Upon arrival I was able to remove the inner tub install the block reinstall the inner tub in Adams spanner nut and tighten it down and make sure that the inner toe was not gonna fall out of place I then reconnected all the fuel lines and drain hose and reestablish power back to the unit and then ran a factory reset and after the reset I ran a manual diagnostics test and filled the tub halfway up with water with both cold and hot water and then ran and agitation test and then drain the water and ran a spin test and verify that during the process there were no loud noises issues and the wash machine was not banging around at this point inform customers that unit is ready for use

Arrived on site for washer not working currently and making a new metal on metal sound. Upon arrival customer showed me a load of cloths in normal operation trying to wash in normal mode. Upon further inspection I found washer was spinning fine it during agitation it was occasionally trying to lock up the motor but also partially functioning as designed. I found that the washplate had stripped completely off its rubber mount that grabs the gear shaft. I also noticed during voltage checks that occasionally the current would drop between ACU and motor.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s making a gargling sound as the door gets closed. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the freezer making kind of a dripping and gurgling sound as it was being closed. Customer had the icemaker off and I had a customer turn the icemaker on to watch it cycle. The unit ran as designed without any kind of air bubbles or anything in the unit. I called tech line and spoke to Chris SR# 7730307242. He advised that what was happening was that the drain tube grommet on the back of the unit was holding a small amount of water and was being vibrated when the door was closed, allowing the water to drip down into the drain pan. Tested the unit several other times by opening and closing the door and found the sound had gone away. He advised that this was normal operation and if the customer did not want to continue hearing that noise, he could remove the grommet. The unit is installed in the wall and attached to the freezer side. I did advise the customer we could come back to remove the grommet if he wanted but the customer advised if he was going to have his contractor pull it out, he might as well do it himself since there wasn?t much more to it.

Arrived on site for freezer building a base in the flooring of the freezer compartment. Got arrival I inspected the icemaker found no leaks from there we need to Quetion of water is leaking from the top of the freezer or that there were any air leaks coming from the gasket doors. I did however find out there was a half inch clog inside the drain tube under fridge. I was able to clear out and get rid of the clog and ensure that water would be able to defrost and drain out of the drain tube as designed from the freezer compartment no leaks before doing rafter repair call complete

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not dispensing ice. Inspected unit at work area. Found no ice in the bin due to ice holding up the arm bar. Remove the ice and the unit began to cycle and was working as designed. I did notice that the ice being dispensed was still thick and it was overfilled. Checked the valve at the wall and found the customer had not turn down the water pressure as advised from last time. The customer advised that his ice is clumping and is causing the ice dispenser not to dispense ice. Checked all gaskets and found no evidence of an air leak. I asked the customer how often they dump out the ice in the ice bin and he advised that he never has.I told them that they needed to dump out their ice at least once every two weeks in order to avoid a nice clumping if it was just the two of them dispensing ice and not using all their ice each and every day. I turn down the water pressure for the customer and tested the unit the unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnose water valve and water valve housing assembly. Upon arrival I was able to install the needed part by then reassembled and tested the unit verify the water valve is no longer leaking I did however inform the customer that during the repair I noticed the cold water shut off was not fully shutting off all the way and still trickling out water and that the hot side cut off was leaking in the process of turning it on or off but would not leak once it was actually turned on or off in the final positions.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the breaker has been replaced and all wiring inspected. Electrician was on site with arc fault tester. Placed unit in diagnostics and tested all components and found that when the defrost element is turning off, the breaker trips. I inspected the element and found it good and showing 5amps. Found that every breaker is an arc fault as are the outlets. I advised manager that I am ordering the hv control and office to schedule return service due to availability of control. Arrived onsite for range with oven not reaching correct temp. Upon inspection I found good voltage at the wall and no damage to the terminal block. Checked resistance at the bake element and found it showing Open. I went to the front of the unit and removed the bottom to access the bake element. I found the element had multiple cracks and a burn out on the coil. The element will need to be replaced to complete the repair. Arrived on site for dishwasher with a non functioning start button. Upon further inspection I found the start button just stuck and after a hard press the button began to work. I then got unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I ran the test cycle and it ran through as designed. I then tried the button again and had a lot of trouble starting the unit. Arrived on site for a wall oven losing and not preheating properly. Upon arrival the customer stated the oven will not preheat above 350?F when in bake (will work in everything else) and then will start to lose temp. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F3E3. I preheated the oven to 350?F and found that before it got to preheat temps the heating element turned off and started dropping at 210?F to roughly 190?F. The temp sat at that for quite some time and did not rise again and very slowly dropped. I ohmd out the broil element and got 36ohms which is good. I found the temp sensor at 1100 ohms which was good. I ohmd out the bake element and it was open. I found a bad bake element and it needing to be replaced.

The customer advised the leak only comes around while in the clean cycle. After watching the unit through 2 diagnostics cycles I could not recreate a leak. I found out that the customer is on a in home water softener. I found that they may be using too much soap on small loads and with the leak only coming through during clean cycle. I found white sediment trail coming out from the rear left side vent and going all the way down to the floor. I advised to switch washer cleaner and use less to ensure soap or water doesnt come out of that vent. No leaks were detected during time of service. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making buzzing noise. Upon arrival the customer showed me a video of a noise that he described as coming from the back of the unit. To me the noise sounded like an evap fan. I ran all diagnostics but I could not recreate any abnormal noises from any of the fans on the unit. With temps checking good I inspected both RC and FC covers but no ice build up was present on either. I accessed the rear panel and found the drain tube had a gap in the rubber grommet that connected to the chassis which could allow air to travel up into the evaporators.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with water tasing bad and FC light out. Upon inspection I found the FC=17 RC=43 I found a napkin wedged between the bottom of the FC gasket and the chassis. I removed the napkin and accessed the evaporator. I found a mostly complete frost pattern but there was also a ball of ice formed at the top right over the cap tube and bimetal I confirmed the defrost circuit was working as designed and steamed out the ball of ice. I reassembled the evaporator cover and pulled the unit from the wall to inspect the valve. When I pulled the line off the valve I found black water dripping from the line and I could see it inside the valve as well. I gained access to the control. I tested the thermistors from the control. I found proper voltage being sent from the main control while in express cool mode. I power cycled the unit and put it into normal operation I found the compressor and fans not getting voltage. Indicating the UI panel WR55X10557 is not communicating with the main control.

I did not observe any obvious water marks u def unit either. I then took off the front door panel and observed if the leak was coming from the dispenser and observed no leak. I then ran a test cycle again and observed no leaks. I found the spray arms and delivery tube connected correctly as well. I found the customer just started using a new soap and advised him this could be causing over sudsing and leaking out of the front. I advised him to run the same cycle its his old soap and see if it continues to occur. I advised him if it does them to video tape the leak. No leaks observed at the time of service..

Arrived onsite for cooktop not igniting. Upon inspection found unit not plugged in. Plugged unit in and tested. Found that three of the four burners are working. The bottom right is not. Found that valve switch is faulty.

Arrived on site ice dispenser not working and the ice maker not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I found no voltage to the ice maker. I gained access to the chassis harness and found voltage at the connection. Indicating the wiring harness in the door has broken. I am ordering a new freezer door and authorization. The office will reschedule when we have an eta on the part.; ordrng 1 LW10365674 (Freezer door) and 1 Authorization (Authorization)
