Arrived on site to replace the previously diagnosed blower assembly and control for the oven. Removed the necessary panels to gain access to both components. Replaced the blower and control. secured all wiring and connections, and reassembled the unit. Tested the oven after completing the repair to verify proper blower operation and overall functionality. Arrived on site to replace the previously diagnosed upper spray arm and water inlet valve. Removed the necessary components to gain access and replaced both parts. After installation, reassembled the unit and ran the dishwasher through a test cycle to verify proper operation. Confirmed the unit is filling and operating correctly. Arrived on site to diagnose the over-the-range microwave for a noise occurring when the unit starts and when the cooking cycle ends. Tested the microwave through multiple operating cycles and verified the reported sound. Upon inspection, determined that the noise is coming from the vent damper opening and closing during normal operation. Demonstrated the operation to the customer by turning the exhaust fan on, which caused the damper to open as designed. Once the fan was turned off, the damper closed and produced the same sound the customer had reported. Explained to the customer that this is normal operation of the venting system and does not indicate a mechanical failure. No abnormal noises or additional issues were found during testing. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer for customer concern of the unit not drying clothes properly and requiring multiple cycles to fully dry a load. Tested the dryer and performed an airflow/ventilation test. Unit failed the vent test, indicating restricted airflow through the homes exhaust vent system. Verified that the dryer itself is operating, but the restricted vent is preventing proper airflow and significantly increasing drying times. Advised the customer to have the dryer vent professionally cleaned and inspected for any blockage or restriction. Customer was informed that proper airflow is necessary for efficient drying and safe operation of the dryer.No further repairs to the appliance are recommended at this time. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for unit leaking. Test unit and found unit leaking from 3rd rack tracks. Ordering left and right track office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11579562 (Left 3rd rack) and 1 W11596053 (3rd rack track)

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher for unit no draining and giving F9E1 error code and F8E4 error code. Put unit in diagnostics and found drain motor not engaging. Checked voltage and found loose connection at drain pump. Secured connection test unit and unit tested good job complete.

Arrived on site to replace the previously diagnosed wire harness. Removed the rear cover and top cover of the unit to gain access to the wiring and electrical connections for both ovens. During the repair, inspected the existing wiring and found a red wire within the harness that had shorted out and showed signs of electrical damage. Removed the damaged wire harness and installed the new replacement harness, making sure all wiring connections, terminals, and connectors were properly seated and secured. Reinstalled the top and rear covers and restored power to the unit. Tested both the upper and lower ovens by operating the heating functions and verified that both ovens are now heating correctly with no error codes or additional issues present. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave/oven combination unit for the oven displaying an F8E0 error code during operation. Performed a detailed diagnostic inspection and testing of the unit. Found the cooling fan not operating correctly and determined that the control board is also faulty, resulting in the F8E0 cooling fan error code. The customer advised that he needed to leave the residence by 10:15 AM and was unable to allow additional time for repairs today. Ordering the necessary cooling fan and control board for the repair.
