REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL WRS571CIHZ01 Arrived on site to replace compressor and condenser for refrigerator. Replaced both parts and pulled unit into deep vacuum and verified no leaks. Charged unit with manufacturers recommended amount of refrigerant. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

When I arrived at home found compressor and all fans running but large amount of oil on front right of condenser indicating they refrigerant leak in the condenser. Condenser and compressor and filter dryer will all need to be replaced due to system contamination. Office will need to set return appointment for two men in three hours.; ordrng 1 CNOTES (2 MAN JOB) and 1 CNOTES (3 HOUR JOB) and 1 W10240365 (condenser)

RANGE WHIRLPOOL WFG525S0HS0 Arrived onsite for the range with all of the open top burners with orange flames. I found the burners working correctly except the low flame was not correct. I adjusted the low flame settings on the burners. I found the flames orange because of too much pipe dope used when the unit was installed. I explained to the customer that this would go away over time. There was no soot coming from the flames. The unit is working as designed. There were no gas leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
