Arrived onsite for unit making noise. On arrival customer stated since last visit there has been no noise. Unit has been functioning properly. Unit is cooling properly and making plenty of ice with no issues. Advised customer that noise could not be duplicated on last visit or this visit. Obtaining a video if noise comes back will be beneficial. No parts replaced. Job complete

"WRS321SDHW08 Arrived on site for unit making loud banging noise. Upon arrival, customer stated the noise would come from the FC area. Ran diagnostics and check sped all mechanical components and cannot recreate the noise. Advised to send a video of the noise however customer insisted it has something to do with the ice maker. Rescheduling for July 31st to replace the ice maker and water valve. Possible noise mainly from the water valve having sediment inside when ice maker fills. ; schdld next appmnt for 7/31 WED !"

"Arrived on site to inspect range front left burner not working. Upon further inspection customer informed me that left front burner was taking longer than expected to ignite. I found that all burners are functioning as designed and advised the customer that this specific burner is a double burner and will require a little more time to ignite due to the design. Demonstrated to customer how to properly operate burner, job complete. No parts used"
