Arrived on site with new console. Removed door panel. Removed console which already has the user interface. Ran automatic test cycle. All working as designed. Call complete. W10859914

Arrived on site to install drain hose part W11244231 on washer model WTW5105HC2. I installed the hose and tested the washer and it is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect dryer model WED4107SW0 making noise. Upon further inspection I gained access to the inside of the dryer. I found a small piece of debris from a piece of clothing which appeared to be a fragment of a metal button. I removed the debris and did not find any further issue. The dryer is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for start button with no operation. I confirmed start button doesn't work but others do. I replaced the W11637583 CNTRL-ELEC and tested unit. Unit now operates as designed with no leaks. Call complete. Vent checked good and console is in tact.
