Determine unit is set up and installed correctly and operating as designed, preheated preheated 350f amd established and demonstrated that the cause of the smell is the new oven factory smell that burns off. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven microwave combo unit with error code. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E5-inverter failure. Cleared the code and tested the microwave and found the internal light does not work. Using my microwave tester, I found the microwave is not heating. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the inverter board and magnetron and found the magnetron did not short and damage the wave guide. Customer advised that even when they 'slam' the microwave door, the microwave will not start and they get the open close door error. Following the tech sheet for the F1E5 error, I removed and replaced the inverter board and magnetron and tested. Unit is heating as designed. Due to the door closing issue, I removed and replaced the interlock harness and adjusted the right side interlock and retested the microwave and it continued to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with drying issues and noisy operation. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I ran a test mode and all components tested good. I tested the incoming water temperature, and it was 85 degrees. The dishwasher needs an incoming water temperature of 120 degrees. I advised the customer of proper detergent and rinse aid usage since the customer was not using the rinse aid. I also advised on liquid detergent since it will dissolve more easily with their water system. I noticed the loud noise being caused by the diverter disk. I am ordering the diverted disk and cover. Arrived on site to inspect washer not drainingand displaying error code. Upon furtherinspection I observed error code F9E1(longdrain) I checked the condition of the wiringharness and found that the wire to the drainpump was severed.I replaced the lower harnessand tested the unit. Arrived on site for refrigerator not making any ice. Unit had not been making ice for several days then it just started on its and is currently working. Removed in freezer is 2. Refrigerator is 37f.
