Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving F2E1 error. Console is not responding will need to replace control panel. Opened new box and found panel damaged. Will order new panel rescheduled ; ordrng 1 W10913685 (Panel control)

Arrived on site to test unit for bottom oven tripping breaker. Test unit and found unit is on a GFCI. Test amps and amps are good. Disconnected the ground wire and turned oven on to 500? unit or pre heated correctly. Connected ground back on and turned oven back on to 500? and unit maintained heat. Advised customer to leave oven on for an hour. Called Techline and per techline no parts needed job complete. SR#7740482831.

Arrived on site to test unit for glass coming off front frame. Called Techline and per techline this is a manufactured defect I will need to replace cooktop. Ordering new cooktop rescheduled for SR#7740479920; ordrng 1 W11051486 (Cooktop glass) and 6 W10853046 (Bezel knob)s

Arrived on site to test unit for oven staying on when turned off. Customer explained heat coming out of the back of the unit from the vent. Advised customer that the cooling fan will stay on till the oven gets below 170? to protect the electronics. Called Techline test unit with Techline and no problems found at this time job complete.
