating as designed. I did explain to the customer that if their unit gets off balance that this can happen, and that they just need to press and hold the start button until the drain pump stops to cancel out the cycle. I explained to the customer that the icemaker should start functioning again one it gets below 16 degrees. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. I found the evap cover was frozen over there was about 1 1/2 inches built up on it. I took the shelfs out and the screws off and tried to remove the cover. It was frozen over to the evap. Told customer it had to be defrosted for 24 to 48 hours. Head customer sign waiver. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave not heating. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit down from the wall and placed it on my towel on the countertop. Removed the cover to find a large amount of grease and cooking oils inside the unit (photos). I found the vent was not cutout properly during installation and is restricting the damper from opening and venting out (photos). I contacted techline and spoke to Chris and advised of the complaint and my findings. Chris provided a text to my phone and I provided several photos of my findings. Chris advised to not replace any parts and have the customer contact customer service to dispute and provided SR#7737332568. I provided the SR number to my customer and recommended they contact Whirlpool to discuss solutions. I advised my customer that they would need to contact their builder to have the vent corrected. "JBSFS48NMX00 GP arrived on site to inspect a refrigerator with broken or missing parts. Upon inspection I couldnt find anything missing. Spoke with the contractor and he stated that there were no missing parts but the doors were severely misaligned. I found that the door panels on both doors were incorrectly installed causing binding resulting In outer door skins being warped. After adjusting the panels and leveling the unit the doors ended up properly aligned. Operational test successful, no water leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for vent blower making a noise. On inspection you can hear the noise on high. Gain access to the fan and found a section of the blade missing. Installed new fan and tested unit. The vent hood is operating as designed now.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that has no power. Upon arrival I found the there was no power at the wall I left the unit unplugged and Che the breaker box and found that the breaker was tripped. I turned it back on and checked the voltage and for good voltage, I checked that the unit was wired properly and found that it was not. I corrected it and plugged unit in and tested the unit and found the unit operating as designed."

KRFF507HBS02GP arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon arrival I checked the FC temp and found 0 degrees. Removed and replaced the ice maker. Verified all of the connections are secured. Checked for error codes and found none. Ran the ice maker motor test and the ice maker fill test and the unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service. Informed cuz of my findings and advised them on use and care of the unit.

(SV) Door not opening properly. Found door is operating as designed. Cust wanting door to stay open and not fall open when unsupervised. Adjusted door for customer preference at spring increasing tension. Advised increased tension will affect the door bouncing up when no weight applied. Customer was keeping door cracked open for mold complaint. Upon inspection found excess water in system and no rinse aid being used. Advised proper use and care to decrease water and allow for the door to remain shut. Advised on proper use of detergents to reduce suds build up as well. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for light staying on. Found bad wires. Secured wires test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker fill tube chute was clogged with a block of ice. I removed the ice maker assembly and found pieces of styrofoam insulation inside the block of ice that had separated from the insulation within the liner around the fill tube (photo). I cleaned the area from ice and water and cleaned the fill tube area at the top of the unit and filled the gap with permagum to seal off any further debris from falling into the ice maker fill tube chute (photos). I tested the ice maker and ounce it operating as designed. I advised my customer of my findings and repairs. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F8E1-long/no fill. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I found the cold water valve is not opening. I pulled the unit out from the closet and removed and replaced the valve and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for not cooling correctly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Condenser fan, evaporator fan, and compressor are all operating. Found evaporator is clean and free of frost. Only found a slight amount of frost on top right corner of evaporator. Uploaded picture on SD. Need to have sealed system repair. Ordering compressor, Uv drier, access valve, nitrogen, R600 kit, 2 hour weigh time. Need Autho. "Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was not consistently cooling. Customer said unit is getting cooler but barely has hit 0. Ice has not been consistent. Checked my FC temp and it was locked around 3 degrees, compressor was hot. I checked pressure and had no pressure at high side. I removed the Schrader valves and pressurized the system with nitrogen. Was able to get things to flow in both directions once pressurized, indicating a likely restriction. I vacuumed the unit for 20 mins once I verified circulation. I charged to mfr specs and ran unit. Verified rapid cooling after recharge. Repair completed."
