"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I found the it unplugged and the breaker tripped. Reset the breaker and plugged the unit in and the breaker tripped again. I unplugged the unit and reset the breaker and tested the outlet and it is showing 126V. Plugged the unit back in and the breaker tripped. I placed a tester start device on the compressor and plugged unit in and the compressor briefly came on then tripped the breaker again. I tested the windings to the compressor and they were within range. Tested continuity to the power cord and it was good. I tested the power cord by unplugging it from the compressor and the unit and the breaker did not trip. I reconnected the power cord to the compressor and unit and plugged it back in and the unit began to operate as designed. I recommended that the customer have the breaker replaced as it could have gone bad since it tripped several times and to monitor the unit. I recommended that the customer contact our office if the unit continues to trip after replacing the breaker. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for THERE IS POWER - NOT HEATING (USED IT EARLIER TODAY IT WAS FINE). Ran microwave with one cup of water for one minute to listen to microwave run. All sounded good and cup of water was steaming. Asked customer if they could provide a bag of popcorn based on this is what they were warming when it stopped working. Ran bag of popcorn for three and a half minutes. Bag fully popped. Customer placed sausage inside for one minute. It heated as designed. Customer placed two eggs inside. Heated as designed. I found the console was loose at the bottom causing the console to wiggle every time a button was pressed. Gained access to console and found that the bottom left plastic arm that holds the console in place was broken. Used foil tape to secure the bottom of the console exterior of microwave in place to prevent it from wiggling. Used paper towels to remove all of the dust and grease from the cover and interior where the filters are located at the top. Reassembled cover. Ran microwave with another cup of water and microwave is still heating as designed.

Using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components and found all components are within range. The element was showing 7-9amps in wash and drying cycles of diagnostics. I found customer has a water softener system and not using the proper detergent/rinse aid for this type of system. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of the complaint and my findings. Joel made the same recommendations for use/care and detergent/rinse aid use and provided SR#7732701946. I put it through a diagnostics cycle and and the unit filling, and draining properly. When it got to the spin cycle the unit made a rattling noise until it got to speed. I spun the drum by hand and found no noise coming from the internal drum or bearing. I inspected the motor and belt. I found the belt loose. The drain pump is clear of any debris. Removed starter and installed new starter. Same results with new starter. Tested windings and amp draw. Compressor is faulty. Ordering compressor (W11370574), couplers (W11506635) and evaporator (W11546692) to return and complete the repair. Fridge is in the garage. Coming back with evaporator just in case it is needed. Found back left wheel shaft was not inserted into wheel. I was able to secure the shaft back into the wheel. Fridge rolls as designed. Found back left compressor bolt was loose inside back panel. Pulled the unit onto my oven dolly and tested the elements and found the bake element bad. Ir removed and replaced the bake element and convection fan assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

Arrived on site for Nothing Is Working - No Power - Wall Oven. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Oven both heated as designed. Customer stated they were cooking in top oven at 425 then turned on bottom oven to preheat. While bottom heated they cancelled top oven heat and adjusted to new temp and oven reset itself. Gave an error code but customer didnt notate it. Customer reset exterior breaker to oven and havent used it since. With no error codes oven is heating and working as designed. I preheated both ovens to 350. Once preheated I adjusted top oven to 425. Once top preheated I adjusted bottom to 450. No power failures detected. Recommended they remove the liner that covers entire rack permanently. Recommend foil that extends half inch past dish and fold edges of foil to catch spills. No repair needed.

Cycled ice maker several times. Poured water down defrost drain. No water leaks detected. Spoke with plumber with amount of water that was found. He stated that is was a large amount that was found. Most likely the only way that unit would leak that amount of water would be from supply line and was not leaking at time of service. All tested good no water leaks detected during service. Turned ice maker off and had customer turn water off.

This is excess soap, took a short video of dishwasher running and how much soap buildup is still in it is visible. I adjusted the rack and tested and it is operating as designed. I tested the 3rd level rack and it is normal/operating as designed. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of upper rack grabbing gasket, found upper rack bowed in left side, ordering upper rack, I installed new gasket. ; ordrng 1 W10728863 (Upper rack)"

Arrived onsite to replace parts as previously ordered by previous tech. Upon further testing of the unit. Only found that the heating element needed to be replaced. Replaced heating element. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. Job complete

Arrived on site for a range with the UI not functioning properly. Upon arrival the customer showed me that the 0 and 9 key were not working on the UI. I installed the new membrane and then tested the unit. It is now working as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is tripping the breaker intermittently. I inspected the breaker to find it a GFCI breaker and when turning power back on, it has a red LED flashing meaning the breaker needs to be replaced (photo). I cycled power and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. During testing, I tested amp draw to the components and all are within amp draw range. I made recommendations for use and care as the customer has a water softener system, as well as, recommendations for detergent and rinse aid use. Also recommended that they have a certified electrician look at the breaker. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burners arcing. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front left burner will be on and the back left burner will begin to arc. I tested the front left burner and found when the ignitor arcs, all of the other burners ignitors arc which is normal. I did find that while the front left burner is on, the other burners will arc. I found service pointer W10540279-A and it states that due to this issue fo the other ignitors arcing while using the front left burner to replace the burner head. I am ordering the front left burner head, burner cap, griddle cover and ignitor harness. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. No gas leaks detected during service.; ordrng 1 W11106799 (Front left burner head) and 1 WPW10256034 (Front left burner cap) and 1 W10160195 (Griddle cover) and 1 W10116181 (Ignitor harness) and 1 W10116174 (Harness)"

Arrived on for dryer making noise when in uses. Upon inspection I found the belt loos/stretched. I installed new belt and tested unit and found that the noise had gone. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for to cold in freezer. Upon arrival checked temperature. Freezer temperature at 2-4 degrees. Customer complained due to frost buildup on food product on the upper rack of the freezer. Unit has warm air migration. Upon inspection found gap in liner on upper portion of freezer compartment. Sealed gap. Customer will monitor. Job complete
