Used shop vac to remove all water and inspected drain pump. Did not find anything blocking inside pump or hoses. Found that customer has drain line hooked up to a hose to allow water to drain out into the yard. Found the hose with a bad kink. Straightened out hose and water drained easily. Ran tests and unit is filling properly as well. All checks normal. No water leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect range error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with no power. Once the customer cycled the power, the display showed the time but there were no functions with the keyboard and after approximately 5 mins of no functions, the display began to show F0 error code and beeping. Due to not being able to find a tech sheet for this unit, nor a parts breakdown, I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics and after several attempts, I could not get it to go. I tried one more time and this time the error code went away, the control signaled and I was able to get it to start a bake cycle. The customer advised that the unit will do that and then shut down while baking and show the error code. I reached out to management for assistance in finding information on this unit and we could not find anything. At managements request, I am ordering a PARTS RESEARCH-MAIN CONTROL and office to schedule return service if one can be located. Breaker to the unit left turned off.; ordrng 1 RESEARCH (MAIN CONTROL)"

The customer advised that the unit has somewhat started working again but when he had called in, the unit had lost temperature and would not get below 40?F. He advised it in the last 24 hours the unit has dropped another 8?. Checked the unit and found the refrigerator at 32?F in the freezer at -1?F. Check the unit for evidence of any defrost issues and found none. I did advise the customer that because the unit is cooling properly at this time, theres not really a whole lot that I can go off of in terms of failed components. The customer does have this unit in a garage setting and I did go over some pertinent information in regards to ambient temperatures surrounding the unit and potential causes of failures due to the temperatures. As of now, the unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker immediately when the unit is plugged in. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked the terminal block. Found that terminal block and wire harness good. Started disconnecting my loads off the control and the infinite switches and found the unit did not trip as soon as the bacon broil elements were disconnected from the control. Checked continuity on both bake and broil elements and found them showing continuity. Checked continuity between the bake element and chassis and found continuity. Checked continuity between the broiler element and the chassis and found continuity. Found one of the connectors for the broiler element touching against the back panel causing the issue. Fixed the positioning of the broil element connector and reassemble the unit. Tested the unit and the unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Mrs. Said she never saw the hoses leaking but could hear something like a dripping sound coming from back of unit. When asked the Mrs about the water leak in the front bottom of unit,she said it was intermittently happening and not all the time and maybe during the wash cycle. Ran a quick cycle and could not duplicate any water leaks during wash or draining cycle.After further discussion with customer Found that water spilled over top of tub due to unit shaking when out of balance. Tested the suspension and suspension is good. Instructed customer to proper placement of articles. Customer will monitor unit and call us back if needed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

I asked the customer how often they saw it leak. She said they had just found water on the floor in front of unit and did not operate unit again until had unit checked out. "Arrived to inspect no ice. The 6 hour average of the ice box was 27. The FC average was 21 and ice could be heard rubbing on the evap motor. I tested the defrost system and found line VAC present to the FC defrost circuit, but no ohms could be read on the circuit and either the element or safety thermistors are open. The right RC door gasket is badly torn at the top flap for the mullion and will require replacement. I found the drain tube assy gapped and I verified no plugging and then sealed the rubber cup to the chassis. I set the unit to showroom mode to allow defrost and the CX will defrost for 48 hours and then press F/C and Drawer at the same time for 3 seconds until the unit goes back into normal mode. I coached the CX on towel placement to catch and evap ice melt. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11396530 (FC Defrost Harness) and 1 W10882092 (FC Defrost Element) and 1 RCDoorGasket,GY"
