"Arrived on site for washer not filling correctly. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found F8e1 error in diagnostics. Found inlet valve ohming out correctly and ACU sending proper voltage to valve. Found hot side cutoff turned off and not allowing water to fill into unit as needed. Also found actuator popping out of place. Realigned actuator and made sure that issue wouldnt reoccur, found when hot water cutoff was on it would work correctly when washer was activated but cutoff leaked. Informed customer of findings. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a drawer that is not fitting. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and the customer advised that the drawer wasnt sitting properly so they attempted to fix it. They could not fix it and made things worse. Found the door not properly inserted onto the slides. Fixed the door and found one of the door switch is not registering closed. Ran through diagnostics and found the issue with either the right hand refrigerator door, pantry doors, or freezer door switches. Checked the freezer and refrigerator door switches and got the refrigerator door switch to work properly.

"Arrived to inspect refrigerator tripping the breaker. Customer advised the issues started just after getting solar panels installed on her home. She advised the switch trips 1/2 way and she has to turn it back on. I did hear a loud rattling noise that sounded like it was coming from the fan inside the refrigerator compartment. Did notice the freezer was set on -4 degrees, which was too cold for the unit. I set the freezer temperature to 0 degrees. "Arrived on site for dryer not turning on/operating. Upon arrival customer stated ui wasnt responding to always allow power/startup of cycle. Got diagnostics to active after 4 attempts. Found no errors in diagnostics. Ran multiple ui response tests after clearing panel of any potential fingerprints, or other debri. Ui failed to show any response for power and start buttons on 5 out of 10 tests. Tested power supply but couldnt find any drops in voltage. Found ACU still miscommunicating with ui due to no errors occurring when ui was failing Tom respond. Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont drain and finish out the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit immediately going into a drain when the unit was turned on due to standing water at the bottom of the washer. Attempted to drain the washer and found very little water coming through the drain hose. Used a shop vac to suck out most of the water and removed the hose underneath the tub. Found fabric clogging the drain hole on the tub causing very little water to get through. Removed obstructions and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further testing I found rc evap compartment had a clogged drain line. Cleared line but after further testing found line collapsed within liner. This is causing air leak plus water not to correctly drain and build up around evap coil and damaged rc fan.

Arrived onsite to install previously inspected parts. Upon arrival I replaced left side manifold due to it being broken And tested unit and found that the left front burner and the right front burner need to be adjusted for them to ignite. This was causing the tub to burn and bubble badly. It has melted the plastic and is beginning to make the tub very thin on the burnt spots, and has caused a small leak. Arrived on site for dishwasher intermittently not cleaning. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the unit on and running a 1 hour washer. I found the motor working and the heating element on. I drained the unit and found it taking a long time to drain. I removed the drain pump and found the wiring pinched. I repaired the wiring. I also found the check valve had debris in it. I cleared the check valve. I advised the customer on this unit to run hot water at the sink first before washing and to wash it on normal heat dry and high temp. The unit is working as designed no water leaks detected at this time.

Arrived on site and inspected dryer and found it is rattling while running. Sent several videos to PR and SW. Disassembled the dryer The control panel on this model is attached to the front panel and you cant run the dryer with it open to hear better. Repair kit ordered by previous technician is only a single support wheel. Will need all support wheels and tensioner pulley at minimum. Two technicians is also not needed. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they just moved in and the water was connected to the unit and the filter was replaced, but theres no water coming from the unit. I tested temps in the FC=5 degrees and RC=39 degrees. Pulled unit out and found the water source at the wall not turned on. Turned the water on and tested the dispenser and it is operating as designed. Tested the ice maker and it too is operating as designed. Fifties temp settings on UI. No repairs needed at this time, no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for STILL TUMBLING- NOT DRYING/HEATING. Removed lint trap and found a very thick layer of lint over the screen. Removed lint layer from screen. Found temp setting was on low. Set to high. Used thermocouple to test temps. First high temps was 205 and first low temp was 115. These temps remained consistent over four high and low cycles. Removed back panel to inspect and remove lint chute for any clogs and it was clean and clear. Inspected vent at wall and it was a straight shot to the exterior of the home. There was a little bit of build up but otherwise it was clear. Showed customer how to use timed dry and explained using the other automatic dry cycle may turn off the dryer before everything inside is dry if drying a mixed load. Explained that timed dry is best to use on mixed loads. Dryer heating as designed. Job completed.

