Found the drive belt slightly damaged and completely off the motor pulley. Removed the drum for further inspection and discovered that the motor pulley itself was broken. Replaced the motor along with the repair kit, which included the belt, idler pulley, and rollers. Reassembled the unit and performed multiple test cycles. Performed continuity and resistance testing on the dual element, and readings were within manufacturer specifications. Determined the issue was not with the element itself but with the switch. Removed the failed infinite switch and installed a new replacement switch. Reassembled the unit and performed functional testing. Verified that both the inner and outer portions of the right front dual burner now activate and cycle on and off correctly. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete."

Removed the drain pump assembly from the sump for inspection. Found several pieces of broken glass lodged inside the pump housing, preventing the impeller from rotating freely. She advised the only thing that works is the lights. I did confirm the customer's complaint and gained access to the compressor area. I found all connections were properly secured, but found the compressor cold to touch, indicating that it had not even attempted to cool. I gained access to the control and found proper voltage going into the main control, but no voltage going to any components. I replaced the control and tested the unit. "WTW4957PW0 Arrived on site for a washer tripping the breaker. On arrival, the client stated that after 45 mins, the washer tripped the breaker. I ran diagnostic no error codes. I tested motor readings, which were a little off . I ran a cycle on customer mode on quick it didn't trip the breaker. I will be returning to replace the motor, control board . "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the ice maker appears to be trying to make ice, but that water is leaking out onto the floor in the freezer and freezing at the bottom. I did confirm the customer's complaint and checked the fill tube leading to the icemaker. I found the fill tube had been pushed down and was not sitting in the ice maker fill cup, casuing the water to pool on the freezer liner. I adjusted the fill tube positioning and tested the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a loose basket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that his basket is not sitting evenly in the frame and is leaning to the right front of the washer. He advised that at the store that it was evenly distributed. I did find that the machine was sitting on an uneven surface and adjust the legs on the washing machine to level out the unit. The customer also stated that when the unit spin slowly that some loads seem to go pretty far off balance at first but will center as the basket spins faster. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer requested that we run a set of clothes. He threw in a set of overalls and a few shirts. He advised that this is a normal wash load, cause he tends to wear a lot of overalls and may throw in a bath towel as well. I soaked the clothes and ran the unit through a drain and spin. I found that the overalls were too heavy on one side, causing the basket to go off balance when it would first start to spin. I adjusted the load around and was able to get the unit to stop going off balance. I found that it was able to finish the drain and spin without any issues. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7742268662. He advised that this is normal operation and that the issue would be with loading procedures. He advised that because the customer is using lighter loads and the loads that they are using are mixed loads, he will have more likelihood of off balance issues. He advised that if the customer is going to run overalls to run them with towels and to run at least four or five sets of towels or overalls at a time to allow the basket to be evenly distributed after the rinse. He advised to make no further repair at this time and that the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

I started a burn off process by removing the ground and setting the oven to bake at 500 degrees for 30 min. Since it was a vacant home, I contacted the builder and informed him that normally I would need to have the oven running for an additional 2 hours. The builder informed me that I could set the cook time for 2 hours and he would come to the house to confirm the end of cycle. I reattached the ground and set the the cook time time to 2hrs. Checked amp draw and pulling 25 amps on high heat and 4 amps on the motor itself. Unit is on a 30 amp non GFCI breaker. Called techline and spoke with Jermey SR#7742262406 and stated cycling thermostat is not cycling correctly. Recommended we to replace cycling thermostat and heater thermostat at the same time. If issue persists, then theyre concluding its a breaker issue. Ordering WP3387134 cycling thermostat, 279816 cut off thermostat and WP3977767 heater thermostat. Called Safety Elvi Marie to document. "Arrived to unit 348 for not making ice. Upon arrival, reset ice maker and found gears not turning. Proceeded to replace W11700250 ice maker. Retested and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

"Arrived to unit 108 for unit leaking water. Upon arrival, tenant stated during mid cycle, seems there is a steady drip. Ran multiple tests and found no leaks. Customer present video and found slow leak from the rear side of the tub assembly near the NTC sensor. Soapy water is present. Ordering W11460604 tub assembly and W11320546 NTC sensor. Arrived on site for unit making noise when you touch the start button. Repaired recommended from senior tech replaced control and ui wad still unable to duplicate noise however customer was able to provide video. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to. Ran individual component activation and found all functions working. Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

Inspected the unit and found the left hinge had come off the hinge receiver, causing the door to sit higher on the left side than the right. Arrived on site for gas leak. Inspected unit using bubbles to find gad leak. Found gas Leake coming from flex line and nipple installer used tephlon tape at connection line is already a flared fitting and doesn't need thread tape causing gas leak took pictures of gas leak. Builder is gonna just replace unit since they have already had to many issues with unit. Informed customer when they I stall new one to replace flex line and nipple and to not use thread tape at flex line connection. Advised customer to keep gas off until new unit is installed
