Arrived on site to inspect microwave door not opening a full 90 degrees. Upon further inspection I found the door operation to be normal. I contacted techline and confirmed that door is operating as designed as it is not able to open fully due to the type of spring and hinge. I advised the customer of my findings. SR 7740335784. Arrived on site to inspect oven displaying F2E1 error code. Upon further inspection observed error code F2E1 (shorted key) based on previous service and symptom it is recommend to replace the console to fix this issue. I replaced the console and the unit is operating as designed. WPW10585659

"Arrivd on site to inspect refrigerator with door alignment issue. Upon further inspection, I found that the fridge was un level. There was a gap at the top corners of the door near the cabinet. I adjusted the fridge by raising the front legs slightly. The fridge is now level and the gap is gone. I verified that the gaskets ere sealing properly. No water leaks observed during service. No parts needed"
