"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer WED5050LW1 not drying. On arrival advised customer that unit is in 2nd year warranty and only functional repairs are covered, and if findings indicate usage or instruct issue there would be a service charge. Customer agreed. Clarified unit isn't drying well, and takes 2 loads to dry, or more. Found thermal fuse open, resulting in no heat. Replaced thermal fuse with new WP3392519 and ran unit. Verified proper operation. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood fan noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on to test and found the blower motor turns on in the slow speed, but the wheel does not turn. In the Medium speed, the wheel makes a half turn and then stops, and in the High speed, the wheel turns and makes a loud humming noise. I gained access to the blower wheel and manually turned the wheel and could feel some restriction as if something was caught in between the blower wheel and housing. I removed the right side housing cover and found a large piece of sheet rock stuck in the housing. Removed the debris and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed."
