Upon arrival I found that the left rail on the left side deli drawer was cracked on the teeth that help it open making the necessary repairs able to reassemble and test the unit and verify that the left side deli drawer is now opening and shutting as designed with no gaps in the door gasket. "Arrived on site for a washing machine off balance and long cycle times. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit would go off balance about once a week, the power button would get stuck and be hard to press all of the time, and the unit had a cycle run a very long time and smelled like burnt rubber when the realized and came in to stop it. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F7E9 for locked rotor. I cleared the error codes. I ran an HMI test and the buttons responded, however the screen froze and I could not press the power button to turn it off. I unplugged the unit and then tried to use the power button again and it took several times to get it to respond. I ran a diagnostics cycle and it ran through as designed with no errors. I then manually activated the high spin and agitate and it ran as designed. I then ran an unbalanced detection and it ran as designed. The tub and agitator spun freely and separately. I gained access to the control and put my meter into J15 pin 1 and 4. I then went to diagnostics and toggled the shifter. The shifter did not get proper voltage and would not toggle. I then gained access to the shifter coil and slider and it moved freely. This indicates a bad control.The unit will need a new UI and control. Arrived on site for dw making a loud wining sound. Placed in diagnostics and no error codes came on. Ran through full diagnostics and dishwasher ran as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps and ice melting in the bin. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees & RC=40 degrees. I found the unit was in defrost mode when I arrived. I tested the unit in diagnostics and all components passed and are in good operating condition. I found the ice door gasket is crimped in the upper and lower right hand corners allowing warm air from the RC section to enter and melt the ice. Using a 1/4 cup of water, I tested the ice dispenser door by pouring the water into the chute and the door held the water; therefore, no warm air is leaking into the ice bin from the dispenser door. Customer questioned about freezer burn on the items in the freezer and I advised that the door had to have been left cracked open by possibly a package of food but the FC section is operating as designed. I recommended replacing the ice bin door due to the gasket being crimped, but customer advised that they would keep an eye on the ice for now. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Wall Oven Won't Shut Off Covering Parts ONLY/PRIOR 90 CALL NOTES INTO TECH LINE PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST. Placed in diagnostics and got F6E4. No other error codes came on. Cleared error code. Removed control and installed new control then powered up oven for two minutes. Powered back down and removed UI and installed new UI. Powered oven back up. Tested and oven is heating as designed. Found all assembly screws are rusted and cooktop cannot be disassembled to complete diagnosis. All burner heads would need to be drilled out and this would mean they would all need to be replaced as well as the mounting screws, and the orifice holders just to complete a diagnosis. Arrived onsite for wall oven combo with microwave light dead and the unit doing weird things. Upon inspection I found the unit stuck and would not advance in diagnostics or respond well to touch. I did a power cycle and was able to restore function temporarily. I then found a dent surrounding the right side interlock switch. The dent is preventing the door from closing properly which most likely caused the microwave bulb to burn out.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not cooling and Leaking from the icemaker. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit cools normally most of the time but they have lost milk and some produce three times since July. Found unit temperatures in range and no frost buildup on either evaporator. Checked damper control and found it opening and closing. I did find the ice door gaskets on both sides bowed, allowing warm air into the icemaker section and dripping down both sides of the ice door. I called Techline about the intermittent cooling issue. I spoke to Joel SR# 7730419799. He advised that if there was no issue with the a defrost issue in either section and the cooling issue was not consistent, the unit would have to be working as designed. He advised that milk and some produce sometimes is not completely fresh due to handling and shipping. He advised that does is not a clear indicator of cooling issues. He advised that if we wanted to replace anything to replace the UI but that the damper control could not be the issue because that only cools the pantry section (not the refrigerator) and would be stuck only cooling the pantry or only cooling the refrigerator if bad. Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling in RC and not dispensing water. Upon inspection I found the RC=39 set to 38 FC= - 3 set to 0. I found the dual valve had recently been replaced. I found that when dispensing the valve would spray from the lines because they were not secured all the way. I secured the valves and tested the dispenser. I found the dispenser still intermittently not working. I cycled the IM and the motor rotated back and fourth as if it was jammed. I found the ice maker then began to cycle on its own and dispense water into the tray. I tried to engage the dispenser again but got no voltage to the valve.The customer agreed so I replaced and retested the unit . The unit is working as designed at this time and no leaks were detected during time of service. I collected the total via check.Job complete

