Once water was called into ice mold you could see water dripping underneath into the ice maker housing which is what was making a block of ice in their ice bin. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Ice maker called for water and no leaks were detected.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that will turn off mid cycle and not complete cycles. Upon inspection I found stored error codes for faulty vent fan and drain pump issues.i found the drain hose had too many loops right before it got to the disposal. I spoke to techline and they advised testing P12 1 to 3 between looking for 600 to 1800 ohms I found the vent fan within range. I will order a drain hose and advised customer that they would have to purchase one from a retailer or from us on return visit. The failed vent fan can cause the console and control to short out so I am ordering the main control(W11410066) console(W11416457) vent fan(W11025634) vent gasket(W11184028) vent fan harness(W11084845) drain pump(W11412291) drain hose (W11414944) hose ext (W11038865) returning tech should replace all parts listed. Arrived on site and inspected range BOTH front elements would go straight to the HIGH setting when set on LOW.Found both DUAL infinite switches were defective.Removed and replaced both (from truck stock #WPW10434453) and unit tested as designed to customers satisfaction..Job complete

I arrived on site for an ice machine not turning on. I checked voltage at the wall and found the correct 120V. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found a decent leak from the feed tube to the reservoir. I took the tube off and resealed it and the unit is no longer leaking. I then cleaned up the water on the bottom of the u it and on the grounding wire. As soon as I did so the unit began working as designed. I found the water shorting the ground and not allowing unit to function. I gained access to the control and found proper voltage and the control functioning as designed. I then ran a diagnostics on the unit and it passed all tests. I called techline and spoke with JK and received SR# 7730322473. Unit is now working as designed. I waited until the unit began making ice on its own and it did. No leaks observed by end of service. Call complete.

Due to the unit UI not powering up due to the power board being bad, I removed and replaced the UI, power board, hv control and LED board (no lights on in the unit). Cycled power to unit and the unit failed to power up. The 3way valve went to home position, but nothing else came on. I tested all low voltage components and could not find where the breakdown is in voltage (VDC). I found the new hv control was bad so I replaced it with the old hv control and the unit powered up and began to cool, but the lights failed to come on and the UI failed to come on. I advised in house tech support that I would be ordering more parts and requesting a different tech to inspect unit to see if they could locate the failure in VDC. I am ordering the hv control, another UI, deli control, RC evap fan motor harness, FC evap fan motor harness, ice fan motor, deli control, power board, CNOTE-REQUESTING PR TO INSPECT UNIT, CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Arrived on site for a washing machine not responding and with water in it. Upon further inspection the UI was completely unresponsive and there was water left over in the tub. I found proper voltage at the wall and at the control. I found 12VDC at the UI as well. This indicates a bad UI. I got the UI to turn on for a second and it started humming loudly and blinking randomly. Customer will need to replace the UI and control to repair.

Arrived on site for WASHER MAKES GRINDING NOISE WHEN ITS AGITATING OR SPINS MSFERNAN 030821. Placed in diagnostics and could only hear a minor squeaking. Customer stated the noise recently went away. Inspected clutch and gear case. No evidence of oil. Removed belt and it came off very easy. Installed new belt and tested high speed spin several more times. Squeak is gone. Job completed.

Using my multimeter, I placed my thermal lead in the middle of the center rack and tested temps on Bake at 350 degrees. The unit reached 408 degrees at preheat and once it dropped to approximately 339 degrees, the temp came back up and settled around 353 degrees and stayed within range. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Once the water filled the tub, I opened the door and found that there is not enough water entering the tub to complete a wash. I turned the water off to the unit and removed the inlet valve. I found that the valve screen was blocked with debris and I was unable to get it cleared. "Arrived on site for a dryer taking to long to dry. The customer stated he dried some sheets and it took around 1.5 hours and he feels there is not enough lint collecting in the unit. I ran the dryer and tested temps and airflow with my thermocouple. I tested the unit with the vent on and it slowly cycled from 100?F to 140?F. I then took the vent off and it cycled fast from 110?F to 195?F on high. This indicates poor airflow at the wall. I called techline and spoke to Joel and received SR# 77300323514. Joel agreed with my findings. He advised me to check vent at outside of wall, I did and it was severely clogged. I advised the customer to get the lint at the wall checked. Unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Upon inspection I found the FC=-2 RC=36 I found voltage being supplied to the valve but when I disconnected the water line at the FC hinge the valve would barely produce any water. I found that no air would pass through the dispenser line indicating the line is frozen. As per customer request I went ahead and replaced ice maker but advised that there is more issues and it might not even produce ice yet. The new ice maker would not cycle. I am ordering the main control(WR55X10942P) dispenser heater(WR49X10173) returning with valve filter head and damper to use as needed. Arrived onsite for the refrigerator leaking Freon. During inspection could not find any signs of a Freon leak. No lines were oily and they were dry. Plug refrigerator in and compressor kicked on and still no Freon lines leaking. Let refrigerator run for a little bit and found that the frost pattern on the evaporator is starting to form. So could not find any issues at this time. Complete

Arrived onsite for the oven with damaged valves and knobs. Replaced all parts that was ordered . Oven top and body are a little out of alignment. Took pictures. Advised customer of the situation as well. But all parts replaced tested fine.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no water coming through the dispenser but is making ice. Upon arrival replaced the filter and could hear water entering the filter. But none coming out of the dispenser. I pulled the unit and as I was moving the pex line out of the way so I could have some room the line sprung a leak. I had to turn the water off and had to diagnose the best I could with no water flow. I found 120 Vac going to the valve when water was being called for. I disconnected the water line at the FC door hinge and attempted to blow through. There was no air going through the line as per SW we think the line may be frozen possibly due to a void in the insulation.
