"Arrived on site to test unit for noise, tested unit found noise present, fan blade hitting ice, exposed evaporator found good from pattern but water freezing up on fan scroll do to water leaking from ice maker fill tube, removed ice and added a bead of silicone around fill tube and tested, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected job complete no parts installed"

"Arrived on site to test unit for gas leak. Upon arrival customer stated they started to smell gas after returning home one day. They called the gas company, per gas company unit has an internal leak due to failed pressure test performed. Used gas detector to test all connection points, regulator and all tubing coming up to it are all leak free. Gained access to the inside of the unit, checked all manifold connections and gas valve connections. Leak detector found gas leaking out of the orfice holder of the the left rear and front. Valves on the right side have no leaks. Unit will need the left rear and front gas valves to eliminate gas leak. Also will be ordering additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 09/24.; ordrng 1 W11620420 (L front gas valve) and 1 W11620109 (L rear gas valve) and 1 W11666003 (Front igniter) and 1 W11590249 (Spark module)"
