WZF34X20DW06 Arrived on site for a freezer not cooling. On arrival product was unplugged client showed me a video of what it was doing . Start device would turn on compressor then it would fail. I replaced start device and tested product is working as its designed. Recommend to client to wait a couple of days before filling with food.

"MVWB835DW4 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies the last 10 minutes of the cycle. On arrival client showed me a video and it's confirmed the last 10 mins would make the nosies. I looked under the washer and removed the rotor, and the slider was worn out i replaced rotor and slider and product worked as it should. But I was considered about the last 10 minutes i asked client if she could call me if sounds come back . Client contacted me and said the noise is there but not loud. I contacted my manager and he directed me to order a main control and a clutch I also ordered a stator returning parts just in case. I rescheduled client for 3/11/25 no water leaks visible from main water supply. ; ordrng 1 W11400681 (Control board) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch) and 1 W10915700 (Stator)"

WTW5010LW0 Arrived on site for a washer with a wash plate defective. On arrival verified issue a defective wash plate . I replaced and tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply.

"WTW5640XW1 Arrived on site for a washer making nosies. On arrival I heard nosies i looked under product and removed cover and found splutch assm was defective I replaced actuator, belt and splutch assm. I calibrated and tested in customer mode product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

"MVW6500MBK0 Arrived on site from previous visit to install parts. I installed wire harness, control board, belt,splutch, actuator, and gear case . I then calibrated and tested on customer mode ( quick wash) I stayed for the whole cycle to be completed. Product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."
