"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the ice maker fill tube located in the left FC door, being mis-molded and not able to dispense water into the ice tray properly, I removed and replaced the FC door. Also, the ice dispenser coupler and ice bin were removed and replaced due to being broken. I tested the ice maker, and it harvested as designed, but when I tested the fill tube, the water did not flow properly and sprayed over the front left corner of the ice tray (photos). I adjusted the fill tube by placing a tube over the fill tube chute and retested and it filled the ice tray, but overfilled the tray to where once the ice is formed, it will created one slab of ice. I tested the water pressure to find it at approximately 60psi, which is normal. I contacted techline and spoke to Lakey and provided the previous SR number and advised of my repairs, my findings, and temporary repairs. Lakey advised that based on previous repairs and the current same issues, he recommended replacing the HV control and inlet valve and advised that all information will be documented on previous SR#7742000188. Since I had left the residence, I contacted the customer and advised of my conversation with techline and scheduled return service for 09/03/25 AM 1st call. No water leaks observed at the end of service and RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE HV CONTROL AND VALVE AND TEST THE ICE MAKER AND FILL TUBE. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for a door that is falling. Tested the unit and confirmed the door is overextending and dropping down almost to the floor when opened. Pulled the unit out to inspect the hinge system. Found that both door springs are intact and properly installed, but the door hinges themselves are overextended and no longer supporting the door correctly. Advised customer that the hinges will need replacement. Ordering new hinges and will also replace the springs during the return visit to ensure proper operation. Found that when the microwave is mounted, the external vent duct is pressing down on the blower housing, causing contact and creating the grinding noise. The customer advised up since the previous trip the unit had been making ice just fine but that recently it went a week before ,making ice again. She advised that the unit started working a few days ago and has been making ice ever since. She's advised that she still wanted it looked at because this is the second time it's happened since she bought it. I took temperature of the freezer and found it at 12?F. I found the unit just coming out of a defrost and begin to cool. I found temperature drop to 8? within 3 minutes. I found the ice container full of ice. I did advise the customer that because the unit is working and operating as designed, i could not tell what caused the issue. I did explain that generally, when there's a failure with a part within the machine that it does not work and not work intermittently and usually just fails. "Arrived on site to inspect washer door locked and unit not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing, and when the cycle was supposed to start, the unit made a tone, and the door lock indicator began to flash, and the door would not lock. I found the diagnostics LED on the control was flashing properly, and the door lock harness was firmly connected, and the harness at the control was firmly connected. I tested continuity to the lock harness and found the red wire open. I inspected the harness and found the red wire was broken free from the molex connector. I reconnected the harness wire and reconnected the harness to the lock and retested the unit. The unit is operating as designed. I retested in a normal cycle mode, and the door is locking properly, and when I paused the unit, the lock unlocked. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"WEE515S0LZ3 Arrived on site, nobody home for a range tripping breaker. I spoke with the client on the phone she said the range would trip the breaker. I verified the issue, the power cord was installed incorrectly ,ground wire and neutral wire were connected together. I removed the ground wire and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Then I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct. I took amp draw only oven on it was 14.67. With all the burners and oven on the amp draw was 39.0. Product is working as its designed. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not heating drying dishes. Upon further inspection I examined the heating element and found that it has some corrosion I measured the heating element and measured oL. I replaced the heating element and tested the dishwasher. The dishwasher is now operating as designed. I instructed maintenance on proper rinse aid use and detergent usage. No water leaks observed during service. W10518394

Arrived on site for washing machine that won't drain and has water stuck in the basket. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit quit mid cycle and has not unlocked the lid. He advised that they were unable to drain out the water. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I checked underneath and found the wire harness had split going to the drain pump. I replaced the wire harness and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

Cx stated unit was not turning on after power outage. Then unit stated working again but there was a burning smell. Checked thermostats and they were good. Found some lint burnt on heating element. Removed lint fron element and from cabinet floor. Tested dryer and it functions fine with good air flow.

Arrived onsite and replaced the power on light. Lights now working. Cuwtomer demonstrated that the right front burner uneven dead space issue had not been resolved by the replacing of the infinite switch. Ordering the right front element to repair. 3193012; ordrng 1 W11259508 (Right front element)

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not running or cleaning. Upon further inspection, I placed the dishwasher into diagnostics and observed error code F4E3. I verified proper voltage to the motor however the motor was not running due to becoming seized. I replaced the motor and sump assembly. I reassembled and tested the dishwasher and the dishwasher is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11025157"

Arrived on-site for dryer making noises. After running the dryer for about 20 minutes i heard the exhaust start to rattle but it was very faint. I adjusted it and took a video. Called techline and sent the video. He said this is normal noise. Sr #7742260335

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that won't start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. I found the control lock was turned on and released the control lock. I ran the internet through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I tested the unit in normal operation on a regular wash cycle and found the unit working. I did advise the customer that it appeared that they I accidentally locked their control and showed him how to lock and unlock the control. I did advise that this is normal operation for people who have small children as a safety precaution. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on-site for oven with no power. Found the 30 amp gfci breaker was tripped. Found no error codes stored so I set to 350 bake. It tripped the breaker about 5 minutes utes in. I disconnected the ground and heated to 500. Max amp draw was 17 amps. I called safety and advisedthe customer to have the breaker replaced. Sr #7742228685
