On arrival verified complaint of no lights functioning in RC section and filter cover broken. Replaced filter cover. On inspection found pantry lights are out but receiving voltage. Installed modules and lights returned to function except the RC light assy. RC light is receiving 13.7 vDC. Ordering light assy W11527432 and led module board W11043763 just in case. Installed module w11683243 and wp67006331. Rescheduled for 12/13; ordrng 1 W11527432 (Led module) and 1 W11043763 (Cntrl)

Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. On arrival found water pressure reduced and valve wasnt passing water through properly. Replaced valve w10881366 and tested unit then found hosu8mg wouldnt seal to filter and would slightly leak when filter was removed. Ordering W11266112 housing and rescheduled customer for 11/20/24; ordrng 1 W11266112 (Housing)

"Arrived on site for washer not balanced during spin as well as making a grinding noise when agitating. On arrival confirmed failures from two videos customer provided and I found gearcase, cam, and suspension rods were bad. Replaced them with w11449840, w10721967, and w11396716. Tested unit and found no leaks and unit working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for dryer not turning drum. On arrival found belt broken due to idler pulley being worn down from age. Replaced belt, rollers and idler with repair kit 4392065. Tested dryer and found it working as designed. Call complete"

On arrival verified complaint of strike broken. Replaced strike and ran component activation. All test correctly. Visual inspections shows no signs of failures. Unit is now working as designed job complete installed w11457841
