Tested fill 40+ times, open and closed doors and could not reproduce. Ran it for short and long periods of time with no issues. Advised customer to try 3 things if it comes back. First is to free up the air channel gaps on all shelves to make sure air can flow smoothly. Next if issue starts, customer is to remove filter and run without filter to see if there is loose sediment in filter (or replace). Third is to open and close freezer door several times. If opening and closing door solves issue then we have a break / short in the door wiring and unit will need a door. Customer will follow up if all troubleshooting steps do not affect it.

Upon inspection I found that when you dispense water the dual valve would stay on and fill the ice maker tray and leak out of the front. I could also hear a chatter coming from the dual valve. I recommended replacing that dual valve. I replaced the valve and tested the unit. The unit no longer fills the ice maker while dispensing at the door. No leaks detected during time of service. REFRIGERATOR KITCHENAID KRFF507ESS01 "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice build up in the RC section. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit unplugged and pulled out from the wall. I inspected the drain tube for clogging and it was cleared and sealed from previous repair. Removed the shelving and inspected the din pan and it’s shimmed and level. Removed the toeplate to level the the unit as its tilted to the left slightly and found the condenser coils covered in debris. Removed the debris from the condenser coils and toeplate and tested the unit. Unit is beginning to cool. Customer advised they tested the ice maker in diagnostics and feel they messed it up. I tested the ice maker in test #58 and the thermistor is reading correctly as it’s showing warmer than harvest temps which would be correct as the unit has been turned off. RANGE MAYTAG MGR6600FZ0 Arrived onsite for oven not reaching set temperature. Tested unit at 425 degrees. During preheat oven exceeded target temperature as designed. After preheat temperature cycle averaged target temp of 425. Customer was using in oven thermometer that was not accurately reading internal temperature. Also customer must allow unit to complete preheat before opening oven to put food in. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS588FIHZ00 Arrived onsite for refrigerator making abnormal noises. Upon arrival I was able to confirm an abnormal rattling noise from back right side of the unit where the compressor is located. I accessed the compressor but could not recreate the noise once the unit was pulled out I added a sound pad from my truck stock (W11113654) and wedged it between the compressor and chassis. Once I pushed the unit back into place I did not hear any abnormal noises. Job complete.

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL KDPE234GPS0 Arrived on site for Ran cycle and dishwasher wouldn?t drain. Emptied manually and checked filters. Then ran again and dishwasher started leaking. Removed kick plate and found drain hose line disconnected. Reconnected drain hose to drain pump and ran diagnostics. No error codes came on. Still not draining and drain pump was clicking and making a ratcheting noise. Replaced drain pump and ran another diagnostics and still not draining. Clicking and ratcheting noise was gone. Customer recently installed a new disposal and failed to punch in the knockout. Punched in knockout and set to drain. Dishwasher draining as designed. No leaks detected. Job completed.

MICROWAVE WHIRLPOOL WMH78019HZ3 Arrived onsite to diagnose microwave with convection issues. Upon arrival I spoke to techline who had me check temps then go ahead and replace the convection sensor and thermistor as well as the main control. Upon replacing the convection thermistor I found the convection fan motor sitting loose on the cavity. I tested the windings on the motor and they did not show correct resistance. WASHER WHIRLPOOL MVW7232HW0 "Arrived on site to inspect washer lid lock3d and non-responsive. Upon further inspection, I found the unit with clothing in the basket, lid locked and the control would not respond to being placed in diagnostics. I checked the breaker and it is good. Lifted the top panel and customer removed clothing. Removed console and found the main control diagnostic LED not on. Tested voltage to the cool and got 125V. Tested VDC at the J14 pin and only got .7VDC from J14-1 to J14-4 when it should be reading +12.7VDC. I advised this customer of my findings and that the control is currently out of stock with no estimated arrival time/date. I am ordering the main control and office to schedule return service. I recommended that the customer contact Whirlpool for assistance in the meantime. No water leaks observed during service and unit left unplugged and water turned off to unit for safety.; ordrng 1 W11419171 (MAIN CONTROL)"

I gained access to the fresh food section evap drip pan, I shimmed the pan so that it is now level and will drain properly. I gained access to the freezer evaporator and found it without a frost pattern and with an ice ball at the cap tube. I reassembled the unit. I spoke to the customer about the unit, and repair. They have a leak or a restriction at the freezer evaporator. The sealed system repair is still under warranty. I am ordering a compressor, fc evaporator, and I’ve dryer.
