Arrived on site for a refrigerator WRS315SDHZ20 leaking. Found the dispenser would drip several times after dispensing. I trimmed the fittings around the dispenser tube and tested it several times. Unit isnt dripping anymore. No leaks detected while on site.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator JFFCC72EHL03 not dispensing water. Unit passed the paddle test in diagnostics but didnt dispense water on test 96. Also found the right gasket torn almost all the way down. I didnt have the valve with me so Im ordering a W11567408 valve and gasket W10917313 for the return visit. Brandon found the problem and showed me what to look for in the future and how to determine if the fan was blocked, plus he showed me how to use a couple of the functions on my combination oven/microwave that I did not know about. I have had service from Appliance Express in the past and received excellent service.
