RANGE KITCHENAID KGCU462VSS02 "arrived on site to inspect cooktop grates loose. Upon further inspection, the customer provided me with a screw then she claims goes to the unit. I found the drip pans had dropped down but the screw does not go to the unit. I found that the screw actually goes to the venthood above the cooktop. I reset the drip pans and put the screw back into the venthood. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

REFRIGERATOR WHIRLPOOL KRSC503ESS01 Arrived onsite for the refrigerator with product in the FC defrosting and a no ice condition. I found the FC coil completely frosted up. I ran a forced defrost and found the bimetal closed and 123VAC to the heater but no amp draw. I defrosted the coil and upon further inspection I found one of the molex connectors was not snapped together properly on the L1 side. I tested the heater and it ohms out good. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

DISHWASHER WHIRLPOOL WDT730PAHZ0 "arrived on site to inspect leaking dishwasher. Upon further inspection, I remove the toe plate and found the insulation dripping wet so I placed it in the sink. I found that the water source was turned off under the sink, so I turned it on and looked underneath the unit and did not see any water leaking. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested with no error codes. As soon as the water began to dispense into the tub, I found that the water valve was leaking badly. I immediately turned the water off under the sink and cleaned up the water debris. I drained the remaining water inside the unit out. I removed the water line connection from the valve and found the water line connection gasket badly crimped and making a secure seal. I reseated the gasket and reconnected the water line to the valve and tested. The unit operated as designed with no more leaks. I called the builder (name listed on ticket) and advised of my findings and repairs. Also advised
