DISHWASHER JENN-AIR JDTSS247HS0 "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F2E1 & FcE2. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. Unit dispensed water into the tub and began washing. Unit only performed 2-3 cycles then the drain pump came on and the unit shut off. I placed back into diagnostics showing same error codes and tested again. The unit performed the same, but this time while draining, the display showed 0:02 for the drain pump and within a few seconds, the time jumped to 0:01 and then shut off. I called techline and spoke to Austin and provided the SR#7729478521. I advised that I found the console harness pinched in between the console and inner door, but after moving it and retesting the unit continued to operate the same. Ran in test mode and would exhibit same behavior and blink lid latch. Tried to replace motor but found rust on new motor like it was in the wrong box. Checked lid latch to test with known good Latch and latch was cracked. On further analysis I found the belt and splutch cam had a lot of black coating, like belt has been slipping. Ordering a belt and splutch kit if belt is slipping. When job is complete we need to collect for capacitor and any other parts used. MICROWAVE GE PEB2060DM2WW "Arrived on site to inspect microwave with intermittent operations. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit heats off and on and sometimes doesn’t work at all. I removed the unit from the cabinet and emoted the outer cover and found the sensor burnt as well as the connections were burnt/melted beyond repair. Tracing the wiring, I found the sensor connects to the RY2 relay an the fuse board. Fuse checked good. Tested relay and it was out of range, but I was getting voltage while the unit was off and when the heating components came on, voltage dropped to 0V. Also found where the connections to the monitor switch and the bottom door switch were burnt, but the switches appeared to have been replaced before. I found that one of the connectors on the sensor is barely attached which could be the reason heating is intermittent. Customer let me know they had been checking temps with a thermometer and that the lower oven seems to not be finishing food as quickly. I tested temps in upper oven (not able to test in lower) and found average temp at 330. I calibrated temperature for the customer +30 per there request. I advised customer not to test the heat with a thermometer via user care guide. I also advised customer on temperature fluctuation in the units. The heat never fell on its face and unit is working as designed.

Found evaporator drain frozen and not allowing water to drain. Removed evaporator cover and inspected drain. Gained access to drain line and found clogged with rust. Pushed rust through drain line and reinstalled. Cleared all ice on drain pan. Tested defrost cycle. All tested good, no water leaks detected.

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFE550S0HZ1 "Arrived on site for an oven has a door that won’t close. Inspected unit and work area. Customer had the door closed via a bungee cord and had numerous parts pulled out of the door. See photos. Customer advised that the door was falling off so he removed all the inner parts to avoid the door from falling onto the floor. Found hinges and insulation retainer warped and door trim broken. Customer advised that when the hinge broke it was bending the frame of the door and thus causing the door to fall. He advised due to this issue he removed the inner parts of the door to lighten the weight of the door to keep it up. Could not determine if all parts were present. It did appear that at least the door insulation strip was not present if not possible screws. Unit would at least need new hinges, receivers, door trims, insulation retainer, insulation strip, outer glass door, Whirlpool badge, and screws for repair.

Upon arrival customer stated that they had noticed since the last repair that they felt the icemaker would run a lot more often than he used to and being more specific the customer stated that she felt like it run every 5 to 15 minutes on its own at random. I was not able to find an air code indicating any issues and I ran multiple harvest test on the unit to verify was getting proper voltage and that the water in the bowl was only being supplied power where it needed to build the icemaker and after multiple attempts I was finally able to verify that whenever the icemaker complete the harvest cycle sometimes it will continue To advance into a new harvest cycle even though it is not frozen the previous filled water. ordrng 1 CNOTE (OFFICE TO VERIFY WITH CUSTOMER IF THERE’S A SOONER TIME TO MAKE REPAIR) and 1 W10882923 (icemaker)"

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG320M0BS3 Arrived onsite for range with gas leak. Upon inspection I found the units gas turned off at the wall cut off. I turned the gas on and used a bubble solution to test all the joints and gas line connectors on the back on the unit I did not detect any leaks. I tested the cooktop and found only air coming through for the first minute or so. After that the cooktop ignited as designed. I tested the oven on preheat to 350 and let it get up to 200 degrees as designed before I stopped the test.

Upon further inspection, I found the unit needed to be cleaned due to old pod detergent residue. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Using my multimeter, I tested amp draw to the components and all are operating as designed (photos). I removed the filter and found it clogged with old detergent debris (powder). I cleaned the filter and cleaned the OWI sensor. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the fans and found when the FC evap fan comes on, there’s a vibration noise. Removed the evaporator cover and found the evaporator with a good frost pattern. While removing the cover, I found the bottom right screw was loose. I placed some permagum at the bottom right corner of the cover to help secure the screw and retested. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

OVEN GE JT3500SF2SS Arrived on site for wall oven giving f96 error after previously installed main control and fan. Upon arrival uninstalled unit from wall and then reconnected power with the fan and sensors on fan exposed for testing. I found main control was sending properly voltage to fan and fan was running but the customer stated although oven worked well day of last repair that the next day the unit gave the code. Upon testing the board sensor on the fan I found is was receiving but not sending power back to the main board to notify it that the fan is running. Installed new sensor and retested both upper and lower ovens at 350 degrees. Units preheated as designed and didn’t show and errors during processing. Call complete

WASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF330PAHB2 Arrived on site for dishwasher not draining and leaving water pooling in the tub. Upon arrival customer stated it was the dishwasher not the washing machine that they were needing diagnosed and I was able to match up the model and serial number to verify accuracy. Upon further inspection I found that the power outlet was receiving 120 V and there was standing water that was clear in the tub but the unit will not turn on to go to any cycles as if it was getting no power and then traced the issue to the terminal area where the power cord is connected to the dishwasher and found it was completely melted and fried due to improper installation which is what caused the dishwasher the shut down early and not finish the cycle. I then cleared away the burned and damaged wiring and was able to reinstall the power cord properly to the dishwasher and verify that unit would get power and cycle on and then ran a fill agitation and drain test and verified unit is functio
