"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival installed flow meter assembly (W11535094) and control (W11672041). Ran full diagnostic cycle with clear service door installed; water level remained precise with no overfill and all components engaged correctly. After completion, no error codes stored in memory. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to diagnose unit not operating properly. Customer reported that the dishwasher begins a cycle, then the drain pump activates and continues running indefinitely until the unit is unplugged. Inspected the base and found water present in the drain pan; pan was dried before testing. Initiated a diagnostic cycle and confirmed no immediate leaks, but observed that the water inlet does not shut off at the correct fill level. The system generated an flow-meter failure code. Verified that the flow meter is connected and that water is circulating through the inlet assembly; however, pulse feedback to the control is inconsistent and not being registered correctly. Based on findings, the flow meter within the inlet valve assembly is failing. As a precautionary measure and to ensure proper operation, recommend replacing the water inlet valve/flow meter assembly and the main control board. Ordering required parts and rescheduled service for 11/21. ; ordrng 1 W11535094 (Flow meter) and 1 W11672041 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to test unit WDT970SAKZ3 for F8E4 error code. Upon arrival customer stated they ran a cycle overnight, and by morning the unit was displaying an F8E4 error code. Entered service mode and retrieved stored fault codes F8E4 (float switch open) and F9E2 (drain motor electrical problem). Cleared all codes and initiated a test cycle. Mid-cycle, paused operation and observed excessive suds accumulation inside the tub, indicating oversudsing. Error codes did not return after test cycle completion. Determined cause to be detergent-related, unit is oversudsing due to pre-rinsed dishes, use of pods, and presence of a soft water system. Advised customer to run an empty cleaning cycle to remove residual soap, discontinue use of pods, and switch to liquid detergent to prevent recurrence. Unit is now operating as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."
