Arrived onsite for slow centerline frost on the top freezer drawer. Freezer door closed and sealed properly. found unit refrigerator door right side bottom overlap tag gapped sufficiently to explain the new symptoms. Used basic adjustments and heat treatment to close the gap and cause proper overlap. Cleared frost to provide new baseline. AEX warranty. No charge. Advised that if frosting continues a freezer door may be needed to resolve due to possible insulation deteriorating. No parts.

"Arrived on site to pull out unit and inspect oven further and to diagnose and repair issue. Upon further inspection, we pulled out the unit safety and found that the base that the unit sits on is severely warped and un level. We also found that there is a lip at the front of the cabinet cutout that is causing the the front part of the frame to be sitting in this lip instead of the unit being supported by the feet. Because of this, the microwave door was unaligned and caused the issue with the switches and other compments due to the misting of the switches. We replaced the interlocks, magnetron inverter, and microwave control. We also replaced the bulb and wave guide cover. When installing the unit back, we placed 4 shims to ensure that the unit is not sitting on the frame anymore. The door is closing properly, and the unit is operating as designed. However, the problem will keep coming back unless the base that the oven sits on is fixed by the customer. W11578578 W11325786 W11578959 W11578579 W10915651 W10886919. Arrived on site ro inpsect refrigerator over cooling in the fresh food section. Upin futher inpsection I checked temperatures and measured -2 in the FC and Rc was 34. I checked the gaskets and found a tear in the right FC gasket. The customer also noted that the damper was making very loud noises sometimes. I am ordering the gasket W10830162 and returning with prescreened parts. I am scheduling for 3/11. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W10830162 (Gasket)

Arrived onsite for unit not completing cycles/agitating. I ram the unit through a diagnostics cycle and no errors are present. Unit completed the cycle with no issues. I tested the door lock manually and found the lock to be intermittent. I replaced the door lock and strike and unit is now operating as designed. No leaks are present. Call complete. Installed W11457841 Strike and W11700916 Lid lock.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking on drain. When I ran the drain I could hear rattling present. I took off the drain pump and found the turbines broken off and the gasket out. I replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. Unit now washes and drains as designed and no leaks were sighted while testing the unit. Unit now operates as designed. Call complete. Installed WPW10348269 DRAIN PUMP.
