Arrived on site for unit not working. Inspected unit found over suds in unit. Recalibrate unit and ran test cycle all components are functioning properly. Ran a quick wash and monitored the unit turning entire wash cycle. Unit is completing Cycle c le with no issue. Can not find issue with unit at this time. Informed customer about oversudding and how much soap they should use. No leaks present at this time job completed. No one on site for signature

Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Inspected unit tested voltage to unit dishwasher is receiving proper voltage but will still not turn on no led lights come on. Tested voltage at control unit is receiving 120 at control but control is now responding. Unit will need a new control. Replaced control and tested unit is now functioning properly and as designed to. No leaks present at this time job completed. No one on site for signature

Informed customer nothing wrong with unit and that he is having a electrical issue at plug and will need to hire a electrician to fix electrical issue . Job completed"

"Arrived on site for a unit tripping breaker. Upon arrival unit was on. Customer informed me anytime.They try to use anything on range.It trips the breaker, whether it's a cooktop.Bake element boil element. Tested unit rambroil element unit heated for 3 minutes then tripped the breaker. Went to breaker panel to turn breaker back on. When turning unit back on breaker tripped immediately multiple times. When not even using unit breaker will trip. Informed customer to get a hold of builder to have them fix issue with bad breaker."
