"MVW7230HC0 Arrived to inspect noise and non-completion of cycle. The customer presented a video and a loud chatter could be heard. Service test mode showed F6E3 as the only stored error code. I found the gear case had failed and there was evidence of oil fling in the motor area. The rotor bolt was also missing. I removed and replaced the gear case and slider and replaced. I calibrated the unit and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. On arrival installed the pump on the dishwasher and ran unit in diagnostics mode. It passed diagnostics and no water leaks were detected during service.

Arrived on site for icemaker not dispensing ice.on inspection found that the auger gear was stripped out. Removed the washer off the old motor and was installing the new when realized that I had the wrong motor. Ordering the correct motor to finish the job.; ordrng 1 WPW10309868 (Auger motor)

Arrived onsite for cooktop sparking. On inspection when the burner on the right side are on the left back burner would start sparking for no reason. When I turn both right side burners on the spark happen more frequently to burners on the left side. I replaced the spark module and the issue went away. Now when the burns on the right are turn on sparking anymore. I tested it for 15 minutes. no gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Found that the compressor was not kicking on. Replaced the start device and the capacitor. The compressor came on but would only stay on for 20 to 30 seconds before turning back off.
