"Arrived on site for dryer taking to long to heat. On arrival found element, and thermal cutoff and fuses all functioning. Found dryer and control working. Ran dryer on two timed dryer high heat cycles and found first test when connected to wall vent and unit showed signs of wall clog. Found with a scope in wall vent that lint was clogging air path. Instructed customer on how to preform a dryer vent cleaning in wall of home. Unit works as designed. Call complete"

"Dawn soap for a wash machine that is flashing an F21 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have towels inside the washer that are covered in water and they cannot get the unit to drain. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the drain pump trying to run but not running. I remove the water from the basket and gained access to the drain filter. I found it clogged with, batteries, a pen, undergarments, and a ring. I removed the instructions and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has lights out in the refrigerator and freezer sections. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found the top lights in the refrigerator and freezer out. I went ahead and replaced the LED modules and tested the unit.
