The customer advised that if she runs to recycled the unit will be somewhat warm but it does not dry the clothes. Tested unit and immediately heard the rattling sound inside the dryer and noticed the unit was not heating. Disassembled unit and tested the heater, Heileman thermostat, thermal cut off, and fuse. All checked good. Checked voltage and found voltage not coming through the centrifugal switch and the motor making the noise. Replaced the motor and tested the unit. Unit is not working as designed. Arrived on site for icemaker not working properly. Upon arrival I found the unit had been lacking water for quite some time customer stated that its been a few months since the unit working properly. Upon entering diagnostics I was able to verify that the evaporator and been thermistors were functioning correctly and after owning them out they owned out right around 10 homes as specified by the schematics while at room temp. After running a full diagnostic cycle multiple times I was able to verify that the smart valve was receiving 120 V but was not allowing water to flow through it or opening up correctly and due to this I was having a hard time verifying that the recirculating pump and flow switch are also functioning in accordance with one another. At this time it is 100% certain that the unit will need a new water valve but will need to get American home shield authorization in the event that we put the water valve in and end up finding out that t

Upon further inspection I found screws on left and right side for installation were sticking to far out and not flush causing interlocks to not properly touch. Arrived on site for dishwasher not shutting correctly. Upon arrival customer wanted to point out that there was a huge dent inside the front panel of the door and upon further inspection I found this is what led to the door strike and latch bending and not lining up correctly the dent in the door head caused the UI panel that sits on top of the door to leak at an angle when the door was being shut which then caused the door latch to be misaligned with the door at allowing it to bend down and out a place where the door cannot latching properly. At this point we will need to reschedule once the availability of the front stainless steel panel with the logo is available in order to ensure that once door latch is replaced this problem does not reoccur. will also need to return with door latch and strike in order to complete repair office to reschedule once availability of parts is known due to parts being PSP; ordrng 1 WPW10698615 (Front panel with logo)

Arrived on site for fridge not cooling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the fridge unplugged. I plugged the unit in and tested voltage(120) and amp draw(.6) to the compressor. I found good voltage and amp draw. I tested the thermistors from the control and found them with in range. I let the unit run for 15 minuets and found the freezer getting down to temperature. I advised the customer monitor the fridge over the next several days and if they find ice build up at the back of the freezer or it doesnt get down to freezing to give us a call. Job complete. No water leaks detected.

Recommend to replace correct filter and test water pressure, Removed off brand water and installed new. Found no improvement in pressure. Found filter head assembly will need replaced. Arrived on site for washing machine leaking. Customer stated the unit would leak from the bottom and come out of the front and back. I put unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for long fill and F0E7 for load detected when running clean washer cycle. I gained access to bottom of unit and found water leaking out of bellow connected to drain pump. I inspected the bellow and found a sizable hole. I replaced the bellow and ran a test cycle. Unit no longer leaking and working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose an built in fridge. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the evaporator and compressor. I found 120 volts at the compressor, I found the compressor pulling 1.7 amps. I could hear and feel the compressor running. I inspected the evaporator and found no frost pattern forming after 15 minuets. I felt the evaporator and it wasnt even getting cold. I spoke to the customer about the unit and we discussed it needs a sealed system, but we could still complete the sealed system and find out the control is still bad and not reading temperature or going through defrost properly. I am ordering a sealed system, 4 hours, and PR., and returning with the control and the sealed system components.
