Found customer only had 2 articles of clothing while using the steam option causing the nozzle to spray against the door and leak down. I instructed customer she needs to have more clothes in the unit to cover the nozzle to prevent water from spraying onto door. Unit tested good.

Arrived on site to look at model WTW4955HW1 for customer complaint of unit not spinning and draining properly. Found suspension issues, found valve and pump working in diagnostic mode, found unit would not agitate or spin properly. Found issue with capacitor, splutch, actuator, belt ordering parts to be replaced on return visit. Also bringing a motor just in case. Returning tech needs to replace suspension, capacitor, splutch, actuator, and belt and test; ordrng 1 W11217817 (Suspension) and 1 W10832724 (Motor)
