DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE104ESS4 "gate code 9284. Arrived on site to replace pump hand control for dishwasher. Replaced both parts and found pump pulsing but not continuing to run. Double check the part number through service matters and found pump installed was not correct today and is now defective. Pump will need to be re-ordered with corrected part number to complete repairs. Return date is set for 12/17/18. DISHWASHER KITCHENAID KDTE104ESS4 Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that will not start. Tested unit and found all parts and components running except pump and motor. Checked power to pump and motor and found even when not running unit is receiving voltage and has all the voltage spike win control tries to activate it. This indicates bad triac on control board which is damaged pump. Both parts will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Also noted left side door spring rubbing on drain line and drain line needs to be rerouted. Return date set for 12/12/18.; ordrng 1 W11084331 (cntrl-elec)
