I pushed on the motor connection and the motor came on. When the unit paused and the motor was to come on again, it failed. I pushed on the motor housing and the motor came on. I tested ohms to the motor and got 530ohms and the motor was very hot. I removed and replaced the motor and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has not been making ice for the last several weeks and they don?t hear the unit cycling. Ran the unit through diagnostics and checked the ice bucket sensor and ice maker harvest. Found the ice bucket sensor working properly. However, found during the harvest test that the motor would not turn. Disassembled icemaker assembly and checked for any loose connections. Found all connections good. Went to replace icemaker and then checked the harness at the bottom of the door. Found two broken wires at the door hinge.I advise the customer that we could potentially try to fix the wire issue but that we could not warranty the repair due to likelihood that the wires would split again. I advised the other option was to order the door.

Arrived on site and inspected Whirlpool Cabrio washer with UP and loud noise issues. Confirmed the complaint and found the basket and tub were leaning into the unit. Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Looked at the unit and found that in the freezer that there is no even frost pattern. Found some refrigerant leak near the compressor. Ordered parts again. Arrived on site for THE UNIT IS TAKING TOO LONG TO WASH AND LEAVE SOAP IN THE CLOTHES and leaving soap residue. Customer inspected us of that. We gained access to the bottom of unit and check the rotor and the slide and found the teeth with some damage. No oil present. We checked the pressures sensor port a the the bottom of the drum and found it clear. We then put unit into diagnostics mode and found a F3e2 inlet water temperature fault. We gained access to the water inlet valve were the thermistor is and tested resistance and for 6.17= 160 degrees and it was about 71 degrees in the room. We Called techline and spoke to rich I received sr# 7731853324 techline recommended replacing the rotor and slide along with water inlet valve.

Arrived on site for Not Dispensing Ice or Water - Refrigerator. Tested water dispenser and I could hear the valve actuating but no water coming out. Removed filter and tried calling for water without filter and still no water dispensed. Removed filter head and installed new filter head. Still no water coming through dispenser. Gained access to valve and found valve connector not seating properly into valve connector. Removed valve and installed new valve. Tested and still no water coming from dispenser. Called Whirlpool tech line and spoke to Adrian. Adrian had me disconnect the water line underneath the freezer door to test and no water came out when dispenser pressed. Disconnected water line at filter head and water sprayed out. Adrian then had me remove the evap cover to check reservoir. Reservoir was heavy and felt frozen. Disconnected water line from reservoir and tested water and water came out. Restriction in reservoir. Adrian also had me check the gaskets on the styrofoam cover. They all looked good and were sealing properly. Ordering a new reservoir W11204869 to return and complete the repair. Will return with styrofoam gaskets to compare and inspect if the styrofoam has all the correct gasket seals. Ordering 3 gaskets W10684392 but may not be needed. Arrived onsite and repaired dishwasher dispenser door had jammed and would not open. Repaired door operation. Unit is now operating properly.

"Arrived on site to insect dishwasher not drying the dishes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no rinse aid in the dispenser. Customer advised they have a water softener system. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Using my multimeter, I placed it at the black wire on the harness and tested amp draw to the components. During the wash and drying cycles, the element was showing 7-9amps which is within range. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings and recommendations to the customer. Bruce recommended that the customer use 2 tablespoons of liquid detergent and use rinse aid and preferred settings. Provided SR#7731845831. I made recommendations for use & care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not working. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser motor and found nothing happens when pressing the ice paddle. I tested the door switch and it is within ohms range. I tested voltage at the dispenser motor and found no voltage. Tested at the hv control and got same results. I tested voltage at the door switch and got no voltage as well. I am ordering the door switch and hv control and and scheduled return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11212392 (Hv control) and 1 W11457217 (Switch)"

Arrived on site for venthood not operating. Inspected unit and work area. Found filters not in place. Tested venthood operation and found fan and lights working. Performed suction test and found paper sticking until fan is turned off. Reinstalled filters and tested operation. Found unit working as designed. Spoke with builder on test and CFMs.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was not washing the dishes well. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was still leaving grime and food on their dishes, even after several back to back washes. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E1 for door stuck open. I then ran a test cycle while monitoring amp draw to the heater. I found the unit ran through as designed. However, the wash motor sounded like it was running weak. Due to this I installed a new sump and motor. I then ran a diagnostics cycle again and the unit was running as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit makes a squeaking noise during spin cycle and in agitate. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E3. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I advanced the testing to the spin cycle and in the beginning it made a squeaking noise and stopped. When I moved the unit to pull it out, the unit made the same squeaking noise and the customer identified the noise as what theyve been hearing. I shook the cabinet and the noise got more frequent and louder. I pulled the unit out further to get behind it and found the brace that connects the unit to the pedestal below was loose. I tightened all the screws on the brace and the back panel of the unit and leveled and tightened the leveling feet and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for customer complaint of unit not heating, found hi limit thermostat failed due to blower fan not running. I replaced thermostat and blower fan motor, unit tested good."

Arrived onsite for washer shaking badly and moving the machine around in the laundry room. Upon inspection I found no error codes stored. I called techline to report the situation. As I waited I inspected the drive system and suspension. I did not see any indications of failed suspension. I did not see any obvious signs of a failed gear case. Techlines SR#7731838281 they recommended replacing the basket and gear case assembly. I am ordering the drive system and basket.
