WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW0 "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. Replaced actuator and tested unit. Unit sounded a little different but made a similar noise. Found wash plate spinning but the basket skipping slower than that agitator. Pushed down on the basket on both sides and found the basket wobbling on the spline. Attempted to remove agitator and found the agitator completely seized onto the gear case. Basket appears to be completely stripped from the spline. Unit will need a complete rebuild for repair. If authorization is given for repair, office will need to contact customer about reschedule date due to multiple out of stock and PSP items. WASHER WHIRLPOOL WTW5000DW0 Arrived on site for a washer that won’t spin out the clouds. Inspected unit and work area. Placed in in-service diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Ran unit through manual spend test with the striker removed from the door. Found the unit not switching into the spin cycle and only spinning the agitator. Unit will need an actuator for full repair.

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDF130PAHB0 Ride on site for dishwasher with the burning smell. Inspected unit and work area. Placed unit in service diagnostics and found F8 E2 (drain motor electrical problem) and F6 E4 (float switch open) codes. Ran unit through diagnostic test mode and unit made a clicking sound twice during the wash and then shut off when it got tot the drain. I checked resistance from the control board harness going to the drain pump and found 41.4 ohms. I called safety and reported my findings to Breion. He advised to make normal warranty repairs and replace the control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. Unit tried to go through a drain and a burning smell began to radiate from the bottom of the unit. I tried to find any burn marks or melted wires and could not find any. I called Techline back and spoke to Brieon again. Reported my findings and he advised me to not proceed with any further repairs and to just close out the ticket and they would reach out to the cus

WASHER MAYTAG MVWX655DW0 Arrived on site for washer that would not operate. Inspected unit in work area. Unit is placed on front outside deck away from water line connections. Customer has this hooked up to an extension cord. Customer advised the it wouldn’t spin out enough to dry his clothes. Placed unit into service diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long/no fill) error code. Placed unit into a manual test due to no water line connections and was able to get the machine into a low speed and high speed spin with no issues. I was also able to get the agitation to work as designed. Issue is with the amount of water coming into the unit. Unit is operating as designed.
