Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW6157PB1 not filling with water. Upon further inspection I found the machine disconnected and drain hose on the floor with water some water spilled. I hooked up the unit and tested and found that the washer would not stop running the drain pump and would not let water come into the machine. I attempted to recalibrate and reset however the problem persisted. I found that the pressure sensor was faulty. I replaced the control and recalibrated and tested the machine and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11789821

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model FPRU19F8RFF gasket torn near the bottom left corner. It appears that the previous gasket was defective. I heated and shaped the new gasket and replaced it. There are no issue with the new gasket or installation of the gasket and the door is sealing properly.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the right RC Door. Due to the gap on the door, a large amount of frost had developed on the evaporator. Due to the amount of frost, I advised the customer that the refrigerator will need to be manually defrosted by unplugging the unit for 12 to 24 hrs and then the refrigerator will resume normal function. W10815687. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRT311FZDM05 ice maker bin clumping and ice maker leaking. Upon further inspection I gained access to the ice maker and found the fill tube was installed improperly from the factory and was outside the ice maker fill cup causing leaking. I positioned the fill tube properly and tested the ice maker and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRS555SIHZ06 not making ice. Upon further inspection I checked temperature and measured -5 FC and 34 RC. I tested the ice maker and it passed the harvest test. I checked the water supply to the ice maker and found that fill tube had some hard water deposits and had froze. I defrosted the tube and restated and the unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.
