Arrived on site to repair previously diagnosed issue unit needs new basket. Upon arrival trying to make repair was not able to remove washplate from gearcase seized to gear case. Unit will need a rebuild. Ordering gearcase, tub,filter and screw office to reschedule. Please allow return tech 2hrs for repair ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W11219115 (Tub) and 1 WPW10215093 (Filter) and 1 WP8533928 (Screw)

Arrived on site for unit off balance. Upon arrival inspected unit found f0 e9 error off balance. Ran test cycle found agitator bolt had come loose and agitator had play in it. Also found basket not leveled properly leaning more towards the front not having any play forward . Tightened agitator back down and adjusted feet to level tub and basket and re calibrated unit. Ran test cycle unit completed cycle with no issue. Customer will monitor job completed

Unit completed cycle with no issue customer stated issue has only happened twice and the had to turn it to drain and spin. Ran test cycle one more time after re calibrating. Unit is functioning properly and as designed to. Informed customer on proper load size needed and not small loads. No leaks present at this time job completed