Arrived on site for the oven tripping the breaker. I inspected the unit and work area. The home builder put the unit into a preheat and it tripped the brake part way through. I pulled the unit and tested the elements and found them in good working order. I opened the 4 prong male side of the outlet and found the neutral loose. I tightened the neutral into place and retested the unit. It is working as designed and not tripping the breaker. I would still have the electrician come out an double check that outlet. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, UV dye drier and access valve and vacuumed the system for approximately 20 mins. Pressures held at -30/0. I installed 6oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures and the evaporator. Pressures were good at 0/150 and the evaporator had a good frost pattern. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes for the IM. I ran a harvest and found it ran through as designed. I then tried to fill the IM, but no water dispenser. I gained access to the valve and removed the line. I then ran test 45 and found the valve was working as designed. Upon further inspection I found the fill line frozen over. I cleared the line. I then tested the IM fill again, and found it now working as designed. Call complete."

In the video the unit would never advance, and you could hear the UI chime as if it were resetting the timer. I tested the unit with a microwaveable cup of water, and could not replicate the issue. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error code F6E4 for UI to control mismatch. When I went to activate MW relay load in diagnostics mode for the MW it threw an F4E1 error for MW temp sensor. After it was thrown I could no longer activate any load in diagnostics for the MW. I got out of diagnostics and then it began working as designed again. It would do this every time I went to activate the MW relay in diagnostics. I called techline and spoke to JR and received SR# 7732704592. JR recommended checking the harness replacing the UI. He also recommended on return to go into diagnostics mode and change the machine model number. You would then power the unit down, and after you power the unit back on change it back to the correct model number. He stated that this will most likely correct the F4E1 error code. He also recommended stressing the importance of connecting the unit to WiFi in order to get the software updates. Office to reschedule.; ordrng 1 W11297728 (UI)"

Arrived onsite and unlocked door in diagnostics and found error codes f8e3 and f5e2. Tested cycles and found unit running as designed. Cleared error codes and advised that further action and assume the could be made if the symptom reoccurs. Advised customer on findings.

Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Heard the start device trying to keep the compressor working. Ohm out the compressor and compressor is bad.

Arrived on site to install previous diagnosed parts. Removed failed control and installed new. Attempted to power unit on to sync with UI and found no response. Removed UI and found incorrect UI on hand. Contacted parts department (SR) to verify correct part number. Found lower wire harness wire showing at control (see SD- pic). Called Whirlpool tech support and spoke with Leon. Ohm at drain pump and found not within range. Will need to replace pump before connecting to control. Will need to reorder control with correct UI and lower harness. Office to schedule return. ; ordrng 1 W11478526 and 1 W11130936 (Lower harness) and 1 W11419171 (Control)

"Arrived on site to follow up on oven that was not heating past 200. Checked error codes and found F9E0 code for miswire. Customer said oven has never worked right. Uninstalled oven and checked the junction box for the outlet. Found neutral and L2 backwards. Reversed neutral and L2. Reinstalled unit and verified unit working as designed. Advised customer that the builders had lifted the unit in the cavity to cover up a gap but didn't use shims. Advised to have builder resolve that, but unit working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite and installed the console. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. All checks food.

Arrived onsite for unit giving error code for the fan. Tried to turn on the bake and got error code for cooling fan. Replaced cooling fan. Tested the unit. Unit tested good. No leaks at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite to service the for the turn table. Before starting the work. Looked at the unit and saw there was a option to turn on or off the turntable. Let customer know that the motor does work and that the option exists for this unit. No issues at this time. Job complete
