Unit averages out to 353 degrees Fahrenheit, when set point temp was 350 degrees. This is well within +/-25 degree allowance. Unit is performing as designed. No leaks detected, at time of service. Number given by customer, was for office and no one answered. House was unlocked. No contact made with customer."
