No signs of dye. Unplugged to check Equalized pressure and recorded 62 psi. Powered unit and recorded Running 3/155psi. As unit continued to run unit developed full frost pattern. Compressor is pulling .9-1amp. Called tech line for assistance as cooling stops and resumes every 3 days. Spoke to Glen. Stated max psi on high side is 130psi at max. Tech believes possible Floating restriction. However unit has been flushed with nitrogen, drier has been replaced multiple times and compressor has been replaced. SR#7739694077. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling and has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was running properly at the store but when the customer came to pick up the unit, they advised that the unit never cooled, and would not power on. I plug the unit in and confirmed no power inside the unit. I unplugged the unit and gained access behind the machine. I found that the Molex connector underneath was not inserted in fully due to the power cord, having been pulled on too hard. I reattached the Molex connector underneath and plugged the unit in. I found the unit turn on and start to work. I checked all components and found the evaporator fan not running. I replaced the evaporator fan and tested the unit. I tested the suspension by pushing down on the tub assembly and releasing it and the tub assembly popped back up but leaned to the left a little. Due to the customer having off balance issues and the tub leaning to the left slightly, I removed and replaced the suspension rods and retested and the tub assembly pops back up with no issues. I did advise the customer that their electrical strip was 120 V outlet strip and that the dryer would be on a 240 V circuit. I got behind the dryer and found the plug not completely inserted into the outlet. I removed and re-plugged in the appliance and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I turned off the unit and back on trying multiple cycles and found the unit tumbling and heating as designed. I did advisor customer that it appeared to be an electrical supply issue at the plug and a call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit will take 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes and that when they are running it, it feels like the room gets really hot and humid. I tested the dryer and found the unit tumbling and heating properly. Ill check behind the dryer and found the customers using a rigid aluminum dryer vent hose that goes into the wall. He explained that he has cleaned out the vent hose down at the bottom and has tried to use a leaf blower in his vent to clean out any clogs. I tested the dryer and found a lack of airflow going through the unit due to an air flow restriction. I removed the vent hose and ran a temperature test on the back of the dryer. I found temperatures fluctuate between 161?F and 111?F averaging a temperature of 136?F. I gained access to the attic, and found that the unit was ventilating fairly straight up, but could not see the entire vent due to insulation and how the house is built. I explained to the customer that has dryer only does three things (heat, tumble, and ventilate air or steam. I explain to the customer that that because the unit is tumbling and heating properly, the issue would be with their ventilation through the home. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. Cleared the code and tested the unit and found the unit would not turn on and approximately ten seconds into testing, the unit shut down and showed the error code again. When I went to pull the unit out of the cabinets, I found the unit power cord is mounted behind the microwave above the unit and did not have enough slack in the power cord to pull the unit out. I had to remove the microwave from the cabinets and push the oven power cord down behind the oven in order to get the wall oven out. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and the unit failed again. I checked the panel connections to the main control and the connections on the main control and all are good. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. Customer got a brand new cooktop instead of continuing with repairs. I documented a picture of the new cooktop to ensure it has been swapped out and there is no more safety issue present. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the tub that was dented. I was installing the dishwasher and found the water line to be t'd off. Contractor was there and said he will hook it up and test. Couldn't test dishwasher at time of service due to contractor wanting to install the water line. Call complete. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not cooling. Customer said unit had stopped cooling, but came back on a day later. They are constantly seeing a PO message as well. I tested the unit and found that when the evap fan is running its rapidly pulsing and will not fully ramp up, and this is causing too much draw resulting in the control resetting. I replaced the evap motor and tested. Found fan working as designed and PO errors stopped. Parts used - W11578030."

Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not starting. Examined and tested unit. Found no start. I checked the terminal block for voltages and found the L1 wire was melted and broken. Wires were melted on the dryer side and the power cable as well. I used a terminal block kit to fix the wires and secured. Customer advised they also need to replace the power cable. Unit should work with no issues once cable is replaced. Parts used - 279320.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not making ice. Tested unit and found the impeller was loose on a stripped out motor shaft. Cut off impeller with Dremel and replaced impellor, motor and spacer. Tested unit and verified proper function. Ice maker was rinse after cutting off impellor. Unit working as designed. Stated to customer that the reason that area gets hot is due to the vent right underneath. It is designed that way and that panel getting hot is normal. Started a bake cycle and demonstrated to customer where the heat vents from. Inspected vent and found it positioned correctly, no heat is being let into the control area, all venting out properly. "Arrived on site to test unit for off balance loads. Upon arrival customer stated every cycle this unit gets very off balance and bangs around a lot. Tested suspension, not bouncy and dampens properly. Ran a diagnostic cycle, unit is spinning uniformly with no off balance symptoms. Asked customer what the average load sizes are and she showed about 75-80% of the basket. Advised to customer that the load size limit is 20-40% of the basket. Anything above or below will throw this unit off balance. Also cannot handle comforters. Customer was not aware and will be changing load sizes to recommend size. Also advised to counterbalance the clothes when loading the unit. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Replaced suspension (W10780045) and tested unit, unit is making a grinding sound. Unit will also need a gearcase replacement. Replaced gearcase (W11454741), cam (W10721967) and belt (WPW10006384). Due to corrosion on the basket where the shaft inserts and the fact that the basket does not sit properly on the shaft, will need to order a new basket, drive block, and spaner nut. "Arrived on site to test unit for not heating. Upon arrival maintenance informed me that its not heating well. Both bake and broil elements heat. Took amperage and found bake element is only pulling 5 amps and broil element is pulling 7 amps. Unit is getting proper voltage at the terminal, only getting 120V at both elements. L1 relay has been shorted on the control. Replaced control (W11707168) and tested, bake element is now pulling 10 amps and broil element is pulling 14 amps. All voltage checks passed, unit is now heating properly and is running as designed, job complete."

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not filling with water. I tested the unit in diagnostic mode and found it to be filling with water and completing the cycle. Upon further inspection I found the customer to be loading dishes incorrectly and most likely getting the float switch stuck in the up position. I advised customer to watch how they load their dishes and to make sure the float switch doesn't get stuck up by any utensils. Unit is operating as designed at this time. Arrived on site for range still tripping breaker when all functions were used. On arrival found that unit is on a 35amp gfci breaker which can be an issue on style of range when all four burners and broil element are on during preheat cycle unit will pull 37 amps and cause breaker to fail.
