Arrived onsite for freezing over evap drip tray. Found cause to be clogged drain tube. Accessed and cleared drain tube. Unit is now operating properly. Advised customer on necessary full manual defrost to restore proper function. All else checks good. No parts used

Arrived onsite for dispenser not working about dispenser solenoid alignment off and disengaged from actuator assembly. Corrected existing dispenser. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. No parts used.

Cleared emergency drain and calibrated. Started clean washer cycle While onsite to clear potential air trap debris causing mis reading. Polarity and voltage are correct at the outlet, reported findings to SAFETY per the dispatch. No repair recommendation at this time. Ordinary air trap clog.
