"Arrived on site for customer complaint of ice on back wall of freezer and ice maker not working. I found signs of unit short cycling defrost causing ice build up on top of evaporator. Frost pattern tested good on evaporator, temperature tested good. I deforsted top of evaporator with steamer, replaced failed ice maker. Unit tested good. Parts used w10873791"