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making weird noise. Upon inspection I found RC=45 FC=10 I found the damper making a loud grinding noise. I attempted to put the unit into diagnostics but got no response from the control I tried changing temp setting but still got no response. I cycled power and the display temps changed but still no response. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is shaking violently. Inspected unit and work area. Tested unit in a manual high-speed spin and found the unit shaking violently. Found the unit unlevel. Leveled out the unit and tested it again. Unit did the same thing. Checked suspension and underneath the unit for any abnormalities. All checked good. Spun the basket by hand and found the basket getting closer to the tub and hen further away. Remove the agitator and spanner nut and checked the level of the gear case. Found the gear case level going through the basket. Attempted to shake the basket and hold the tub and fund the basket wobbling in all four directions. Spoke to SW and was advised that the issue based off of my findings would most likely be with a basket issue and was advised to call tech line. I called Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7730415299. Went over all of my findings and was advised that the issue did sound like a tub issue but to also replaced the gear case in case the basket caused any damage to the gear case transmission. Used a measuring glass to heat water. Microwave heating as designed. Customer stated the WIFI was not connecting. Tried two attempts to assist with WIFI but couldnt get it to connect. "Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not cooling in fresh food section, found unit was not defrosting properly, found open bi metal in diagnostic mode. I used steamer to remove ice build up in freezer and replaced harness with bi metal, unit tested good.

"I arrived on site for a washing machine 5at was not spinning. The customer stated that the unit was flashing an F51 error code and would not spin. She also stated that they unplugged the unit and then plugged it back in and it ran as designed for one load. I freely span the tub and it did not sound like bad bearings. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F51 for a motor/rotor error or a harness problem. I ran the test cycle and when it got to step C9 for spin it threw the F51 error code. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the rotor bolt almost falling out and allowing the rotor to sag. I tightened the bolt and tested the unit again. It ran through an automatic diagnostics test as designed with no error code thrown. I then did a manual spin on high, medium, and low and it ran as designed. Unit is now running as designed.

Arrived on site and found range indicator light stays on constantly. Replaced all prescreened infinite switches but dual switch did not arrive in time. Light is still on and dual switch will be needed to complete repair; ordrng 1 WPW10434452 (Dual switch)

Arrived on site to replace water valve for dishwasher. Replaced part and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for no cool. Removed compressor cover found dye leaking from lockring joint on condenser coil,uploaded picture to SD-QuickPic. Removed lockring,installed a coupling and brazed coupling to condenser joint,vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec powered unit on checked low side pressure good."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not getting water. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit failed to dispense water into the tub. Stopped testing and inspected the water valve under the sink and it was turned on. Looking underneath the unit, I found the water supply hose was kinked at the back of the unit. Pulled unit out enough to get the hose straightened out and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for unit leaking water into the tub when in use. Tested unit. Saw that the cold water was not attached properly and leaking a little bit. Tightened hose to water valve on the unit. Tested unit. Unit filled accurately and started agitating with no extra water going into the unit. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer for not heating, upon inspection found the vent filter missing, heat was intermittent and venting needed to be fixed, ordering filter per customer and returning with sensors. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10049370 (FILTER)"

Arrived onsite for wine cooler making loud noise.upon arrival found lower fan damaged. Replaced fan and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. Job Completed.

I arrived on site for a dryer no longer heating. I tested the unit and there was no heat what so ever present. I gained access to the back of the unit and found the fuse and thermostats ohmd good. I found the heating element ohmd open and that it was visibly broken. Upon further inspection I found the four prong power cord not installed correctly and not properly grounded. Also the neutral wire was where the ground wire should be. I corrected this.The customer accepted and I installed the new heating element. I tested the unit and it is now heating as designed.

Arrived on site for Only One or Some of the Burners are Lighting - Gas and Dual Fuel Range - PRE-ID Burner Head. Found center burner wire harness was not plugged in to the spark module all the way. Connected harness to spark module and center burner lights as designed. All other burners operating as designed. No gas leaks detected. No further repair needed. Job completed.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine throwing an F0E4 error code and the unit stopping. The customer let me know the unit has only stopped twice since the last repair and one threw the F0E4 and the other she is unsure. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F2E1 for stuck key, F0E4 for spin limited by water temp, and F0E7 for for clothes detected in clean washer cycle. I cleared the error codes. I ran an HMI test and everything passed. I then ran the individual components and found all worked as designed. I then ran a test cycle and it ran through as designed. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and kept same SR# 7729756853. Andrew advised to test water temps. I found them at the correct temps 115?F. Andrew advised not to install any parts and deemed this as another instruct due to the infrequency of the error.

Arrived onsite for potential range gas leak. Checked unit thoroughly with liquid leak detector around all valve connections and could not identify any leaks at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site or inspect washer for not allowing selection or use, upon inspection found the unit draining constantly, replaced bad pressure triac on control, tested unit with no issues, checked drain hose for install issues, none found. Complete"

"Arrived onsite for washer making loud noise. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found F7E7 motor unable to reach RPM. Ran test cycle and noise was apparent in spin cycle. Inspected underneath and found teeth to cam assembly shredded. Checked actuator and felt locked in place. Unit needs new cam and actuator with the potential of needing new gearcase, belt and motor. Notified customer of several week waiting period. Ordering cam (2), actuator, belt, motor and gear case.
