Arrived onsite for microwave with hood light not working. Upon inspection I found the socket was being energized when in idle and no voltage to the socket when calling for light. The noise is consistent with door switches failing so I will need to order the interlocks and return to complete the repair. Upon inspection I found the unit would scratch and make a grinding noise while in high spin at full RPMs. I inspected the drive system and found grey oils coming down from the gearcase to the cam. I replaced the gearcase and tested the unit. The unit still has a grinding noise or as if there is de rid inside the basket. I called techline and spoke to sterling SR7730327005. He advised to inspect the hub, drive pulley and belt as well as the inner and outer tub for debris. I did and found no debris or any issues with the drive system.

Upon further inspection, I found a large block of ice built up on the bottom of the lower drawer and the door was difficult to open and close. I found the FC door gasket at the bottom of the door wasnt sealing properly. I removed the door and gasket and using my heat gun, I heated the gasket to reshape it. Also, I cleared the ice build up and reassembled the FC drawers and door and tested and found the door is not sealing properly. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Arrived on site for ON THE SPIRAL ROD ITS MAKING SOLID BLOCK OF ICE AND DOESNT BREAK UP AND DISPENSE--GETS STUCK >>>. Ran harvest and water fill test with jumper. Once water was called into ice mold you could see water dripping underneath into the ice maker housing which is what was making a block of ice in their ice bin. Removed ice maker and installed new ice maker. Ice maker called for water and no leaks were detected.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that will turn off mid cycle and not complete cycles. Upon inspection I found stored error codes for faulty vent fan and drain pump issues.i found the drain hose had too many loops right before it got to the disposal. I spoke to techline and they advised testing P12 1 to 3 between looking for 600 to 1800 ohms I found the vent fan within range. I will order a drain hose and advised customer that they would have to purchase one from a retailer or from us on return visit. The failed vent fan can cause the console and control to short out so I am ordering the main control(W11410066) console(W11416457) vent fan(W11025634) vent gasket(W11184028) vent fan harness(W11084845) drain pump(W11412291) drain hose (W11414944) hose ext (W11038865) returning tech should replace all parts listed.
